When i put this on and tested it, I did not even know it was on till I looked up top rated and observed the LED lights and the fan spinning. I had corsair tx750. I have 5870x2 and i7 930 oc to four.2gig and im hitting close to 600w so i believed i needed an upgrade plus I'm preparing to 3x gfx card in the future so when i saw this for 贗 i ordered it. With Coolermaster Haf X EATX case bottom psu the 8pin barely made it to the mobo connector. If i would have to run the cable across the front of the mobo just to reach the connection not at the back panel/back of mobo where wires are hidden i would certainly have to return this psu Wish you could request an extension cable for the 8pin straight from kingwin for those that require them.

I like the lights. Absolutely modular! Wasn't my initial option. I had to get this psu to replace a Corsair hx850 I couldn't get to perform with my 1156 board. I do like it now that I've got it. It is true snappy searching. Lighter blue than case fans in my tower tho.

Value. PSU is modular. Has a lot of power for most any want. Has two 8pin CPU connectors for the high end boards. None so far. Purchased this on black Friday for my new create and it has worked wonderfully from day 1. Operating 2 GTX 470's in SLI and five HDD's without having issue.

With "rugged" wiring comes some difficulty in operating with operating them around the box...produced it difficult to fit them behind the motherboard panel but I am far from about to deduct an egg since of it. Worth it! I'll update if there are any concerns due to the fact this is a incredibly new obtain but so far, so Very superior.

Excellent deal for a 1kw modular power supply. Wonderful excellent. Blue fan is really bright which is wonderful for my case and if it is a challenge it has a switch off as properly None truly, except that i didn't use all of the non-modular connections but that could be expected and they are effortlessly hid.

This so far has been a wonderful psu. It runs extremely quietly and provides additional than sufficient cables. The three way light switch is pretty cool too. I located out that, due to the fact I have a full tower case with a bottom mounted psu, my 8 pin cpu connector is not extended sufficient to reach behind the mb and back for cable management so now I have to get an extension. A lot more my fault for not checking but I was kinda bummed.

Antec did a good job with the modular PSUs I purchased, labeling which modular connectors correspond to what rail. This is unmarked and doesn't say in the manual. If you get it on sale its a excellent acquire. Otherwise look to some of the Corsair expert series at similar wattage. I am content.

I was a complete skeptic and purchased for the cost/output ratio alone. Never owned andything from Kingwin but this is a GEM! Looks actually cool, great blue lighting to match my water cooler dye, case lights and Asus P6X58D Premium's blue heatsinks! Flawless reliability thus far! 2xGTX 295s love it too! None at all, this is a good PSU!

This is my initial Kingwin product, it wont be my final. Extremely Pleased! None GTX 480 two way sli - This power supply has all the power I require and then some.

Great modular connectors with clips to hold cables on. cable connectors glow white and fan can be toggled white, red, or off, runs quiet and does not vibrate. has no difficulty operating 3 gtx480's and i7-970 and the fan is PWM and havent heard it yet. just amazing, cable lengths are wonderful. main energy cable is a small stiff but thats due to it getting beef cake. comes with a million cable configs and looks sharp. kingwin makes their own PSU's as properly intstead or relabling a diffrent persons item, which indicates high quality baby.
