-Little-No nonsense-Clean internal layout-Comes with screws and rubber tough drive mounts -Best hatch for usb and audio ports give a little resistance when opening-Some internal sharp edges I just spent 30 minutes searching over this case and it absolutely is a beaut. Incredibly no-nonsense, it'll get the job done. I don't intend to run more than one GPU inside it (GTX580) as I only wanted a case major sufficient for that, 1 hard drive and (maybe) one optical drive. I don't have nearly the time that I utilized to have to game, so why acquire a lot more than I want, correct? That's why I chose this case and it was the proper option, 100%. All the space I require with very small left over.Newegg truly, Genuinely requires to carry the replacement leading cover, T-LM14B-two. If heat were to grow to be an concern in this case due to any 1 GPU being at the top of the case (the motherboard mounts upside down), there's no easy way to solve this. The T-LM14B-two has one fan opening and runs about ุ-45 based on where you shop, but I won't be able to get it from Newegg. I don't have the correct cutting tools and I wouldn't want to risk messing anything up as-is, so this would make anything significantly less complicated.

this case is remarkable! I bought it for use with a gaming pc and the case scream excellent. brushed aluminium is soooo sexy. you can fit a full atx in a smaller case(read cons). the thing has 120's and one of them lines up almost perfectly with the cpu heatsink. this case has a couple of cons but it nonetheless deserves a 5. the 1st is the heat issue that everyone is talking about. i am running a 4670 and it does get a little warm. the second is this case is decievingly lengthy. over all i would def recomend this for a person who is looking for a property media pc case. i purchased this with some good cooling plans in mind but decided i am going to put my lower power internet browsing pc in this case.the cooling is ok but i assume puting two holes in the roof would make cooling wonderful. that being said, this case is a actually quiet case so i won't be carrying out that. as for all the folks qq'ing about the psu placement, i use a seasonic with a bottom fan and haven't had any problems, tho if you flipped the fan around it may be far better for more than all cooling. i would def recomend this case for anything low power, there is tons of space and its just an outstanding searching case. gonna throw my gaming pc in my antec 300 with them hi cfm silverstone 120's, its gonna roar!

As far as appearances go, this is basically my perfect case. You want minimalist and gorgeous? Here it is. I don't require no freakin' LEDs, windows, bling, whatever. Surprisingly lightweight for some thing quite quite sturdy. PSU down design contributes to stability. Modest size. Typical Lian Li good quality. A minor gripe, but you want to remove the front bezel (screwless) to get to the PSU energy switch. Also, see beneath. This case in all probability isn't finest suited for a loaded setup, such as what I've got going - an overclocked CPU with two GPUs crossfired. You can do it (I'm running it), but it'll be a little hot.

Outstanding case for the size. Like some other people I needed a smaller case since of space restrictions and this is best. Asus P8P67Pro,2500k, 8 gigs gSkill eco ram, 2 difficult drives and an Intel SSD, Sony DVD, and Radeon 6870 plus 650 watt PS. all fit nicely. The case is very properly built but keep it clean. Shows fingerprints large time. Enjoy the design. None. For the people with heat problems the optional best with the 140mm blowhole is not challenging to find and I highly advise it. I just checked the location exactly where I got mine and they have 2 in stock. It's 45 bucks but properly worth it to maintain your goodies cool. Just Google the portion number.

Very good workmanship, smaller footprint, excellent design, light but sturdy, space for significant CPU cooler, Top USB and audio ports w/cover (works greater for me exactly where it is located than a front panel would). Fingerprints and a bit spendy perhaps? I am operating an Intel core i5 on a ASUS P7P55D motherboard and there is enough room in the case for my COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus, which is a big cooler. My system runs about 34C at idle correct now, when it is cooler in the property (winter on the prairie!). I have in no way seen it go above 42C, so far.I seriously like this case. Well, to start out the fit and finish was definitely top notch! The instructions essentially are great but not so necessary. My construct went fairly straightforward. I had to don\'t forget to change the conventional direction of the CPU fan and did truly purchase the optional best (with a 140 mm blow hole) which created a nice distinction in my CPU and GPU and Mobo temps. None, I was incredibly impressed. My case came with a loose Lian Li sticker, I was expecting a thing die-cast and chrome plated..the bling on this gentleman.

I built a program with one of these circumstances that I had to give my son. I just purchased one more case for me due to the fact I liked it so a lot. It went together in a snap. I like this design so considerably, I will purchase one in silver for yet another project. I have been developing my own computers for more than 10 years. Lian Li just knows what I like. none I own five instances made by Lian Li.

The location of components leads to a very clean installation with minimal wire clutter. Ventilation is most likely sufficient for machines employing up to 650W. This is 1 of the most intriguing cases on the industry. It might not be the finest Lian Li, but you get a lot for the money. Case modders will like the possibilities. I like the back to front airflow - you can run a passive CPU heatsink if you know what you're performing. The airflow goes back to front. It's kinda like a standard case upside-down. The power supply mounts in the bottom front. The motherboard is mounted upside down from conventional configs. The cpu is at the bottom and gets the first, coolest air from outside. Contemplate this case is CPU cooling is the 1st priority. GPUs will be at the best. There is no side panel venting. There are some replacement best panels, but they are tough to discover if not impossible.Aluminum can be quiet. I applied some acoustic dampening to the best/bottom/side panels. In conjunction with some better fans at a lower speed, my PC is getting fairly close to silent. Lian Li situations have rubber grommets which are applied for the HDD mounting method. I use an SSD with a mechanical HDD. I was working with a three.five" but had to switch to a notebook drive. The mounting program doesn't support with seek noise or vibrations. A 7.2k or 10krpm drive will most most likely be unbearable. The notebook HDD I utilised is just about silent. The 3.5" I was working with was louder than every thing else in my system. I suggest getting a quieter HDD if you are trying to lower noise.Fit and finish are great, but not ideal. The aluminum is pretty thin and you can bend the side panels if you're not careful. As such, the case is sturdy, but sidepanels flex a lot more than a 1.0mm steel panel. It's very light, which I like, but if you aren't familiar with Lian Li's smaller aluminum situations you may well be surprised.I'm employing a GTX 460 "cyclone". It runs quite cool with it's non-reference style. In an open program it runs 31c idle and 57c load. With a hotter non-reference style card you will run in I advocate using a high efficiency PSU. I'm using a Seasonic X-650 Gold which is fanless beneath 𞲲w. I'm currently employing an i5 2500k Sandy Bridge. With the 120mm intake in the back, you could run a passive tower HS. I have tried it with a Noctua and was not surprised to see passive temps similar to the stock HS. My components just don't get hot. My GPU runs cool anyway, and regardless of higher temps in this case, it doesn't have an effect on other components. It gets exhausted out the front. Reference style blower GPUs will be even greater, but louder. Appear for quiet, efficient components and you can't go wrong with this case. I hope Lian Li keeps generating this case just the way it is.

Nicely produced, no sharp edges exactly where you touch often. uncomplicated to setup. quiet but no as quiet as I hoped. Case feels genuinely hot. It sucks aire from back and blows hot air out in the front. It should have much more open in the front. Aleays gets me worried on the other hand CPU temp is OK. Challenging to install mobo for there is a tiny off among mobo and case and do not know whose fault it is. No drive gives the elegant appear that this case provides. The case looks no that fantastic after I put all the drives in.

Chose this for my very first construct based on size and price, and I have no regrets. The USB/headphone jack on the top is quite handy. There was sufficient space inside to function. The fans are very quiet. Given that I was attempting to develop a desktop to serve as a media center (connected to my flatscreen Television), I wanted a smaller case with out getting crammed with an HTPC case. This got the job carried out and looks quite straightforward and clean. The rear plate (to cover peripheral inputs on motherboard) comes with a layer of foam to allow for a cushion between the back of the plate and the jacks. This foam produced it incredibly difficult to pop the plate into location, up against the jacks (ASUS M4A79XTD EVO) and I was afraid I'd bend the connections or damage the motherboard. Ripping the foam off solved this issue quickly. Nothing major, but it annoyed me. It's a shame simply because the foam seemed like a good concept. This case blows the air back to front, which is unusual. It also places the PSU on the bottom in the front. Absolutely nothing wrong with this, but it's not the "norm."

Properly made and simple to work with, in particular if you program nicely ahead of time. I truly located this to be 1 of my preferred cases of all time. Though it's somewhat compact, air flow is great and I've been impressed with the rear to front air flow style. Just keep in mind to mount your CPU cooler appropriately so your fan blows to the front of the case. Elegant in look with no silly bright lights and windows, incredibly quiet with appropriately picked components. None. Decent innovation and style. Great fit and finish. This mfg has the top quality control factor down cold. Nailed the execution. Wish it had that beautiful black finish inside and out. The inverted motherboard layout makes all my cables too lengthy. My modest machine is inaudible to my ears. Never ever gets even a bit warm. If I had chosen a higher wattage cpu and video card, I suspect I would have cut a blowhole in the leading.

As uncomplicated as it is, the fact Lian produced ATX notes on the mobo tray for the standoffs had been extremely handy during the build. This is a extremely high excellent aluminum case for the price at below 100 bucks. My only con would be the LED's on front, they are too bright. I dabbed some acrylic black paint on them and presto, concern resolved. I've built several PC's with a lot of different instances, and Lian Li generally stands out for their good quality, innovation and construction.

Very Light, quite simple to work with. can take rather a bit of components and still remain tiny. Very quiet, alot of noise cancellation in this case with rubber grommets and solid structure. For me, I had to replace the case fans with some Scythe branded fans for quieter a lot more CFM. They originals aren't poor. The only other case I wanted, was the Dragon Slayer case, but it was MicroATX only. I can say this case is very nice for what I wanted, low profile, clean, easy to work with, great air flow, quiet.

This case is awesome and the cooling is wonderful. I was able to fit all my liquid cooling in the case with no difficulty. the case looks excellent like a most Lian Li's do. The only problem i had with the case is the challenging drive rack can get in the way of the major video cards but just bumping the card down a slot fixed that. If you are going to SLI be prepared to do a bit of cutting on the challenging drive rack. but not a massive deal. If you are searching for a smaller case and don't want to go micro ATX then get this case!

Doesn't want a dozen lights and plastic decorations to appear superior; very light, but sturdy; stays quiet and cool. The interior is a small various that what I'm applied to (PSU on the bottom, motherboard is in an inverted position), so it took a little longer to put it together. This case is so light and reasonably small, but it's straightforward to function with. I don't mind paying a little extra for quality, and I surely got plenty of it here. Just be positive to plan ahead to take note of the couple of differences from other conventional cases.

I've been building systems for additional years that I care to admit, but this case is the ideal one I've used yet. Don't be intimidated by the reverse flow as the first factor cooled is the processor. That means it stays cooler than in a standard flowing case. Second, the foot print of this case is little, but it holds full size components like my video card, ATX mobo and a full height CPU cooler. Lastly, the case is rather, but it keeps my components cool. Be advised that there is a pocket for warm air to collect above the GPU (I run a 9800 gtx+), but I haven't had any issues immediately after 1 year of FPSing. I have overclocked the CPU and the GPU, but almost everything still works perfectly! I'm not a case modder, but it would be a simple thing to ad a blow hole above the GPU, if you are concerned about the heat pocket. In general, Lian Li cases are IMO a staid, minimalist expression of power and this case delivers those asthetics and the performance too.

This is a classy, gorgeous case, with easy elegance, and no juvenile light shows. It's incredibly light compared to a steel case of the same size. It's fairly quiet (can hear the fans but the frequency/pitch appears much less irritating than other cases I've had) A lot of the case parts are held together with screws so the factor can be Additional stuff to obtain! Lian Li should include at least one aluminum optical drive cover with this case. Also this case's reverse air flow design causes hot air to get trapped above the video card in the leading of the case. So why doesn't this case come from the factory with a fan to cool the PCI slots? Unless you just run integrated graphics you're going to end up getting a fan to cool the best of the case. Also it needs a filter on the intake fan. The stock setup is just asking for dust bunnies to come inside. Also, it runs about five degrees warmer than my last case. A modular power supply (probably much less than 7 deep) is important. I about lost my mind trying to cram a PC Power & Computing 610 Silencer into the factor. Lastly I gave up and ordered a ModXstream Pro 600. Also attempt to maintain from blocking a the front fan as significantly as possible. If I had just 1 challenging drive (instead of two hard drives and two optical drives), I'd in all probability stick it in the 3.5 inch bay and take away the challenging drive cage all together. My case temps dropped about 10 degrees C after I moved one of my challenging drives out of the cage.

Comment:
This is an excellent case for the cost. Small compact size but with plenty of space inside to work with. I'm surprised that we don't see more cases designed this way. Lots of little design features included, like rubber grommets, easy HD installation, quiet fans, lots of venting. The finish is excellent and classy with brushed aluminum. Installation was a breeze with the amount of space inside. The only issue with the case is due to the same design that makes it compact. Warmer air will tend to collect near the top area of the case, by the expansion slots. Because of the venting holes on the slot covers, it's not going to be a problem. The easiest solution for this is to ensure that you have positive air pressure in the case, i.e. more air blown in than being sucked out. This ensures that the combination of air pressure and warm convection will push the air up and out through these vents.Overall, I'm very happy with the case. An excellent buy.
