Affordable, looks cool. Inverter box for some may be tricky to hide. Using this for my not so old, but old IDE file drive I just can't seem to want to get rid of. Purchased it new for dirt cheap (western digital green 320gig for 35 bucks) so I can't complain but I had to get rid of that ugly cable.

Its Blue! It has a linght stip spiraling throught it. Its somewhat flexible, but retains some rigidity (rigidity makes for a cleaner looking assembly). Did I say it was blue? Functions effectively with Black Raidmax Ninja Case with stock blue situation lighting. Read item description..its for one device to board only! Great factor I only have one particular IDE drive:-) Upon initial installation, I was a bit worried it would be "cheesy" seeking, but following it looks significantly superior than picture provides it credit for.

It's a cable that glows. It has a small energy box that has to be pluged with four pin power. Some cases might not have any excellent places to hide this tiny box and it offers you much more wire-hiding function. Also, I will admit it is a lot more of a turquoise than blue and will not match nicely with most blue LED fans. Nevertheless looks amazing though, IMO. It's a cable. It does what it's supposed to do. Connects IDE related objects to your mobo and it has glowing blue coils wrapped around it.

Properly its a round IDE cable the blue EL wire running up the cable looks superior. Over all a good cable. Not totally free. I got this to replace than ribbon cable linking my XFi card to the front panel but due to a blocked pin on the connector it will not function. Some IDE cables have this pin blocked and some do not.
