I adore this thing, I must of ordered more of them, it does an great job at taking a single header and generating it two. No voltage loss and no problem what-so-ever with speed reporting. None! I have two of the identical fans hooked up to this thing so no problems with speed reporting some complain, but there is no problems right here, the product is wonderful at what it does and a total advised get.

Quite basic Y cable. The splitter is nice and does specifically its job. This is good if you have to run a number of fans from a single port on your motherboard. None. Picked up 3 of them, turns out I only needed one particular b/c the new case fans hooked up with 4-pin Molex connectors. Regardless, I'm one hundred% confident I'll use these in the future.

Not much to set up, genuinely. just an extension cord, with the added bonus of becoming in a position to connect two 3-pin fans to 1 three pin fan input on the motherboard. might go back and see how many i still will need, considering i applied two three-pin to a molex connectors. so far it works great! matches all of the other black/red/yellow wires all through my case. none seriously. i like it really substantially. May possibly get a handful of a lot more of these, if motherboard can support a few a lot more fans. right after employing the three-pin to molex, these could end up freeing up much more molex for future upgrades, or backwards compatibility really should the need to have arise..

operates, if you're great to it I've purchased a bunch of these over that final two years, the principal connector (with six wires) is defective in *all* of them. The wires are not appropriately crimped and will break off easily. I generally spot-glue or zip-tie them for added strength. Open up yours and you'll see.

Makes one 3-pin fan connector into TWO! Amazing! It's not 3! My situation came with four fans, each and every with tiny tiny 3-pin wires. Only 3 of my wires could reach the motherboard. So I got this wire. And what do you know, it functions.Newegg shipping is excellent for huge products. I've gotten a 30 pound item in 48 hours. But for tiny inexpensive products like this, they can be slow. Took a week for this to get right here following switching couriers 3 instances.
