Logitech 910-001152 G9X Laser Mouse
Comment:
Finest mouse i have owned to date. I used to be a Microsoft guy and only a wireless mouse guy, but i got sick of batteries and due to the fact i am usually at this personal computer anyhow, wired was the way i went. The best part about the mouse is the capability to adjust the sensitivity which if you use photoshop, you will love.I am not a gamer, so I can\'t comment on its performance in games. I bought it since i need the capability to adjust the sensitivity. none

Logitech 910-001152 G9X Laser Mouse
Cons:Not for all (personally I think its better for people with smaller hands, or who do not palm grip)Looks can be a turn off to some,

Pros:Unmatched trackingExcellent lift off distance (

I have bought so many mice it is embarrassing in the hopes of finding the perfect one.Well, this is it. Adjustable weights (which is both over, and underrated depending on who is writing) are a great feature, I love a heavy mouse.the modifiable hand grips seems like a huge gimmick, but I love it. For FPS gaming the smaller, control grip is great. For simple usage and browsing the wide load grip is great when precision is not needed. The mouse has great build quality, I could use it to protect my life IRL if I had to :P.Above all though, the lazer sensor in this mouse is currently unmatched. The avago sensor is currently the best and has the least issues. There is 5% positive acceleration which is not ideal, but the lack of z axis issues, clipping, negative accel, and just about anything else make it perfect. This and the G500 are hands down the best gaming mice on the market for those who can actually cause their mice to clip.I am a fan of razer(despite build quality) but the mamaba, lachesis, and copperhead all clipped horribly even on "premium" surfaces, at high dips, and high polling rates. For expensive mice that is simply unacceptable.the G9X and G500 (different feel and built but same sensor) do not suffer any issues when being moved at very high speeds, being repositioned quickly, and work on a wide variety of surfaces but do favour hard mats.can't recommend this mouse enough.Logitech had to make up for the piece of crap the G5 was, and they have done so in spades with the G500 and G9X.

All the excellent you'd anticipate from a premium product from Logitech. Middle clicking is very tough, pretty much unusable for video gaming or any regularly issued command.

1. Has weights to adjust2. Quite precise and accurate3. Adjustable on the fly dpi even without having the software4. Two distinct covers to decide on from. 1. Palm started sweating only soon after 30min of use.two. Hand and wrist started to cramp after an hour. (with gel padƝ. Much less buttons than the G500 My Logitech G500 started acting up. Middle mouse button broke and the left click started to go out, so i decided to obtain Logitech once more but go a various route (been employing logitech gaming mice considering that 2002). Their is no replacing my G500 (Had a G5 just before that). I have been so use to the same style and mold for years now. And if you are working with a gel wrist pad on your mouse pad the G9x seems like a challenge. So the next day I right away jumped back on newegg and ordered me the G500 although their still was a mail in rebate obtainable. When I took the Gel pad away from the equation it helped with the cramping but my palm still kept sweating. Never had that dilemma with the G5 or G500.

Logitech 910-001152 G9X Laser Mouse
Cons:flaw with cable?

Pros:Awesome mouse for gaming
Comment:
I've been using this mouse for a whlie now. I love the ablity to customize the weight the the mouse. I prefer a heavier feel, and was able to achieve this with the included weights. This mouse is very accurate and sensitive. The only draw backs are:- wheel release is located at bottom of mouse which is very inconvenient- teflon pads wear quickly - logitech replaced mine for free- can't use on glass- cable came kind of melted - there's a permament crease in it.I would definitely buy this again though.

Cons:Setpoint software confusing on first configuration.

Pros:Nice customizationGood feel

Bought this to replace an old logitech wireless kb/mouse combination.Did a lot of searching but never found anything that would fit my hand good and can be used for gaming. Was a suggestion from a friend and the wide grip on it is awesome. Will have to try out the smaller grip on it later on.

Comment:
its an awesome, kick a.. product, very good utilities, dpi control, profile switches according to program launches, thats an great feature, very responsive has sufficient keys, no much less, no much more than want it, the dpi led its very valuable non, it responses outstanding, the only thing i could believe is that the edges of the surface should be some far more rounded, and not square, cuz depending on the mouse pad that you have, it could get a small sticky, not really a reason to take an egg off. i would have something accomplished the the anatomy of it mouse it self, I've noticed some mouses with a rest for the pinky finger, and for a gamer, thats a goood thought,

Logitech 910-001152 G9X Laser Mouse
Comment:
Adjustabled weights is good even although I don't ues it, The mouse free wheel scrolling is the nicest feature to me and becoming able to turn it on or off for games vs typical use is excellent. Very accurate with the laser and precise with the movement. Indicator for DPI setting is convinient so no second guessing what your setting is at. Only meant for right handed mouse usage I switched from a Microsoft Habu and I admit, this is undoubtedly a much better mouse. It takes a little bit to adjust your wrist and hand position to it but I'm happy simply because that only took about 1 week. The Habu was to substantial and it took two months to adjust my hand to that one.

Comment:
So smooth and accurate, I can customize the heck out of this mouse and loving it. The mouse has functions galore and the profile switching makes for multiple gameplay styles without ever logging out of the game. Software can be a little intimidating at first Just upgraded from a Sidewinder mouse and I could tell the difference right away. I doubt I'll ever use 5700 dpi but it's nice to have, you know?Great acquire!

Comment:
Anyone not liking the scroll wheel, check the button on the bottom of the mouse that looks like a gear. PROBLEM SOLVED!This mouse is the best I've ever used. No buzzing problems.I have used the MX510, MX1000, G7, and Razer Naga. This one beats them all.

Logitech 910-001152 G9X Laser Mouse
Comment:
Glides actual smooth, so far each and every factor works great. Iloved it right out of the box. I didn't add the extra weights, cause it is so light I didn't want to enhance drag. Way greater mouse than the Logitech M500 which is a backup. Looks funny and akward in photos. But works fantastic and fits fairly good. My razer habu died a slow death, and I loved it. I was thinking that I paid way too considerably and I wasn't going to be pleased with this new 1. But boy I was wrong, this mouse is excellent.

Comfy, high good quality. Tracks nicely on all the surfaces that I have tried. Adjustable weight (I prefer a lighter mouse, but its nice to have the alternative). Logitech. none so far replaced a Logitech G5 that i had for 2 years (it still worked, but my hands had been too major for it). This mouse is excellent for my bear-paw hands. Soon after getting utilized to it I can't see myself happier with any other mouse.

Compared the the Sidewinder X5
Comment:
I'm new to the gaming world and bought this mouse and the mid-level mouse the x5 so I could try them both out and return one. I ended up returning this one. That's not to say it's bad, it's a great feeling mouse, lots of neat gimmicks like adjustable weights and two grips. I found after about 4 days I'd found the setup I wanted and would probably never use the grips or weights ever again. The adjustable DPI works great, however if you play FPS like I have been then mostly you want to go from low DPI for snipe to hi DPI for everything else. With this mouse you have to click 3 times to go from low to high, the Sidewinder has 3 DPI buttons so one click takes you to the sensitivity you want. I found that better for my needs. Overall it's a wicked mouse, but for half the price I've found the x5 just as capable.

Awesome feel for Gamers!!
Comment:
I bought this mouse coming from the g5 where one of my side buttons got stuck so i researched on logitech mince because I wont do razer mice ever again! So anyways, if you know what a g5 mouse is the weight cartridge is always falling out if you just lightly touch the button. Well this mouse you have to take off the mouse grip cover to get to them. What i mean by the grip cover is you have your choice on grips. Either a precision grip or a wide grip. The precision has the more feel to it like the g5 had so it felt like nothing new. What does work better is the 2 side buttons. Programming these to a macro or a key for in game is way better. Easy to push in as well. Whats also cool is the DPI setting lights are changeable with Setpoint software. Im talking all colors here. Greem, purple, red, blue, anything. It gives an extra touch to your personal gaming life! Well if your a gamer add me on xfire killa10145. Ill give more info there! :D
