wow, this is the best webcam i have ever had! the quality is amazing, and everything is just crystal clear! this is worth every penny, and then some! if you want a great webcam, this has got to be the one you go with. the carl zeiss lens is just top of the line, and it shows.

HD capable, ease of use, while not officially supported it in fact works with iChat and Skype for OSX. See other thoughts Logitech ought to commence supporting other platforms other then Windows, 10 years ago I could see them getting only a Windows shop, even 5 years ago but in this day and age they have to support much more platforms considering how diverse their item portfolio is (only 1 webcam officially supported for OXS - really?).

I've just published a book on how to acquire, setup, and use webcams for job and Tv news interviews. I chose this webcam for my individual use due to the fact of the sharpness of its lens, the 30 fps frame rate, fantastic mike, and ultimate ability to adjust virtually each and every camera function, from focus to zoom and white balance. We had another 5-year-old Logitech webcam before this 1, and the technological improvement is breathless! Like the C910 so much I bought yet another for my wife. None. I have no troubles with the way the webcam mounts on top of my LCD monitor. Secure and effortless to adjust. The blue indicator LEDs on every side of the lens that tell you it's turned on can generate a blue cast to the picture and reflect in my glasses. But that was quickly fixed with two little strips of electrician's tape.

Video excellent is Incredible!Sound is stereo. The sound is a bit.... thin. No 1 I video chat with complains, but when I record a video I am not overly pleased with the sound. It's not horrible or anything, but it isn't mind blowing either.The significant difficulty, is the DRIVERS!!!I initial installed this on my 64bit win7ultimate machine and it worked flawlessly, quickly. I used it for a few weeks this way with zero problems.I then moved it over to an old 32bit XP-property machine and had blue screen of death, freezing, other USB devices not working, etc. The issue ended up becoming some (orange something one thing) USB drivers that were on my machine. These drivers were installed by some other device I was employing, but I have no idea which. I went into the device manager and deleted all of my USB devices then scanned for hardware modifications. winXP installed factory drivers and then I was able to get the c910 up and running with no further issues. Terrific video, so-so audio, but main driver issues. Hopefully Logitech will get this resolved in the near future.

This is a superb high-end webcam. The carl zeiss lens makes everything look crystal clear. The only downfall is the choppy 1080p, but that is a bandwidth limitation of USB 2.0, not Logitech's fault.

As greatest I can tell this is currently the best webcam dollars can get. None that I have found however. To the guy waiting for USB 3. webcams. These Logitech HD web cams do in camera compression to M-JPEG. Thus full HD images across USB two. is doable. The computer then re-compresses the video to your final format depending on recording or internet conferencing goals.

Super uncomplicated install and configuration to Skype. Great Video top quality for a WebCam. Was able to capture a whole conference room that's about 40-50ft deep and still recognize people today’s faces on the other side. Audio was even a lot more impressive. With the dual mics, i was able to catch audio from the back of the 40-50ft deep room. Over all incredibly impressed. Larger than some other cams. doesn't include a small bag or pouch for storage. cable is a bit short for desktop use but good for laptops. kinda $$$ for a web cam, but it gets the job completed. Haven’t tried any of the "enhanced functions" like full 1080P or the 10mp photo. I’m assuming its most likely close to a FlipCam video high quality as far as video and the pictures in all probability look as superior as the greatest "camera phone" out there but most likely doesn’t even get close to a digital point and shoot. "It's not all about megapixels"
