I'm 'on hold' with a rep now waiting for a return authorization number. These headphones were not recognized by my desk top. They then 'blue screened' my wife's Toshiba laptop. Logitech has no drivers for it. I'm sending them back. Could be an anomaly, but something major is wrong with this product.

this headset is okay, just okay though. It is definitely not high quality audio for you music lovers but it sure is good enough for a regular computer user. I got this earlier today and it was set up quickly just by plugging it in, my only real complaint about this is that I think it is overpriced. For over $100, it is too pricey to justify the quality of this, I have nothing but positive things to say it other than the price, for that kind of money I was expecting quality to be much better, a regular $20 wired headset is actually a little bit better audio quality, but not by much. All in all this is a good product, just a little bit pricey in my opinion.

Very lite to wear.Comfortable for short hourly useVolume touch control on headset is greatVolume and sound quality is clear and crisp - no static.Recharge plug light up when recharging is a major plus.Will buy again.

these are very good headphines. the only reason i give th4em a 4star rateing is that i have alot of wireless divices and i sometimes get interfearance.

I've only had my Logitech ClearChat PC Wireless headphones for a few weeks but they are just awesome. I'm glad I chose them.

I use this headset for gaming, ventrilo and voice communications. Range is good, sound is decent, battery life is good. Comfortable to wear for hours at a time. Some folks say i sound slightly more ''tinny'' than my last mic, but that may probably have to do with proximity of the mic to my mouth. I have this headset for a little over a month and have experienced no problems yet. All and all, i am satisfied with this product for now.

Excellent performance, good sound quality, mic works well. However, I've sent off for my third replacement in less than a year. As the other reviews state, the left headset cuts out. The one I bought lasted 4 months and I put up with the problem (jiggle the earpiece) for another month before sending it off. Second one lasted 4 months and we're doing it again. Wouldn't buy it again.

This is one of the best wireless headsets I have found. I just bought a set for a friend and sent them to him to use on his Skype. I love them.

I bought this headset on 12-29-09 and today (2-9-10) I contacted the manufacturer to get a replacement. Just as many others commented, the left ear-piece cuts out. When it worked it was a decent product. The wireless had decent range and rarely cut out, but the headset feels cheap. It is lightweight and easily slide off my head if I move too quickly or lean forward to pick something off the floor. I would not buy this item again.

bought this for ventrilo, works great, even works plugged in if your battery is low. Good clarity, nice pick up for the mic as well, would suggest this to anyone looking for a inexpensive wireless headset for themselves.

I bought this wireless headset as a gift for my parents and they love it. The freedom this item gives them is worth millions. Good wireless coverage indoor. Great service from this site and quick to deliver.

This is my first review ever, as I feel it's good to warn consumers about bad products. I bought this product a few months ago in august. Today in january it died. Right from the beginning it gave me problems as I had to go through so much fussing to switch speakers to this product and back again. Then things started to get worse by logitec using cheap plastic for their plugs and case. Eventually the durability of my taping and other augmentation wore out and it died. It was nice while it lasted, I'll try blutooth instead.

it's a pricey but it's logitech so you know what you're getting is good. i live in a place with thick walls, microwaves and noise with that said sound quality is fine. the sound distorts for no reason sometimes. i can wear it for hours until the battery dies so it's comfy. i wish the range was a bit more powerful for when i'm in the laundry room side of the building.

Just like many people said on the reviews of this product the left ear goes out after a wile.I bought this on September 29 2009 and the headset started acting up about a week or so ago and now im lucky to get it to come on for more than five min. This headset was great when it was working i loved it.

I like the look and design of the headset, but I find the sound quality lacking. To me the sound does not have any punch in the lower register (bass). After playing a game with speakers and a sub-woofer for many years, this headset just cannot compare by any stretch of the imagination.

I purchased these headphones about 9 months ago. A few months ago I noticed the left speaker would go in and out, I would have to tap on the headphone to get it to turn back on. The past few weeks it has gotten worse, and my left speakers rarely works now. This product does have GREAT sound and it worked great before the speaker went out. I called Logitech and they are sending me a replacement.. apparently this is a known problem with the model. To sum it up - Great product, super comfortable, faulty wire, I will continue to use it since the sound quality is so nice.

The build quality is very good except for a fairly flimsy on off switch on the headset. True plug and play works in seconds, may feel tight for people with larger heads. My wife finds it more comfortable. I have to attend long meetings by Skype and this allows me to move around my home. Range is up to 30 feet radius where clear and 10 ft through walls.

I bought 2 of these, one in june, one in july for a gift. The gift broke before mine, speaker stop working in left ear piece. Speaker then broke on my left ear piece. The mute stop working also. For as much money they sure do break easy for only having one person using them. I wouldnt waste anymore money on these

I have tried a number of headsets and this is by far the best. I was surprised at the noise suppression. It sugnificantly blocks outside noise. It is light weight and comfortable. A good buy for the money.

This unit is a gem. Have you ever got caught up in your wires as you move about? Not anymore! Out of the box ...charge it initially for 2 hrs, plug it in and ...voila, you're in business. Works well with Vista. Great sound on Skype as well as media player. Fits comfortably, nice features a definite buy. Great service, received it in 3 days. My only criticism is that it could stand a little more volume... I like my music at 11.

This is the 2nd clearchat headset that i've purchased, and I am equally happy with both. They both work great. Our computers are on a far corner of the 1st floor of our house, and I can go anywhere in either the 1st floor, the basement, or on the 2nd floor and still hear perfectly. My only complaints are that it is a bit pricier than i would prefer and that the battery life is only about 4 hrs.

Tried with this wireless headset less than 10 feet away and reception was not clear by other party. Has a hollow effect.

This thing cost a little bit but man! You pay for what you get. This thing is clear as a bell and has a lot of nice features. My wife was narrating a PowerPoint presentation and switched to the new Logitech from her other (not to be named) headset. I could hear an IMMEDIATE (sorry for CAPS but have no bold font...) difference when I was reviewing her presentation. She didn't even need to tell me on what slide she started using it. I would really recommend this headset!

The headset is very comfortable, I wear it for 4 and 5 hours at a time without any excessive discomfort. Volume controls are on the headset up/down/mute are very convenient. I like that the mic swings out of the way and places the headset on mute when tilting it up. The range is terrific I have a 2 story house and am able to hear and speak when on a different floor than my PC. The only complaint is the battery life / indicator. I'd say the battery last about 5 - 6 hours. This in and of itself isn't so bad but there is no warning when the battery is getting low. You don't hear a beep or get a prompt on the screen, you get zilch it just stops working in the middle of your game/conversation. You can plug in the headset, the power adapter has a fairly generous cord but I wish I had a good 10 minute warning before a total shut-off and battery life of 8 hours or so would be much better. I would buy this product again and in general am very happy with it.
