This keyboard works great and the macros are very useful. The LCD can be useful, though most of the time it displays redundant in-game info. For some reason they decided to give it 2 USB 1.1 ports, so they are close to useless

Good keyboard. Great bang for your buck if its on sale (i got for liek 60 bucks). Many cool functions liek macros, g keys, volume, screen, tf2 stats, etc. Built very well, and the keyboard will NOT slide on your desk. Definately would buy again.

IMO this board is great. Logitech hasn't let me down yet (kinda w/ G9 mouse-read my review). But other than that I love the features of this board- the keys could be brighter. A friend of mine has the G-15 rev1 w/ the blue keys. But, I like the orange. Red woulda been cool too. And the apps you can get for the screen are really nice. If your a gamer or even gadget lover this is the board for you.

I owned the 1st Gen G15 from March 2007 until April 2009, and I found it to be an extremely sturdy keyboard. Unfortunately the circuity on it reached its EOL and simply gave out, and started sending bad signals. As replacement I purchased the 2nd gen G15, slightly wary but still expectant of good things. I find it to be an excellent replacement for my old G15. Of course since this one has only 6 macro keys, it is narrower, making it even better.

Just upgraded from a wireless keyboard which sometimes didnt respond. This keyboard is amazing. Some pre-programmed macros cannot be changed such as for e-mails (currently uses Windows Mail and not Windows Live Mail (no hotmail)) Good key feedback, lcd screen is cool.

It's a great keyboard, has lots of features and the LCD is pretty neat. Good stuff. I personally prefer laptop-style keyboards, but I got this one because it was on sale. It's types well anyway.I would recommend this for gaming, but I still like my old Lycosa gaming keyboard from Razer… too bad the touch panel broke on me.

the second day using it, after bought it with a great deal price last week. I like the red-orange light especially in dark environment. At first time using it I pressed G6 accidentally instead of Ctrl button but got used to it after few times (normal keyboards do not have other keys in the left column, so..) and yeah, I am comfrotable in using it either typing or gaming. I have back to corded keyboard after my previous wireless keyboard has failed badly(malfunction). And I do not want to charge/change the battery when it is low and I'm middle of game. Amazing keyboard for gamers. I reall like the fact it displays the Stats of your character in World of warcraft on the LCD. Also really good music controls.

Very good keyboard. the LCD monitor tells you how much ram/cpu is being used. You can also get more applets for the LCD monitor. The G Keys are very useful. You can use the G keys for anything! bad thing is that the wrist rest is plastic, which can get uncomfortable at times. I highly recommend this key board!

When in doubt go with Logitech! I love this keyboard, wanted something with back light, even with the lights off you can still see your keys unlike the Lycosa. LCD gives lots of useful info, I can now look at the time even when I'm in game! Was compatible out of the box with my Mac, the media keys worked, only had to download their driver from the website to get the LCD panel to work. Awesome keyboard. Remember to PM it!!

decided on the G15 because of the LCD and it's addons available, and for the fact that Logitech has never steered me wrong in the past. The keyboard is very durable, the back lighting is unrivaled and the G-Keys are great for macros. The only gripe I had with it was that it's wrist rest is solid plastic, I wish they opted for a soft material layer on it.

69.99 is a bang for the buck for this awesom keyboard. If you're a gammer then you'll have no complaints. I use it for work as well and wish it was a bit more quiet. Otherwise, it feels great, perfect response and was very easy to install. I have Vista Ultimate.

I got this after I saw it on sale and it was an instant buy. I have had no issues with this keyboard and the lcd screen is awesome for when I am in game and I can see who is in my ventrilo.

I bought this on sale only for WoW, also cause I was having issues with my wireless keyboard/mouse working together during gaming (TF2)I still use it because I really hate the interference with the wireless keyboard and mouse but I left WoW after a month of owning it. I also had no use for the extra macro keys which I tend press quite a bit...I would recommend it but if I were to say break it during a drunk night thinking I was a Kung Fu Master, I wouldn't buy it again. There are other gaming keyboards I'm looking forward to buy when Demigod & D3 comes out!

This is a great keyboard. Quiet, responsize, and really cool looking! The only thing is that all the keys light up, but there is some light missing in the corners(tilde, pause, scroll lock ,and prt scr...)

-I got this on sale and think it was worth it. programming the little scripts for games is why I got it because I don't type fast and was sick of this being a disadvantage in games where you have to be very fast with your button pressing.The backlit keys are nice and makes it a lot easier to see at night.Over-all a pretty good keyboard, especially if you can snag it on sale.

Do not bother with this keyboard if you do allot of typing as the thick push down on the keys makes for tons of errors when typing fast to some1, The front display is really what seperates this keyboard from all the others if you did take it away then this would probably be the worst keyboard built from logitech in awhile. I have owned this key board for over a year now and it is very durable and the G keys are there but I dont use them as well as lots of other g15 keyboard owners. Yes it is a GAMING keyboard for sure but heck it is also a KEYBOARD that does not work to well unless you hammer on the keys or make sure you press firmly all the time. Looks great but byt he end of the day I would not buy another or make sure they know about the bad typing keys it has. Cheers!!

ok well i was going to buy the g11 but then i saw this one and i was like ''i have to have it!'' so i bought it and just ''FYI'' tiger sales this for $80 bestbuy sales for $110 get it from tiger! so anyways this keyboard works great and i have had no problems whats so ever.(always been a logitech fan) o ya and the glowing red keys helps alot!

This keyboard has an amazing feature which I realised last night when I spilled juice all over it. I quickly unplugged the keyboard and went to pull it apart and found that there are actually drainholes built in, so that liquids will whick right through and won't hurt your electronics! absolutely ingenius. Love this keyboard so much

Upgraded from a saitek II to this. Keys are slightly narrower which is taking some getting use to. Backlight is better than the Saitek but colour of the light is ugly. LCD is a gimmick and no worth looking at while playing games (why would you take your eyes off the screen during a match to view temps or ammo when you can have most of that on your screen anyways). Worth purchasing on sale but not at full price.

Great buy, Not a fan of the full price little steep for a Keyboard but I got it on sale one week. The keys are nicely backlit so I can play in the dark when the GF is over and it has different levels of brightness which is nice. The multimedia keys are great additions and work native with my OS (XP).

I'm very happy with this keyboard. When it was selling for 100+ dollars it was a bit much, but if you can get it at 60 bucks by all means do it. Yeah the g19 keyboard is set to be released, but honestly I think anyone will be quite happy with the g15. The backlit keys are great, and the lcd screen has a lot of useful functionality to it. Grab this keyboard and add a nice gaming mouse (g9 is a good choice) and you won't be unhappy.
