I can do everything with this remote. I control my Air System, TV, surround system, PVR, PC, etc... Easy to configure,I even bought one for my mother, I recommend it to everyone.

A few days ago I had 5 remotes to operate my entertainment system components. What a pain to have the mess and bother of all of them. Now! I use 1 remote to do all possible things. It does take a little time and learning to make it do ALL of the little things, but when you get it all of the way programed AND get used to what-is-what, you'll just LOVE IT!!!

With the occasional slip up in turning on the proper equipment, this remote is the bomb! It was simple to set up and easy to run. I great value at this price.

I hooked it to the computer, setup at Logitech web site. That easy! works great, I was a little worried because I have a Rotel reciever, and a Sharp projecter, but it all works great!

I used to own a Pronto but it finally gave up the ghost. Didn't really want to spend $500.00 so when this deal showed up in my email I jumped on it. No regrets, I love this remote. It's refurbished but looks like new and it handles all of my components with ease. Setting it up is also very simple. I would of liked a few more features, like editing the look of the touch menu. Would like to move the buttons around on the touch screen to suite my use but this is a minor issue.

Refurbished doesn't bother me, as someone else has already discovered the bugs and the company fixed them for you. It worked great for recognizing my TV, cable box, and VCR, but wouldn't recognize my Blu-Ray player, and wouldn't even program from the remote that came with the device, unit-to-unit. I spent over 2 hours and about 6 or 7 separate updates to get all the buttons on the Harmony to work with the device! I will say the tech support people stuck with me until it was fixed, but you shouldn't need that long to get the device to work. Other people have had trouble with this, too, I guess- tech support had to search through a library of fixes to get each button to work. With a known problem with this device, they should put in a fix and include it in an Intenet update, or at least in a single patch. Also, my DVR still programs far easier from the original remote, but 2 remotes on the end table certainly beats 5.

This is my second Harmony One. Works just as well as my first. Flexible programming gives me all the functionality I need and the charger base is great.

I'm very pleased with this purchase. I find myself wanting to replace things in my house so that I can use this remote to control them. My wife thinks I'm crazy, but I blame this remote! The setup was a little difficult because I had to dig around all my dusty equipment. It was worth it! I love being able to program activities and everything responding the way it should. I was a little hesitant to purchase a refurb, but it's been working well these past few weeks and I saved some money. I'm thinking about buying another one.

Great Product, even though it was refurbished works perfectly. Takes a little time to set up, once you get past the setup this remotes features for controlling devices are top of the line! Perfect control, many options, great features for custom control of devices and switching between modes or power settings. Would highly suggest getting one, with the extended warranty of course

This remote is great, I never would have believed 1 remote in lieu of 6! I was skeptical after reading how ''easy'' it was to use...but it really is. I have a receiver, DVD VCR combo, CD player, LCD TV, Cable, and BluRay for my home theater system. This remote controls everything. For example, when I select watch TV the remote turns on the receiver, TV and cable box and will shut everything else off. I also have a remote controlled heater and was able to program that in as well. My kids have dropped this remote and it still works fine (really it wasn't me). Charging the remote - I place the remote in the charging cradle and it charges; no wiggling or pushing as some reviewers have described. Expect to spend time programming it to do what you want and you'll be in great shape. If something isn't controlled correctly or there's an issue there's a help button on the remote that walks you through a Q and A until the problem's resolved. Very nice and EASY!!

I had a Harmony 880 and after 2 years this product was not good anymore. The volume and channel buttons did not work anymore. I bought a Refurbished Harmony One from Comp USA and so far I like it a lot. The buttons are much better and the touch screen works fine. Much better than the Harmony 880.

Very happy with the product. A few added features and more program flexibility would be great but again that would likely increase cost. Purchased the refurbished version and saw no difference with new except for packaging. Hava had it for a month now and no problems. Highly recommended.

Well this remote controlls about everything in my house except PS3, Wii and Xbox 360. It will control the xbox but with issues. As tech support told me it has issues sometimes dealing with the xbox. I also had some issues with the remote not knowing all of my imputs on my tv but was able to work around those issues. Once I had it set up the unit does everything it promises to do. My son is happy with it since he is not adept to using all the various remotes to get things working.

Great remote and good price. Setup is easy via internet but tweaking the control after setup is a bit of a hassle. Overall one of the best remotes on market, although UR50 from URC is a little easier to actually use.

I owned the 880 prior to this one and the Harmony One ROCKS! I love the feel of the remote and the buttons are fantastic. It has more of the Tivo & DTV style feel to it which makes it good for all purpose use. I have a fairly complicated routine setup to control a projector, automatic projection screen, amplifier, hdmi switch, xbox, etc and this thing handles it all with ease. Its much more responsive in my book and I would certainly recommend.

I shopped for this remote by first reading forum reviews and threads I found. Home Theater enthusiasts all seemed very happy with this item. I saved a bundle by purchasing a refurbished one and adding a two year warranty. Setting it up is a little tricky sometimes but the software for your PC is very easy to use and the remote features a HELP button. When pressed, the remote asks you relvant questions such as

Sure, you might think, for that money, this thing better control everything... well, it does! And no only will it control them, its better then the manufacture's remotes. Plus, you can assign activities, and it will automatically adjust tv input, turn on which ever devices are needed for the activity. For instance, for a dvd activity, it will turn on your tv, turn to the correct input, turn on your surround sound, and put it on the correct input of your surround sound... all off one activity button! Once the remote is configured, the most NON-TECHNICAL person can control everything! Even has a help option!
