Good remote but a little confusing to set up at first. Need to be patient and take some time to set up. Quite a bit of trial and error for a while. Also don't like that software has to be connected to internet to work.

I got this to replace an old 880. This display is much easier to view and the contrast is great. Touch screen sometimes gives unwanted touches when picked up. The programing is good and you do lose all of your special programing when upgrading but I am always changing or enhancing any way so no big deal. I have ps3, AV reciever,T.V,HTPC,DVD . Used mce remote commands for htpc. Got cheap ps3 remote and Logitech had commands for all my stuff. Highly recomend. Makes your life easy.

This is an excellent product! It controls every one of my components with ease. Initial setup takes a bit of time to get everything just right. Rare minor tweaks after that may be needed (usually just if you need to change some buttons), but most likely you will just set it and forget it. I gave it four stars on performance because some of the buttons are slow. Repeated manual pressing doesn't respond as fast as the factory remotes I have for the devices. Though, it may just be due to my configuration, I cannot speed them up even after playing with the delay settings in the setup. Overall, I like this product very much!

This is my second Harmony remote (some of the buttons wore out on my first one), so I knew what to expect. Fairly straight forward to set up, although a little time consuming to get it just right. But once you get all the buttons programmed the way you want to, you should never have to touch the software again unless you add or change your components. Everything on the remote works great. And if something doesn't go right, the Help button really works and fixes the problem! I needed the Logitech support desk once and they got back to me within 24 hrs with the answer. Really love the fact it's rechargeable! Couldn't even tell this was a refurb. It looked brand new out of the box. Sealed and not a single scratch or blemish! Highly recommend this remote!

Works instantly with Windows 7. Feels like brand new product. Once it is working and replaces all of your remotes, you really feel good. Great buy and product.

Great remote, has all the features that you need to operate just about anything. I used to have 5 separate remotes lying on my coffee table but now with the Harmony One it eliminates all that clutter. Even though I've purchased a refurb remote, it's still a great quality remote. Recommeded buy!!

If you do not have one of these remotes yet, you need to order one. This thing works exactly as advertised. It is easy to set up, and after using it, you wonder why you waited so long to get one.

It takes some effort to program the Harmony One remote unit; however, once that's done it works great. The refurbished unit looks brand new.

Have owned two harmony 880 so I knew what to expect with the harmony one. This remote does everything I need and more. It works with all my components and the one touch switch between activities is great. The large screen is very vivid and the remote fits in your hand perfectly. The harmony software is very easy to use and configure. My only complaint is that I had to purchase the PS3 adapter to be able to control it. Price dropped another $25 about a month after I picked mine up. Still a great deal on an awesome remote.

This is my 3rd logitech remote, and second Harmony One. My original remote got eaten by my dog and the last one got stepped on. As expensive as these things are, I continue to pay because they are such awesome remotes. The settings are easy to adjust and save and I have never had a problem with any of them except for the occasional need to reboot. Great value and performance!

The addition of a game system to my setup made it a challenge to remember which devices should be set for which inputs and this remote was a perfect solution. Now just one click starts up all the right devices and sets them all to the right inputs. I've always had great luck with refurbished products and really like the price break that comes with them.

Since all reviews tell you how great the harmony remote is (and it is!) I will just concentrate on the refurbished portion. This unit looks brand new, I was expecting scratches or something, but it is perfect. Will definitely go refurb again to save $$.

This remote was a snap to setup and configure. It controls all my devices with ease and you don't have to fumble with multiple remotes. One touch and everything turns on or off. The only problem is trying to get everyone to use the Harmony remote.

You cant tell that this is a refurb at all, its in perfect shape, works great and was way cheaper, definitely the way to go. As a remote in general, its outstanding, the integration is really well done, the button layout is great, and the touchscreen is really easy to use and makes custom or unusual buttons easy to put on the remote. Wish the software to load the remote info was a little more user friendly though, the wizards set up to make it

This is a great remote. It looks and works like new. I did have a warranty issue and Logitech was on top of it and sent me another remote. I have had other Harmony remotes and this One is by far the best. Refurbished is not a problem at all. Go for it.

Exceeded my expectations. Other remotes would allow a component of my home theater setup to sometimes not turn on or off, getting everything out of sync with their approach of toggling a device on or off. The Harmony never has that problem and even asks if there is a problem to be fixed. Easy to program from my Mac (or a PC). Recognized my fairly old AV receiver. Well worth the price.

Hands down, out-of-the-park home run on design, function and aesthetics. It feels good in your hand, buttons are backlit and give great tactile feedback. A breeze to set up, the online wizard makes it a snap. No codes or hassles. Only knock is the price. Its the best remote on the market, but you pay for it. Not for anyone looking to pinch a penny. In short, if you won't miss the cash, you'll definitely ENJOY using this remote.

I bought the remote, and it lasted about 4 months. No abuse, it just stopped charging. I tried to get repaired but no avail. I ended up going and buying the non refurbished just to have 2 years of service

The only way I can tell it is REFURB is that It didn't have the plastic protective cover on the device. It looks and smells new. Thanks again. The device was easy to set up and works great. No long review here. If you're looking at this you probably already did your research. I research every thing before I buy. This remote does every thing it claims. Get off the fence and buy it. Stay away from the 880 as it has charging issues. 1100 is overkill, The ONE does every thing the 1100 does.

I love this remote. My wife and kids love it! It runs my TV, AV receiver, PVP, XBox 360, Playstation 3 and I have it switching the TV for my computer input as well as my home server! Easy programming. All in one remote!

This is a very good remote. the Harmony web site is very good and programming is made easy. Any problems can usually be quickly fixed. Harmony also provides programming for extra control of devices
