Can't be the price, and at 4200+ RPM, it keeps my CPU extremely cool. I was just gaming all day, playing everything from WoW to CS:S, and it kept my CPU temp. at lower than 40c. Don't forget to buy some Silver Thermal Compound to go with this; you won't regret it. |

My AMD 64 939 Socket was overheating and I replaced it with this fan. Easy to install (I'm a novice) and it did the trick! Rumor has it the AMD chips run hot so... Oh, I did replace the paste with the Silver Thermal compound. |

Died after just 8 months. The heat sink is so poorly designed, that temperatures of 100 degrees Celsius were reached when the fan died, causing a total system shutdown. Difficult to install. |

Keeps my overclocked AMD Sempron 3000+ around 17-19 degrees Celcius at all times. Easy to install. Even comes with thermal compound on it so don't buy extra like I did. |
I have not been happy with this cooler from the since the start. I started getting low fan speed warnings after a couple months of use. Onve it's been running for a while it comes to speed. It's also very loud. I'm replacing it after a little more that a year.
