MASSCOOL FDC08025S1M Case Fan
Comment:
Moves a LOT of air. Fits 80 mm. I installed 4 of these to the front of my green raidmax scorpio situation; and boy are they loud! The fans themselves aren't loud, but the air it moves is. The screws are almost impossible to do by hand; I was needed to use a drill to screw them in. The screws had been developed to slice and dig right into the fan housing, so your typical screwdiver will not do the job. Get a fan speed controller. Undoubtedly a have to. I will be getting a lot more of these in the future (with fan controllers)

Moves a ton of air, the fan itself is largely silent, but the air it moves makes about 40%-60% or the noise The screws are horrible. It took 10 minutes to install. Newegg Pwns

Comments: I got ten fans lead to of the pricing even though i only necessary 3. The fans are great. Point blank. For this price the fans are doing far more then what they ought to be undertaking. My pc was operating idle at 44C and now runs idle at about 38C-39C. At complete load for a handful of hours it nevertheless hits 50C but at regular while playing games it hits 44C. In my lil bro computer, the temp droped about 3C, which is fantastic cause now at full load it is barely more than room temperature. Newegg as often delivers on time and has some of the greatest offers and items out there. : )

Fan is quiet and affordable. NewEgg lists the CFM at 37.8. This is incorrect. Masscool lists the following specs on their website: Rated Voltage: 12VDC Rated speed: 2,700 RPM +/-ten% Rated power: 1.8 W Noise level: 26.5 dBA Air flow: 32.95 CFM at two,700 RPM Existing: .15 A Considering that I had specifically purchased this to replace two old exhaust fans because of the high CFM, locating that they are only 33 CFM is a disappointment. In the future, I will make certain to check the manuf. internet site prior to finalizing my purchase.

Fairly very good blowing power. Like your mom. Fairly loud. I had it positioned as an intake fan on the side vent and it drives me crazy. Good factor I have a fan manage system that came with my motherboard. I'm contemplating moving this fan someplace else even though.

Moves some air, practically no noise. Screws are a tiny hard to put in. Make positive you have a steady hand and a great screwdriver. I have a 70mm that moves additional air, but these are fairly fantastic.

Wonderful airflow. Clear. Chords come with wrap around them. Could be a lot quieter. I initially installed it as a side intake, but it's way too loud to be that exposed to the outside of your case. Makes for a fantastic front intake on the other hand, and thats what I did.

Gave this a five since; 1) the fans look cool since they're transparent plastic. two) They do their job, move hot air out of and cool air into my case. 3) Are affordable. Screws are quite challenging to screw into, the fans come with "virgin" holes, and you have to twist the screws to "dig in" to their holes. This tends to make for extremely secure mount, but I have to wonder how seriously necessary this is. (Maybe incredibly required, who knows?) First time building from ground up, so can't genuinely compare to other fans, but nonetheless these got a 5 from me simply because of causes stated above.

Moves a good amount of air and does it pretty quietly. Other than the noise, none. Again, it's not the most quiet fan on the market place, but for the price, it can not be beat!

Comments: I have 1 of these backing up an additional 80mm rear exhaust case fan. It dropped CPU temp another two-three degrees to about 38-40. My only complaint was the mounting screws didn't go in simply and two of the heads stripped ahead of they could go in all the way. I don't know if that's simply because of a low-cost Pc case, operator error, or negative good quality on the fan.It functions though.

They move some air, they really feel sturdy, and the wiring is shielded so they dont get melted or cut by fans, nice I hear the wining but they do thier job effectively, so I wont complain I have a stock heat sink on my old E6600, the fan died, so I just attached an 80mm fan to it. The fan I was making use of was old, and kept the temps at about 45c idle, with the new fan, I'm running at 36c idle, and 45-50c under load, prior to i was hitting 60c, BTW it's OC'd to 3ghz too, nice improvement,

AffordableMove a decent amount of airNo LED's 4-pin legacy connector isn't a separate piece. These fans are quiet and move a nice amount of air. The wires are wrapped, which is a plus. The legacy connector isn't a separate portion, though, so if you're working with them with the motherboard sysfan pins you'll either have to leave them dangle or cut the wrapping to get rid of them.

This fan is cooling superior than the 2 other 80mm antec fans I got, but not my a lot. Might be mainly because the antecs are about 3 years old. Its been running fantastic for me so far. Shipping expenses about as a lot as the fan.
