Comment:
I ran out of 3.5" drive bay space and had to put a hardrive into a 5.25" bay. Seems to be working just fine. Also seemed to help cool the entire case. This unit can move some air even though it just has these 2 little fans.

You know the manufacturer's didn't just throw this product out there the moment you open the package. The contents seem to be high-quality aluminum with good paint jobs, the small hardware is well-documented and packaged and the instructions are clear and useful. I would use this as an example of how more companies should be making and packaging their products. The cooler itself is sleek and sexy black ( in my case ) with the neon lights - which adds to the fact that it works! I put it on my new 1TB WB Caviar and it has significantly reduced the surface temp of the drive ( to varying degrees, but always at least a few degree up to around 8! ) Excellent product for the money - A+

I've got 3 of these in my new machine for a couple of weeks now. They are pretty quiet and they have reduced the heat coming out the back of the machine a good bit; so the room doesn't get so hot. Plus they are an aestheically pleasing touch. Hopefully they will remain quiet as time goes on. So far, would by again.

This is quality, an awsome product, everything is quality made, looks awsome and provides extra airflow for your memory and psu(uper part of case) i have one with a baracuda hdd and it never gets above 31C even while defragmentin, worth every penny in my case it even provided the added boon of allowing me to get the hdd cage from out of the 9800's way providing much needed airflow from the front fan!!!

Looks cool, keeps the hard drive cool and the temperature inside the case has dropped also. well designed product i use a fan controller and run the fan on minimum.

This product is well designed and well built. Not only is my HDD cool to the touch. it completely cools down my computer system. I was running at 160, now my system runs at 105. My cabinet used to be hot to the touch, now just cool steel, same with the HDD.

i love this product. i used it for my wd corvair black 1tb to prevent heat and it works awsome. 3 os installs, complete wow wotlk, doom3, diablo2,and 3 or 4 other game installs and it kept it cold. not even warm to the touch. room temp was about 73*f.

A must have especially for WD hard drives. These have a history of running hot and this cooler keeps it 5-10C cooler. The construction and design wreak of quality. Heavy duty. The look is even better. The only con is that they do take up a 5.25 bay. I bought 2 of these for my new build and I have no regrets.

This Product Rocks! I bought it for my 1TB hard drive because it was running hot and now it Never gets Hot!I want one for all my hard drives now,It looks cool too with its twin fans that glow blue. Thanks Tiger! PS. it also free's up space in your case for more hard drives.
