Mach Speed CarTunes Max Range MP3 and WMA Player - 2GB, Wireless FM Transmitter
Comment:
I bought it to use it with my ZUNE and it works perfect. The great advantage is that you can use it in any of the frequencies of the fm spectrum. I haven't used it as mp3 player with a 2gb memory 'cause all my music is in my zune. |

This device it great. It's convenient and compact and does exactly what I wanted it to do (transmit my MP3's to my car radio). However, I wish it had two more features: 1) A Shuffle Option, and 2) a Fast Forward within track option. I can skip to the next track, but I can't fast forward within a track. This isn't a big deal for songs, which are relatively short, but when I am listening to a downloaded radio program which can be 45 minutes long, It sucks having to start at the beginning again if the device is turned off. |
Pros: No setup needed. Comes with 3 sample tunes (David Hayes) and 3D sound demo you can check the player in your car before going home. FM frequency can be adjusted by 0.1 MHz, reception is sound no interference. Bright display. Simpe to operate. Nice design. Contras: despite of USB2 the file transfer is quite slow. Navigation is pretty basis - slow sequential scroll, can not select or skip folders. Frequency response in the high end is audibly limited. For $38 bucks (with taxes) Id expect more. Though it works and now I can enjoy my favorite music without swapping CDs.
