I tagged this product low as a caution. I have a computer capable of video editing so I assumed a webcam would be a no-brainer. I was wrong. This webcam needs (if I remember right) a gig of memory and a dual-core processor computer. No computer specs are listed in the info section of Tiger-Direct catalog on these items!

great quality camera. The software is easy to install on Windows 7. the integrated Microphone is sensitive, picked me up from a few feets away. the software has some cool feature to play with. using it at the office and it's realy clear under neon lighting.

I purchased this camera cause my friend has it, she told me that it's good camera but it's very hard to install it - she spent over 3 hour, restarting her computer several times. I had the same problem - got error on the middle of installing, the same that my friend got. I spend 2 hours on it, before I called support. They couldn't tell me what cause the problem and ask my permission to connect to my computer - I thought that it's too complicated and I returned camera and got Logitech - much easy and better then my friend's camera!

This webcam is the best I ever had. I had the webcam for a week and everthing is above what I exspected. I would tell all my friends to buy this webcam.

I am a new mom, and I bought 2 of these. One for us, and one for Grandma (who lives several hours away) so Grandma and baby could see each other. Brilliant Idea! The technology challenged grandma has no problem using it and it is so clear! I use our 65 inch TV as the monitor and it is like they are in the same room.

This camera has very good picture quality in well lit conditions, but produces very blurry pictures in low light (like digital cameras 10 years ago). I have bought this camera to do security monitoring. The only way I make this work (somewhat) is to disable the TrueColor feature (and uncheck the autofocus) to prevent the constant annoying refocus the camera does. Because the now disabled TrueColor controls how the camera adjusts for light conditions etc. I currently have to manually readjust the camera before the night falls. Microsoft, please let us have TrueColor on with the ability to disable autofocus. Thanks.

It works fine (Windows 7 32bit). Video Quality is not bad but I have seen better quality than this with similar prices. I choose this one because I had a bad experience with some brands, especially on windows 7.

The quality of the image is great but the image refocuses every 45 seconds or so, which becomes very annoying. I want to use this to broadcast high quality videos online for my business, but if the video is blurring out every minute in an effort to refocus, it certainly will be annoying for my clients. I'm not sure if this is normal for this type of webcam, but it is disappointing nonetheless.

I was looking for a camera with auto focus to fairly close range and the ability to adapt to various light conditions for remote viewing. This camera is amazing. It can focus down to less than 1 inch and adapts well to various lighting conditions. I have used is with the cables to go 5M extension and everything is working perfectly. I have not found a way to manualy control the focus but I am still looking.

this cam is great i could of probably got it a little cheaper somwhere else but i trust the service i get from your company and thats worth the extra few bucks this cam is definetly the best there is i would recomend it to anyone looking for a webcam

The video is wonderful on any program that uses the camera. The only real issue that I have is that the mic doesn't want to work with AIM. The other problem that I have is that a week after I ordered the camera, They dropped the price $20 before I even received my camera! Shame on you Tiger, BAD KITTY!!

Product of great quality! The right-light technology really takes off with this webcam and the video quality is stunning when compared to other such cameras; further, there are several resolution levels to choose from in the 16:9 aspect ratio. I must mention the close-ups. This cam brought the face of a dime into perfect focus. Microsoft really set the standard with this particular camera. Richard

It's high quality and it's well worth the money. The picture and audio quality is outstanding. I've got it working perfectly under Windows Vista 64bit and Ubuntu Linux 64. Under Linux I did have some trouble with the sound until I found an article from Tombuntu on how to install Skype on Ubuntu. After following those steps the sound worked perfectly. The bottom line is that if you're looking for a high quality cam at a reasonable price, this is it.
