Really fast, and pretty tiny, but not in a way that tends to make it challenging to remove from the port. The plastic cap is not attached to the drive at all, and doesn't genuinely snap on really effectively...probably gonna end up losing it

I purchased this for USB loading on my Wii as a replacement for an external HDD as it seemed silly to use some thing as huge as the console itself for backups when I could stick a flash drive into the back of Wii rather. :P It has proven to be a dependable flash drive with unusually fast read and write speeds for it's capacity. Couldn't be happier! N/A Wish Mulhollands came in a 64 GB flavor, I'm already tight for space on this one particular.

This drive benched 30MB/s read & 18MB/s write working with ATTOI'd say it's pushing the limits of USB two. none so far

Drive is really modest, sleek and fashionable. It's also quite quick. I purchased it for the stereo in my Hyundai Elantra Touring and it performs excellent. Would be nice if you could place the cap on the other finish when you're utilizing it. The initial drive I received had poor clusters. I was incredibly frustrated due to the fact it would have price me ฤ to send it back to Newegg and posted a evaluation to that effect. I was contacted unsolicited by Mushkin and they sent me a replacement totally free of charge, and devoid of having to send the poor drive in first. I really feel they went above and beyond in dealing with this. I would surely get from Mushkin once again.

Quickly. Small adequate to fit into the crampest of usb slots. Wonderful good quality of the actual chips. There's a cord loop on the drive, but it doesn't come with a cord. Did not dock any eggs for this tough as it doesnt impact the fantastic functionality of this drive. Itsnt rubberized or anything. Just plastic. Couple potentially break if dropped or crushed.

Functions perfectly. Not as quickly as some drives out there but great for the price tag. I haven't bothered the benchmark it due to the fact my daily use of moving significant video files runs three to four times faster than with my old Sandisk. None. Fantastic deal for the cost.

Seems fairly quickly. Transfered 1.28gb of 300 music files in 1min50sec. That averages to 8.8mb/s read. Transfered 81mb to hd in 1.5 sec so defiantly content with that. Write speed seams a tiny slower than advertised hence the four stars. Only my first day of testing it. The app I ran to test it sucked so I just did my personal. I decided to get this 1 since I saw that the manufacture had posted on yet another buyer evaluation so they seam like they care. I haven't tried formatting the drive however. It comes Fat32.

- price tag (fairly affordable, just more than ์ when I purchased it)- size (very little, fits comfortably into the USB slot next to the one particular I use for my external drive)- design (very classy-searching, and the LED indicator inside is noticeable but unobtrusive)- extremely rapidly transfers- shipped to me within the expected five-7 days (opted for Newegg's free shipping this time) none whatsoever, I couldn't be happier with it... and even in spite of all the griping I read about individuals losing their caps, I haven't had any issues with keeping track of mine. this is the second Mushkin product that I've bought due to the fact deciding to try out their goods/switching from Vital's products, and it has been an great small USB drive so far... transfer rates are quite rapidly for file transfers < 1GB (usually at least 15MB/s), and I have had no troubles so far in making use of as a music storage drive for use with the USB connector of my auto's head unit.if you plan on carrying about significant amounts of data and are tired of the slow transfer rates of "other" USB drives, I'd extremely suggest this drive- you won't be disappointed!

Works great, enormous capacity, tiny package. Separate cap, as opposed to an attached shield. So, the cap could get lost quickly. That's the only complaint I can muster. Good seeking small unit. Due to the fact none of my PCs have a USB 3. port, this functions just fine for me. I like Newegg.

- Rapid transfer speeds- Small- Straightforward to use- Good for big files- Lots of room - No lanyard- Fragile- Easy to shed cap- A bit spendy when I got it back in May (๙) I gotta say that Mushkin hasn't disappointed me in the past, this is not one of their greater merchandise. The fragile part, the casing pops off all regularly and I truly don't feel that I must have to deal with that. The worst part is that I got up from my chair and bumped the stick although it was plugged into my full sized tower, leaving the stick on the floor and the plug nonetheless in the port (it's in four pieces now, 5 if you incorporate the cap). Needless to say, I lost all my data on the stick and since I triggered the harm via my own carelessness, no warranty coverage.I nonetheless like Mushkin memory, but I'm not so particular that I'll be obtaining an additional USB flash drive from them any time soon. The moral of this, plug your little, fragile USB stick drives into the back of your laptop or computer or a usb hub and NOT the front panel of your tower.

very good, large and rapid. good get. Kept coming back as disk drive full, needed to format to NTSF to fix this. I would try it first, if you do have the dilemma this is all that is required (no biggie):correct click My Personal computer>Manage>Device Manager>Disk drives>Mushkin (right click)>properties>Policies>select "optimize for performance">ok. Then go to My Computer>Right click flash drive>Format (NTSF)>Problem Solved. Would be nice to be preformatted NTSF to keep away from this error for me, no 1 else seemed to have the difficulty on here.

Completely Dependable file duplication.Quick write speedFast read speed None I own another 32GB USB flash drive (no brand name) and often the file files became corrupted throughout the write procedure, which was quite frustrating. Even so this Mushkin USB drive appears to be fully dependable in file file reproduction approach. I would suggest this flash drive to any person, and I would get it once again. This is nicely worth the money.

If you are in school and is looking for a very good flash drive for huge projects? this is it...brought it for my brother,by no means had any complaints. cap can be easily lost...keep an eye on it and you really should be fine

Enormous, fast, modest, but not microscopically so... has a loop for attaching a tether... averages 20-28MB/s according to Win7 (Don't pay attention to the initial speed ratings when transfering significant files, since write-by way of caching is likely altering outcomes. No tether included, cap is challenging to maintain track of, as it is clear and little. Shorter warranty than other drives. My transfer speeds dropped from pretty much 30MB/sec to 5-8MB/sec when I reformatted to NTFS and FAT32 a couple of times when flip-flopping among using the drive for MultiBOOT and carrying big HD-videos 5-10GB ea. Since FAT32 is restricted to ɜGB, you will have to use NTFS. This shouldn't be a problem, but I have had to reformat a couple of times to get it to transfer quickly like it did when new. Just a note, not a down-side. It could be the way WIN7 formats, cuz linux can usually get it working effectively.

Speedy Fast, Dependable, Nice Seeking, Fits perfectly in all my USB HUBS. I Transfers songs or mp3s Movies, and Files on this drive and they read perfectly on my Xbox360, Sony Automobile Radio, PC, and Expert Yamaha Synth MO8. NONE If individuals knew how great this drive was I think they would make this brand name famous and well-liked.

I have owned a number of usb flash drives but when my corsair 16 went on the blink I was desprate since I carry all my tools to work on pcs on it. Corsair seamed like they didnt want to support so I went seeking for another brand and came across this one. I was a small relucent at initially to get it but soon after reading some of the critiques I bought one and I got to say I am not sorry I did. It is faster then the corsair in transfering files and seams to be very trustworthy!! I have utilized it on xp, vista and window 7 with out any trouble. No cons so far!!! I just want to say thanks to newegg!!! When I bought it I also bought a two day shipping but for some reason it took three days!!! I known as them and asked why!! they told me that they dont count the day that it was ordered, but they came by way of for me and sent me my money back to me for the two day shipping I payed for!!! THANKS NEWEGG!! I will be performing allot much more small business with you in the near future!!
