Gets the job completed, its an SATA cable, what do you expect? Sadly, the ideal angle connector is upside down if you mount your drives the appropriate side up. This isnt a huge issue other than in a tight fitting case it could place unecessary strain on the plug given that it makes tucking it away a little much more difficult. For the price, I shouldnt complain, but I did take away one particular egg for the upside down component. Otherwise, it does what its supposed to do.

Not too high priced. The proper angle lengths at each end are Big - unlike the picture (or the picture is deceiving.) These will not operate exactly where brief clearances "away" from the tough drive are necessary. I have lots of SATA connectors but required a few short 90 degree cables - these just won't work. It's not worth the tiime or work to RMA them.

Operates! These appear to be backwards....DVD drive is right side up, and this cable has to bend opposite of the angle of the connector.

It connects things. I wasn't paying consideration to the direction which this cable aims, and the angles are opposite to what I will need. Totally free shipping makes up for the difference in value. Check the connector positions. I located a machine for this, but I can't support but wonder why I didn't catch that ahead of getting.

Appropriate angle with very good length. Ideal for developing around restricted spaces like in a micro atx tower. None. Bought two of these for my LIAN LI Computer-V350B case and worked perfect for my install. Might be silly to ask but it would be great if they come in diverse colors?

The proper angles make it a wonderful fit for a side mounted connections on my motherboard. I recommend getting these and the 1 proper angle cables. Cant stack them since of the ideal angle. have to use a straight then a right, which genuinely isn't a con just a design flaw of my MB.

it performs none so far I bought these without having reading the testimonials since they had been low-cost. Then I read the evaluations and saw they were not modest, and the heads had been 'backwards' and thought I'd ended up creating a mistake. It ended up becoming excellent, although, as I had a lot more than enough space among my blu ray drive and cpu cooler for the head to fit, and required the cable to route 'up' to clear memory modules.

nice cable... but not for a Dell E520 Will not fit in a Dell Dimension E520 either... not enough clearance among the drive and the case. It sticks out also far. I haven't been capable to use it in this machine, but it performs fine in yet another. It's not in the machine that I bought it for, but by strange luck, I occurred to get a different machine that required one.

Functions just as properly as the ย-ฮ products from local and chain retailers, and I didn't even have to waste gas going out to find it. Placed the order just before 1pm EST and low and behold I had it the subsequent day with out paying to expedite. Don't neglect the totally free shipping. and purchasing a handful of (going to require them anyway) saved me more cash on every. Had to wait a whole day from the time I placed the order until I got them the subsequent day devoid of having to spend shipping or expedite costs... then once more that's not actually a con.. far more of a bonus. long enough for use in a micro-ATX case you have to twist/bend it far more than seems sensible to make the connections; seems like the connectors must have been 'reversed' (i.e. able to make connections devoid of twisting/bending the cable as much as was required)

Great color, fantastic length, and seems like quality construction. The cable has a right angle on each ends, and the angle was upside down when I connected it to my drive. You don't want far more than a couple of these since they have appropriate angles on the motherboard side also. I have a diverse cable with a proper angle at only 1 end which appears to work out much better for my pc, and the appropriate angle is the right way (down) when connecting to the drive. If you're seeking to get these outside of a free combo deal, then attempt to get one particular initially and see if the angles will operate for your drives and motherboard.

I don't trust SATA cables that come with motherboards soon after an incidents a couple of years back. These cables work excellent, I've under no circumstances had any troubles with them. They aren't "locking" cables. Would be nice, but not a enormous concern.

Works perfectly, its a SATA II cable! The plastic shrouding that terminates into the black prong, effortlessly slips out. The cable is type cheaply made, but does the job. I wouldn't use it if you are continuously connecting and disconnecting elements in your Pc. Functions effectively, and is cheap!

This is just a cable, gets the job carried out. Even though, 3gbps. speed transfer is excellent. none I don't mind how the cable sockets are. They fit just right.

Extended sufficient These cords are quite annoying.. Some of my drives sata issue makes it so i have to turn this up side down. They are lengthy enough but very annoying.

It was one particular of the less costly cables. If it works it operates. Its a cable. I wouldnt of usually even wrote a review on an item such as a sata cable. But the picture posted of this item is very misleading. I purchased because I had a tight space in between a big video card and the sata ports on the board. The pictured cable looks great and compact and smaller. The cable I received is Enormous. Its essentially sticks as far, or additional than a straight SATA!! So needless to say they were useless to me. Dont obtain if you specifically are acquiring to use in a tight spot. Outside of that, they are sata cables and Im sure they will work fine.

eh, its a wire the OEM lg burner i purchased came with a sata cable for some cause, I utilised this cable for a sata tough drive, and the "right angle" ends make it a discomfort to disconnect. On a cd drive that youll in no way unplug once again, this will be fine, but if you have to hot swap sata drives, get a straight connector. i truly wrote a critique on a wire....

It's a proper angle SATA cable. It's not the low-profile cable pictured. Due to the fact there are NO other specifications for the connectors, all you have to rely on is a picture which is incorrect. I'd even go as far to say it's "false advertising". It requirements to be fixed. Commonly, I've had actually great service with Newegg, but this just infuriates me. We ordered these for a 1RU test method that's very cramped and needs low-profile, correct-angle cables that are angled upward just as the picture shows. Now I feel lied to since nobody believed to check the picture. Superior job.

They are good and lengthy... Properly, it has a suitable angle on both ends. Which implies if your motherboard stacks sata connectors you won't be able to plug in to all your sata ports as it will cover/block the port above it(yes, above it, read subsequent con....)The stupid plugs are upside down. As in, plug your DVD drive in, and the cable comes out the top and then loops back down to the motherboard. Lucky for me I have a bottom mounted PSU putting the MoBo closer to the best of my case so I'm not putting any presure on it for it to pop off.I bought five of these for my new rig, and could only use 1... Anyone need a sata cable? I've got spares.... Don't buy this simply because it's the cheapest w/ free of charge shipping. Invest a couple additional bucks and purchase 1 with a single suitable angle, or at least correct angles that are placed correctly.
