Noctua NF-R8 80MM Ultra Quiet Cooling Fan 800-1800RPM 26-53M3/H 7-17DBA Molex
Cons:A bit pricey, but nothing terrible

Pros:Great fan! Extremely quiet! Comes with additional cables for different power hook ups
Comment:
My existing case fans were already pretty quiet. I got a pair of these (one for the parents and one for my HTPC) simply because they were well-review and because they came with the extra power hook ups. I have to say that I am very impressed. The only noise coming from my system now is from the occasional hard drive clicking.

Noctua NF-R8 80MM Ultra Quiet Cooling Fan 800-1800RPM 26-53M3/H 7-17DBA Molex
Cons:none

Pros:SilentExcellent quality
Comment:
These fans are meant for silence and low speed running, not heavy overclocking and such. Don't buy these fans if you are looking major airflow and low noise. Get this fan when you want near silence. Nothing I have used is quieter. I have my system outfitted with all Noctua fans and heatsinks and the results are astonishing.

Noctua NF-R8 80MM Ultra Quiet Cooling Fan 800-1800RPM 26-53M3/H 7-17DBA Molex
Cons:Noisy at high speedPoor air pushing at low speed

Pros:Relatively quite at high speedPushes a lot of air (at high speed)Quiet at low speed (with LNA or ULNA)
Comment:
I am quite disappointed by these fans. I bought 3 of them to replace my cheap zalman 8cm fans, and was expecting a better temprature. At high speed, they are clearly quieter than Zalman (also at high speed), and do push a lot of air. But the noise level is unacceptable, to my taste. At low speed, with LNA, it is silent, yet is not any better than zalman 8cm fan, in neither noise level nor air pushing performance. If someone is planning to buy these and let them work at a silent state, Zalman 8cm is cheaper, and would offer the same level of performance.

Noctua NF-R8 80MM Ultra Quiet Cooling Fan 800-1800RPM 26-53M3/H 7-17DBA Molex
Cons:Color is unique/ not a real problemcost

Pros:Ultra QuietMoves a lot of airNice build qualityNice accessories
Comment:
This fan is quite good. It pushes a lot of air without needing to go really fast on the RPM's due the unique fan angles. I would recommend these to anyone wishing to build a quiet cool case (GAMERS). I would buy these again any time.

Noctua NF-R8 80MM Ultra Quiet Cooling Fan 800-1800RPM 26-53M3/H 7-17DBA Molex
Cons:The color, it's kinda weird colored.

Pros:very quiet, all you hear is the sound of wind. Comes with different adapters to change speed settings if you don't have any kind of controller. Good air movement.
Comment:
I needed a very quiet fan for the top exhaust in my case. Moves enough air and even at highest speed is quieter than anything else in my computer. If you like quiet buy this fan you won't be dissapointed.
