Noctua NT-H1 Thermal Compound
Cons:would be nice if the end was flattened so you could you could do 2 flat lines compared to a pea sized amount in the middle

Pros:Easy to applyspreads easily and is not wateryyou get the full 3 grams
Comment:
very impressed with the quality of the paste as it keeps my overclocked i5 at 30c while idle/doing basic internet browsing and so forth. No burn in time is also a bonus! i would recommend this product to a friend and would also buy it again.

Noctua NT-H1 Thermal Compound
Comment:
Had some "factory" installed paste on my old computer that left my old computer at 55ish (max 61 on that processor) under full load from prime95...NOT overclocked. (amd 64x2 3800+ 939 2.0g) replaced the stuff the builder put on it for me with this, dropped the temp 7c. Not negative for just paste. presently using on my new pc i7 2600k @ four.6 (will be raising this) with the noctua nh-d14 running at about 58-60c under full load (tried each prime95 or intel burn test) not no cost? would extremely advocate this or just about any product from noctua.

Noctua NT-H1 Thermal Compound
Comment:
This is the best compound on the marketplace at the moment. It is thermally superior than other compounds (by 1-2 deg C over TX-two and the other close runners), as properly as being non-conductive and incredibly effortless to apply. Even though there are better and worse installations you will never ever have to be concerned about causing brief circuits that will fry your program or other issues like with AS-5. Tuniq TX2 is half the price and just as effortless to apply. AS-5 gets all the hype even although it isn't worth working with with so a lot of far better products readily available. It's a shame that Tuniq and Noctua don't get additional mainstream attention.

Noctua NT-H1 Thermal Compound
Comment:
This seems to be excellent thermal compound. I haven't done a formal test personally, but from what I can see in contrast to some other thermal pastes it needs no cure time, my temps based on my motherboard haven't gone down due to the paste needing to cure at all. It's at least as excellent as AS 5, and if absolutely nothing else better then it due to the lack of any cure time. It would make a terrible, probably toxic toothpaste. :) Seriously, no problems at all with this item. I do suggest making use of this product. Us as considerably as you'd use with any other thermal paste applied via a syrenge (small rice grain sized dollup, possibly just a TAD larger at most) and you have enough as I'm sure most will know. It did appear to apply just slightly easier then AS 5 as nicely, it was slightly simpler to smear across the CPU's heat spreader.

Noctua NT-H1 Thermal Compound
Comment:
Nicely, this thermal grease does what it says it does and running some heat tests proved it. None on the item itself, but the packaging is fairly big for a syringe. I use to use Artic Silver 5 for all my systems. My Core I7's ran about 30 degrees C and this was steady for years right after. Now with this thermal grease, exact same two machines now run 24-25C. I could not believe it. I recommend that you take your time, remove the board from your case and clean up the old cooler and the CPU genuinely good. Then add on and put it all back. I am converted.

Noctua NT-H1 Thermal Compound
Cons:- none

Pros:- price- easy to apply- noticeable cpu cooling
Comment:
Used this compound for several AMD and Intel cpus and the cooling effect was much better than the stock thermal paste on the boxed cooler. Very easy to apply the paste and it just works well.

Noctua NT-H1 Thermal Compound
Cons: -

Pros: -Thermal efficiency-Price-Easy to apply
Comment:
Good compound. I have not tested it against other compounds like AS5, but it's leagues ahead of the stuff they throw on stock heatsinks.Doesn't seem to dry up very fast. Definitely worth keeping a tube around.

Noctua NT-H1 Thermal Compound
Cons: None.

Pros: Non-Conductive, Easy Application.
Comment:
I needed to get some TIM for an upgrade and this stuff has worked quite well. I've used a couple different brands in the past and this has outperformed the others by a few degrees. I can't really say too much because it's just thermal grease but it does work good; and since it's Noctua you know it is a quality product. Just make sure you grab it when on sale. Recommended!

Noctua NT-H1 Thermal Compound
Cons: a few dollars more expensive than other thermal compounds

Pros: nice big bottle, unlike most thermal compounds, such as arctic 5
Comment:
came with my Noctua NH-C12P cooler. works fine. note that this is a bit more expensive than other thermal compounds, but if you buy a Noctua cpu cooler, it should be included. Had i known this i would not have bought an arctic 5.

Noctua NT-H1 Thermal Compound
Cons: None

Pros: -Works well-Non-conductive
Comment:
I recently replaced a defective CPU on one of my computers and I need a thermal compound so I bought this one. The compound works really well and it's non-conductive so I didn't have to worry about it accidentally touching something electrical. Overall it works well to as a thermal paste.

Cons: Packaging was overkill. Could have been way smaller.

Pros: Cheap, it works.
Comment:
It's hard to review an item like this because all greases are essentially the same. Just like every other grease available, this product worked well and I'm satisfied fully with the performance.

Noctua NT-H1 Thermal Compound
Cons: -none for the price

Pros: -Costs only $5-No burn time-No electrical conductance
Comment:
Pretty decent thermal compound and the fact that it doesn't require any burn time and isn't electrical conductance is real nice (so it won't short your mobo if things get messy). It's performance is almost comparable to OCZ Freeze and for $5 how can you go wrong.

Noctua NT-H1 Thermal Compound
Cons: Expensive and only good value when on fire sale. Only as effective as other good quality TIM. Effectiveness may have been overstated by some professional reviews.

Pros: Good performance. Compound is consistent and easy to spread. One tube will last more than a dozen of applications.
Comment:
Help reduce temperature by a few degrees compared to run-of-the-mill TIM that comes with your processors. Applied between an old Pentium-4 and its stock heat sink; reduced temp by about 3C under load. Replaced TIM from a Xigmatek CPU cooler with it; noticed no improvement at all.

Cons:not that much better then other thermal substance out there.

Pros:Cheap, was $5does a decent job
Comment:
I won't pay $15 for it, and my MX-2 compound seem to do better then this stuff. BUt for $5, who am I to argue, and it never hurt to keep a spare stick of thermal paste around at home.

Comment:
At $5, it is well worth the money, one of the best but if you have to pay more than 5, there are better option out there.
