Just got this for my pc gaming machine. Yup, definitely faster. I can't run Sata3 and am at Sata2, but Windows 7 boot times are around 15-20 seconds instead of the previous 5 minutes. Plus I should say that NCIX is great. Accurate, quick shipping and usually have everything in stock! |

Super fast compared to my old WD 1TB Black, using ATTO benchmark I get 260MB/s max write and 280MB/s max read speeds on sata2. I can't wait to update my motherboard to sata3 for even faster speeds! SSDLife shows the drive having 8 years lifetime! |

Cons:- Pricey- Not as fast as Vertex 3 (but still fast)- Not enough space for everything (good for booting windows 7 and few games)- laptop SSD case not included (compared to Vertex 3)

Pros:Very fastGood price at $1/GBVery happy with performance to price ratio Comment:
No problems to report, only joy. Ran ATTO benchmark and got 350-450MB/s Write, and 450-550MB/s Read. What's not to like? The Vertex may be slightly better, but the Agility 3 still gives great performance at a lower price. Installed as a System drive on an i7 desktop. Pros:- Good performance- Affordable Comment:
The drive seems to have great transfer and write speeds, even on my old DELL XPS420 SATAII motherboard. There is an issue with the drive not being detected on boot which requires me to reset. I don't know if this is an issue with my raid controller, my motherboard, or the drive itself.Thus far stability in windows once the machine is running (very fast booting) has been great with no hicups.Overall SSD's still have a little ways to go in terms of stability and compatibility, but I am impressed with the performance versus the investment ($119 on sale) |

I know people have been reporting high failure rates with OCZ's ssd. I for one have never had a problem. I've had an Agility 2 for over a year and now an Agility 3 which seems to perform even better! |

Good value, but reliability may not be perfect. About 1 reboot out of 10 it does not appear in the list of boot devices, and does not reappear until I cold-boot the machine. |

Cons:failed less than 2 months after purchase, RMA took forever NCIX would not assist OCZ less than helpful. switched to an INTEL 510 would never look back and most likely will never buy another OCZ SSD again. price was not that great when I bought. has come down a lot since and probably is a better value now.

Like said above I do really love the finish and look it absolutely looks great in my case, but HATE the customer support at OCZ, the RMA process took forever and no assistance support from NCIX would make me tell you stay away from OCZ it is not worth the hassle. pay a little more and go with a better brand name.
