Cheap. Decent specs. Not a generic brand -- The 1st PNY solution I bought was a SIMM package for my 486 program back in 1995. None. Popped these in, ran Memtest86+ for a handful of hours, and voila. These are functioning wonderful in my Fedora internet/BT server. Lovely.

it is two gb and runs cool for my comp i am operating the pc-5300 version but it is basicly the similar thing there good and cool none i use the memory for my gaming rig it runs fine loads bf2 beneath aminute and no errors so far wonderful memory you should decide to buy it

This is a good pair of sticks. They installed simply and the machine booted with no difficulties. I have never purchased PNY ahead of but I am satisfied. Not truly a con but I hate the packaging. I do not like cutting by way of that thick plastic stuff. I would unquestionably acquire these sticks once again.

I purchased 1 set at first and ended up getting a second, additional than likely I will purchase a third by months end. Looks pretty. It was on sale when I bought it. PNY's joke of a warranty. To PNY "Lifetime" only suggests "the Manufacturing Lifetime of the item", not a real Lifetime warranty. Oh, and they demand you spend shipping each approaches for their faulty items. Steer clear. Steer clear.I bought this from a brick and mortar store on sale as an upgrade for a pal's program. Less than a year later both modules are faulty. His system will not boot properly from either Ƒgb) stick in either memory slot. I advised him to obtain 2-2gb sticks of A-Data right here from Newegg. He just got it yesterday, installed it and now the program boots and operates perfectly. Vista Standard with Service Pack 1 is displaying four gb total in Program Properties. I am running two-1gb sticks of A-Data in my system and it has worked perfectly for a year now. I will be employing A-Information from Newegg for my memory requirements from now on. PNY has the lamest, most misleading warranty in the organization. I will never get any PNY product ever once again no matter how affordable it is on sale.

Have used this memory on six unique computers, one is a full from the ground up make, and the others had been for upgrading five Dell XPS computer systems. I haven't had a difficulty with any of these and they function great and are extremely stable. none so far I haven't had a difficulties with these but. If your not looking to overclock and you will need some excellent reputable memory at a very good price point, appear no further.

Well I purchased this RAM simply because I was on a quite tight budget but I wanted a computer system to play Crysis and all the new games coming out and I have not had a challenge with this RAM so far I been playing Crysis on High with no Lag. When I tryed OCing it didnt function to effectively but I could have did it incorrect i'm not to familiar with overclocking ram lol Worth the dollars if you are on a tight price range but if your not then purchase a thing else.

Nice size, decent voltage usage. Cas latency is wanting, but for the price tag, is anticipated. Lifetime warranty is comforting but ram isusually either undesirable or great outright, by no means a degredation ( from my experiences ).

this is practically two years old. i have the one with heatspreader. used with e6300 wolfdale two.8G. i have it at 3.6G with 2. ratio single sided. and heatspreader doesnt get full contact with the chips because it is unbalanced due to single sided
