Didnt work. Plextor Tech Support was terrible

The tray would not open. Plextor tech support not available on phone or LIVE online...even during their stated working hours. Had to email their tech support. All sorts of problems getting it fixed or exchanged. Finally returned it to Tthis retailer. I love themt for standing behind their products...even if the company would not. |
This is my 10th Plextor drive(1st OEM).They all have had high performance and high quality-this one seems to be no different. Installed-works as advertised 2 weeks later-used daily. I have never had one break, so I know nothing of Plextors' support policy. I never use their software. They cost more, and it has been worth it so far.
