RAZER Barracuda HP-1 Circumaural Gaming Headphones
Cons:can get a little itchy when on ur head.

Pros:Awsome sound, Cumfy, Cool LED's, has a amp, nice length cord, and the best feature is the surround sound!
Comment:
This headset is amazing. If you play counter strike source then you will know what iam sayin in the next sentance. If you are playing de_dust2 and you are at A you can hear the bomb ticking at B. Which is a long distance, and proves that this headset it turly amazing. Trust me this is a great buy for a FPS player like myself, these for css are amazing. The mic on this is great to. Its short so its out of the way but still can pick up all the sound comming from your mouth easily. People say that its clear and easy to under stand me. These also look awsome. with the LED's shining, pretty much I can summerize this into 1 word. BADASS. The comfort is pretty topnotch too. The ear muff things are made out of cloth instead of leather so they feel nice. the headband is nice a soft also. People say that these are heavy... But really they are not. These are perfect. The people that say these are heavy must be the weakest people on earth. All in all a great headset and would recomend it to anyone who wants to hear the best sound. Iam soon going to also buy the sound card and get the best possible experience so that I can really hear everything. Thanks for reading.Drew Dawson

RAZER Barracuda HP-1 Circumaural Gaming Headphones
Cons:Positional audio with onboard is not right.

Pros:Solid sound, good clarity
Comment:
I bought this with the razer card as a package that not longer exists, but they shipped the parts seperately. The headphones work really well with the AC-1 sound card but I noticed with the realtek onboard sound on my work computer everything sounds like its coming from the right, the left ear speakers are very faint so the right dominates what you hear. Otherwise very good headphones and the problem is not one that I have a major problem with as I dont game on my work computer.

RAZER Barracuda HP-1 Circumaural Gaming Headphones
Cons:-weak bass-bulky control-pricey

Pros:-clear 5.1 surround sound in one headphone-very comfortable to wear on your head for a long duration
Comment:
This is a nice option for those that do not have the space to put a 5.1 speaker set in their rooms. It does provide a nice surround sound, although incomparable to real surround sound speakers. It is very comfortable to wear, but the bulky control design is not really a good. Although the sound is good, but the bass is relatively weak, and for $130, it's a little bit pricey.

RAZER Barracuda HP-1 Circumaural Gaming Headphones
Cons:Micro sometimes depending what your doing, deep of the holes for my ears it's bad after 2 hours. hd-dai connector takes too much spaces and too much big.

Pros:5.1 surround, bass system , frame , micro , Shooters games
Comment:
I got those, on the second day i don't know why but it starts to get a buzzing noise with high sounds kind of annoying. At first the buzzing noise was permanent on high-sounds but now it's doing it only sometimes. The right-subwoofer sometimes knock on the plastic frame getting a annoying noise. And recently my center speakers doesnt play high enough to qualified them as normal. The sound is so low that even my 5 $ pair make more sound than those ...I'm rma them but haven't got response yet i thing the weekend it's closed :O !If your a gamer that play at least his 2/3 of his computer time i would recommend those otherwise NO. For music listeners get something else it's not worthing it.Those pairs are made for the ONES that only play most of their time SHOOTERS games. The surround system is so amazing you get know where exactly your enemy is. That's the greatest quality of those headphones.

RAZER Barracuda HP-1 Circumaural Gaming Headphones
Cons:The control is pretty bulky. The surface of the wrap that sits on our surrounding ear lob feels cheap albeit comfortable.Price is pretty killer.

Pros:Excellent 5.1 sound control! You feel like you have all the speakers sitting around your head.
Comment:
Using a Creative X-fi Xtrememusic Card.Tired of my broken cambridge fps 2000 speakers and didnt want to deal with wires anymore. So i needed something that would sound good but still do what i needed to do.Set up was easy. Plug for connectors in 3 for 5.1 and 1 for mic (which is detachable) also requires one USB slot to activate the LEDs and power control.Sounds awesome in FPS games and movies. The mic sounds awesome in Teamspeak and recordings. The thing i thought Razer should not of done was try a proprietary setup for "best performance". The good thing is they supply the adapter for what looks like a DVI connector for their own soundcard.Anyways, all in all a very good investment for those who dont use speakers as much as a headset.
