RAZER Lachesis 5600 Black Wired Laser Mouse
Cons:- Awkward hold

Pros:- Colourful- Very responsive- Easy to use software- Rugged usb cable
Comment:
I got this mouse without trying it in stores. The mouse takes a bit to get used to since it's a tad bizarre. It's now a bit more comfortable but the two buttons on the right side are usually out of reach. The software for the mouse for editing buttons and colours works very well and is pretty user friendly. My mouse has been defective since a month and keeps disconnecting within an hour. I have to disconnect and re-connect it. I tried a software reset and it is still re-occuring. My next step will be to contact the company. Other than this defect, I am content.

So I've been using this mouse for 1 week now, and I'm going back to my MX518. This mouse slips out of my hands when I game, it's not really comfortable compared to the mx518. You can get used to it and then it's not too bad but If I'm being perfectly honest it's nowhere the comfort of my mx518.And then we have DPI, laser and polling rate. I see no difference in my game (DotA) which I play in 1920x1080. I tried playing with the default razer settings, I then tried using 5600 dpi, I tried 100hz and I can never see the difference.Maybe someone else will be able to. Anyways, If you can test this mouse before buying it, to see if it feels right in your hand, do it. Too bad I cannot return this.

RAZER Lachesis 5600 Black Wired Laser Mouse
Cons: Took NCIX forever to ship it

Pros: Everything, works especially well with Razer Goliathus mouse pad.
Comment:
My first razer mouse was a copperhead about 3 years ago - loved that mouse to death and was a bit concerned about buying this one blind without having ever tried it.Just got it set up about an hour ago and I can already tell this is the best mouse I have ever used. Logitech doesn't even compare.Razer has me sold on their mice forever.

This is a great mouse and I have been using it for about a year and a half now. It runs great and I love the on the fly DPI buttons and the side buttons are very useful in games. If mine ever broke I would definitely get another one.
