Good packaging and PSU for the $$$. Sufficient power to run almost everything I need to have it for and quiet. Fit into my Rosewill R220-P black case. none so far . . . I own a 19" Rosewill LCD flat panel RE912 iirc . . . believed I would attempt some other Rosewill solutions. This PSU, Z1 CPU HS/Fan, case and monitor mentioned above.

It met my wants for powering up an old Intel 845 technique with a CD, HD, and 512MB of memory. I ordered two and the very first one would spin the CPU fan but never ever power on the Pc. I put in the second 1 and every little thing worked fine. So I know it wasn't me. Power provide is seriously lite and the connectors are flimsy. But for 27 bucks you get what you spend for. I learned my lesson. Always invest in something worth it. Manufacturer Response:Dear Valued Client,We are sorry for the inconvenience this could have caused you. We attempt to provide the most reliable items to our clients. We would be far more than pleased, if under warranty, to replace this unit for you. Please email us at rma@rosewill.com for your replacement. We appear forward to hear from you soon. Thanks,Rosewill Customer Care

Low-cost, decent cable length, wrapped cables. None so far. Decent 350w PS. No troubles with it. Needed one for an older AMD 3400+ Athlon. Operating a DVD & hardrive as nicely as floppy and three cooling fans.

The number of connections was excellent. I didn't have to use a splitter to power the fan on my video card. Power supply only lasted 4 months. The computer system I had it in is left on all of the time and it is connected to a good isobar surge suppressor, but I'm sorry a ps ought to last more than four months. I won't buy Rosewill once again.

I have bought dozens of these for my little computer repair shop over the last year and I have not had 1 come back. I like that it has each the 20 and the 24 pin so I do not want to stock 2 different power supplies and the cables are not too lengthy. It seems that they keep generating smaller and smaller cases and the longer cables restrict air flow. No -5v, but even that is not that massive of a deal. I seldom see a personal computer old sufficient to require a -5v nonetheless operating. It is my understanding that any pc built from the mid 90s on shouldn't need it simply because it was just applied to energy the ISA bus and very few other elements. Nice energy provide for the cash

Fast install, solid psu, definitely nifty 'quick release' tabs that usualy you only see on alot additional high priced powersupplies, two sata connections, well believed out cabling style. even looks good, lol. Fantastic bang 4 ur buck. no wrapped cables, but this isnt anything to get worked up about, esp for the price. good for a media or micro atx method

Good Little PSU. Has All Connections You Will Need to have, Nice Sturdy Brushed Metal Exterior, Low Heat Output, Power Switch On Back, Fairly Quiet, Low Price. At This Cost, There Are None. I Recently Paired This PSU With A Rosewill R6A34 Mid-Tower Case In A Spending budget Create For A Customer. At This Cost I Was Expecting To Get A Little PSU With That Cheap Dull Grey Alluminum Exterior... Instead I Recieved One With A Gorgeous And Sturdy Brushed Metal Exterior! I Was Pleasantly Suprised! It Genuinely Is 1 Of The Far better Looking PSU's That I Have Utilized, And Also One Of The Least Pricey (Last 1 I Purchased Was Nicely Over 200 Bucks, But That Was For A Workstation Develop)Anyway, The Install Went Really Smooth, And I Have Had No Issues With It At All. Would Recomend This PSU To Anybody Putting Together A Budget Or Low Power Method.Oh, And NewEgg's Shipping Was Fast As Usual. Gotta Really like It.

Yes, this is a incredibly quiet PSU. At least on the program I tested it in that is a low-end, low power use system. I tested for 36 hours constant running with CPU pegged at 100% by running the World Community.org BOINC client to max the CPU out. This PSU only has air holes on the back of the unit and does not have any air circulation holes on the bottom of the unit and as a result cools the PSU adequately but does not ventilate the personal computer case as nicely as my other comparisan PSU that has holes on the bottom and the back As a result, the CPU runs at least 4 degrees centigrade hotter with this CPU - 54 degrees vs 50 degrees or less. Testing was carried out in a low-finish method that does not have a separate case fan. My other comparisan OEM PSU is also equally quiet. If making use of this PSU in a system where maximum cooling is required, make certain the pc case also has a case fan.

Got this no cost with the 25 dollar rosewill case I bought, runs fine for the past two years, has been in and out of 6 or 7 computers. Ran a personal computer that was calculator by newegg's wattage calculator at about 383W, but it still ran it fine. Ran a home server with four hard drives and a Dual pentium 3 processor motherboard for pretty much a year of constant running. Now its retired to a simpler life of powering a micro atx motherboard with just a athlon 64 and 1 tough drive. NOT 1. The good quality of this impressed me, typically the psu's that come free with circumstances only last about 6 months, but this is still running like a champ!
