Low profile. Fits in micro tower situations. Low energy consumption. Radeon 5xxx series card. Low energy draw makes it a terrific replacement for prebuilt desktops with skimpy PSU's. Runs BFBC2 at medium settings without a hitch (with quad core CPU). Isn't the most powerful card in it's price tag range. Was a touch pricey when I bought it. Outdoors of that, there's really small to complain about if you recognize the limitations of this GPU. I've built a handfull of Pc's the last two years so I'm familiar with components, their limitations, and intended use. A buddy of mine had a mini tower Gateway with a Q9550 quad core CPU, and he wanted to play BFBC2. The tiny tower size, and the weak 300w or so PSU that prebuilt Pc manufacturers always use, limited his possibilities drastically. Right after lots and lots of analysis, this low profile 5570 was the only alternative for the job. Other reviewers had mentioned it running BFBC2. After installing it, I was incredibly pleased with it's efficiency. We got about 60 fps on medium settings, without having any bottlenecking or choppy play. The tower ran hot for clear causes (tower has zero airflow), so we kept the situation plate off during play. The important although was getting a quad core CPU to go along with this card. This card is not truly intended for gaming. It can play games with reasonable efficiency so extended as your other components are of related high quality.

* Good feature set for price point* Simple installation* Complete-featured ATI drivers* Eyefinity ready* Low power consumption * No HDMI (native or otherwise)* Plain-Jane, no-frills shroud* On-board fan looks and feels low-budget* Inexpensive-searching construction compared to other cards I personal This is a great card for a budget method, for a program with a limited-power PSU, or for a non-gaming household-use method. However, for significant gaming you must consider spending far more for a superior card. I really missed not having native HDMI with audio throughput, so I swapped this card out for an HIS HD 5670 that offered that feature. All in all, not a poor card for the value.

Low Profile Card!! Tough to come across decent cards these days for smaller builds. Wanted to upgrade gaming graphics a tiny. Not the finest card for graphics, but I did purchase an HD 5570...knew what to expect currently. Graphics can run on medium to med-high without having any issues and decent frames per second ྾-60 depending). So far this card has preformed very nicely for what it is. No apparent heat issues, but then I am not pushing the card to the extreme. None to speak of. Great tiny low profile card. Would have preferred a larger model ATI 񣄊 would have been awesome!), but this does it's job.

This is a low priced Video Card which is Rare that has the feature to use 3 monitors that is why the "Display Port" is on this Card only EyeFinity by ATI is in a position to perform with a Display port you will have to use their "certified Display Port Adaptor to VGA" and you can use three Monitor for under ๠ they also place a VGA port on this card as an alternative of HDMI saving you ฤ to Obtain another HDMI to DVI or VGA adaptor so an individual was thinking about expense saving. Also benifit is this Card is Low Power and if you want to run 6 or 9 Monitors you will use three cards and they only take up 1 Slot all the other EyeFinity Cards all appear to use 1 1ǘ to 2 slots so you can\'t run far more than 3 monitors 1 card. until an additional manufacturer presents 1. " Prevous Reviewer wrote Cons: What the heck is a "Display Port" and why the heck didn't they place a HDMI Port on it? Other Thoughts: Program on buying a DVI to HDMI adapter, nevertheless shaking my head about no HDMI. I would have given it five eggs if it had HDMI. Its low priced card and if you are not going to play games and you want three monitors this is the card for your and at the greatest dollar at this time

I'm coming from a single core inspiron 6000 to a custom built machine (parts from newegg of course ;) ). This graphics card is fantastic for any casual user who desires to engage in moderate gaming. I get among 150 to 330 fps in Halo: Combat Evolved and I can max out eye candy in Left 4 Dead/Quake four. It you just will need a card for casual gaming, tons of HD videos, and some applications like photoshop....this card is STELLAR. None, you get a lot of performance at a seriously low price. There's genuinely no reason for me to dock it, it does specifically what it's designed to do at its price tag point. Wonderful for casual gamers/people who watch lots of HD videos on youtube.

Excellent efficiency From time to time I get lag on older games, but it is since all new gpus of right now were not supported back then... BUTtrying games like metro 2033, which i played on high graphics and a decent resolution, on directx 11 runs flawlessly. NOTE: I am also working with a 4 core processor, so outcomes may possibly vary on particular games aspects, but the card operates actually effectively. For HDMI, acquire a display port to HDMI adapter, it functions

Low-Profile Card, Low Power Consumption, Quite Great Graphic in a smaller package None actually. I guess a bigger fan or heat sink would be great. If you have a pc program with a limited energy provide 鶞w or lower) this IS THE ONLY card that will play games. There are only two - three other low profile graphics cards that are game capable and they all demand above 400w energy supplies. Also I purchased a LP ATI 4650 and it is normally shipped in a 64bit config (which is deceiving!) mainly because it is so SLOW! The regular 128bit 4650 is supposed to be pretty very good but he 64bit is like built on intel graphics. ATI ought to be expected to give the 4650 a various name if it's only 64bit more than 128bit (maybe the 4645 or something!) And I couldn't uncover a Low profile 4670. The 5570 benchmarks at about the 4670 at a low power, low heat and Low Profile! I'm incredibly pleased.

I have been utilizing this card because Nov. 2010 and so far this card runs wonderful. I have it in a dual monitor setup and it has no difficulties driving both displays and still pumping out decent 3D graphics. It doesn't run hot and is close to silent even beneath heavy load, graphic overall performance is close to my GeForce 9600GT that I have installed in a different program. None and I can believe of! I have this running in a Dell Optiplex 740 (desktop case) and with the stock energy supply it has no problems at all!

Thin card. Eyefinity. Relatively affordable. Quiet. Comes with brackets to convert to low profile. Producing a Group of monitors in CCC utilizing Eyefinity mode is excellent for gaming. I played Half-life 2 with three monitors and it was awesome, nonetheless it seems a tiny sluggish. Using eyefinity mode for desktop applications doesn't work so well since when you maximize a window it will span across all 3. it has a vga port. Wish it was a little far more potent. The Radeon drivers had been a headache. I had to go into the windows/assembly files and manually get rid of the old driver dll files that were "Gac'd" ahead of I got a fully featured, working version of Catalyst Control Center. Making use of AMD Overdrive in CCC to overclock didn't perform well when three monitors is active. I'm thinking you prob only want to OC when you run 1 monitor. I got a Dell Optiplex 780 for perform and necessary a card that would fit in the case to run triple monitors. YOU Want AN ACTIVE DISPLAYPORT DONGLE in order to use 3 (triple) monitors. I have all identical 19" Dell monitors and had to use the vga port on one monitor, diplayport>DVI one the other and a straight DVI on the third. The one particular with the vga connection had to be set at 60hz refresh rate or else the text was blurry. I got some other error warning about the display port adapter not functioning but I believe it was mainly because of the vga connection (different refresh rates & resolutions). I'm going to use a VGA>DVI splitter to see if this assists.Wonderful to use for triple monitor for applications (just running in extended view, not eyefinity). For gaming, go with a greater powered card. If you search "Flex" in newegg, these cards will do three monitors Without making use of a display port.I applied this displayport dongle: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814999032

Modest, have bought it before for use in other systems. Works nicely in modest cases or desktops with a restricted footprint. Built a tiny footprint desktop employing an Antec Minuet case, Asrock 945 GCM-S MB (latest bios) and Intel E6820 cpu with 4GB ram, Raptor HD Win7 Pro 64 bit. Worked PERFECTLY with a 1GB 9500GT XFX card and with 220W Antec power provide, which this 5570 Need to have worked in, but didn't. Worked like a charm in my old Dell 626 with a 180W power supply nevertheless but that's not the Pc I bought it for. Purchased a single elsewhere, shipped it back mainly because I believed it was defective, but it isn't now that this one particular doesn't operate in the technique. So considerably time invested in the Computer I'm going to leave the old 9500 GT in it. I'll use the 5570 card elsewhere.

50 bucks and a rebate, free of charge shipping. installed in minutes, bumped my windows graphics score ( in vista) from three.9 ( with a 3450) to five.9 making my personal computer five.9 across the board. In a different diagnostic my Frame rate went from 27 to 94. Less noisy than my passive 3450 due to the fact I could take out a case fan I had to add just for it. The computer software that came with it failed to load following numerous attempts. A rapid net search showed this was a prevalent issue that they nonetheless haven't addressed adequately. Sooner or later got it to load after removing all other GPU associated software program and registry references to it and then loading it as an administrator. I didn't really want this. I play a lot of games but mostly stragegy and not nearly as graphic intense as FPS games. But my mother wanted to give me a thing for my personal computer for christmas and I wanted to locate one thing I could use that wouldn't cost her much. I'm incredibly pleased with it so far. Who knows, perhaps I will attempt some FPS's and see what the fuss is about. I may have to update this if the rebate doesn't come through or if difficulties surface, but for now I am quite pleased.

Low profile, low power consumption, which fits my HTPC. No sound employing DVI-to-HDMI cable on my LCD Tv. Identical DVI-to-HDMI cable functions with an additional ASUS HD4830 card on the LCD with sound. The description on the Sapphire Internet site say that requires a DVI to HDMI dongle. I am not confident if this is a special dongle and not the universal 1. If that is the case, Sapphire must include it in the package, or at least tell the client just before they make the selection.

Card runs exceptionally cool and quiet. I have it setup with Eyefinity 񢦀x1024) and I've run up to 30 FLV files on it at when to test it. My CPU went up five degrees (C) and my card went up about ten degrees (C). No genuine degradation of video that I noticed. None seriously. Catalyst is still a discomfort in the rear like it has been for years, but I can't hold that against the card. I don't mess with Catalyst sufficient to give less than five stars because when it's setup you shouldn't need to play in there very considerably. I wish the original card I bought which was DDR 5 had the DVI-I and the D-Sub like this 1 does. My monitors are VGA input only so I had to convert the D-Sub, DVI and DisplayPort to VGA interface to make it function. I wrote this on the day of the shell shocker ---- Acquire IT. It's definitely worth the money in particular on Shell Shocker special!

* Relatively low energy at stock, like other 5570s with (G)DDR3.* Lower energy after fixing GPU-BIOS to deal with power manage design.* This unit has a high overclock at the so-called "stock" voltage but has the same overhead (max MHz) as other 5570s when forced to the very same voltage. * Power controller & MOSFETs are unknown Chinese brand.* Middle two of four voltage states produce the exact same V_GPU.* Highest voltage state (at boot and at 650 MHz) is extremely over-volted even at idle Ƒ.114V vs 1.05V).* RAM boots at 900 MHz in spite of RAM getting 800 MHz. Non-technical users must not need to have to ask be concerned about RAM and power high quality. Sapphire sent 5570 evaluation cards with 900MHz GDDR3 like everyone else, but none of the four 5570s they sell basically use GDDR3. Because the box says absolutely nothing at all, the product line seems like it's topic to deceptive advertising and marketing. The other Sapphire 5570 (HDMI) I bought was also questionable, but instead it had poor manufacturing QC & harm which must have been caught at final QC.

For price and power consumption, this card is excellent for quite a few small form factor setups.I have an HP Z200 small form factor (SFF) which only has a 240W PSU ࿹% efficiency rating). My Z200 has an i5-650 with 4GB of RAM and a second video card (NVIDIA QUADRO NVS 295). In total I have 3 20" LCD screens running at 1600x900. 񣁂 x 1, QUADRO x two).I normally play RTS games and some of the far more current 1st person shooters such as LFD2. I've been able to run (at max settings [AA, AF, VS and so on...]) SC2 and LFD2 w/o lag or crashes. FPS show noticeable improvement more than my previous NVIDIA card.I have also had ZERO problems running both of my AMD/ATI and NVIDIA cards in the very same box. I am making use of the most recent drivers ྫቭ񳏊 as of this writing).I could not be happier with my acquire. None as of yet. This card can stand on its own merits. Google about and you can clearly see this to be a decent card at now a 'great' price point.
