One full Kilowatt. This handles 3x graphics cards, 4 harddrives (or far more), 3 dvd burners, Soundblaster Xfi, two keyboards, and a overclocked AMD quad core, with no difficulty. Gives over 26w to the video cards, and solved my challenge Regrettably Didn't by it from newegg. Seriously, it performs fine. I bought a second 9800GTX to run SLI. And I had a 8800GTS for physics. I was acquiring a difficulty with rebooting, fail to boot, and beeps or no response when I had my Enermax Galaxy. I bought this Silverstone Stryker 1kw to see if if would fix the dilemma. The enermax was 24a (or less) this is more watts, much more amps, a lot more consistant power. And challenge free of charge. Good good quality. Easy cable management.

Fix a stability problem I had with a quad-quad ྰ) core server. I original put in a 4 rail 1000W psu, that would lock up. Must have purchased this initially. Did not have sufficient motherboard power connectors, I had to make an adapter.Sleaving is meh. Luckly a friend had a desktop that needed a new PSU, and I produced my dollars back.

Totally modular, quiet, fits a standard case. Very same as other evaluations. No O/l switch and the cables seem stiff to me. Nevertheless, I don't have any prior knowledge creating or working with Computer hardware. All it took was a couple of zip ties to ease the stiff wires situation. I utilised this PSU to create my fist Computer. It is a lot more power than I will need in my system (i7 930 cpu, ati 5770 vid, one HD) but I purchased it with the intention of building up the Computer over the years rather than purchasing a brand new one. So far I have had no problems with the unit. I am actually glad I went with a totally modular PSU as my case would have been over run with cords otherwise. I am extremely pleased with this PSU.

Very solid develop good quality. 100% modular. compact compared to other 1kw psu's. Quiet. My three.3v 5v and 12v rails are spot on!Ideal value in PSU's in my opinion. Had a solder berry rattling around inside when I very first opened up the package. But a fast shake from upside down got it out. My buddy just picked up the 850w version and couldn't be happier with it. I love newegg.

A full kilowatt! Just a few years ago, such a energy provide would cost a lot of hundreds of dollars. Anyway, it runs my program with a bit of headroom for newer parts. I've got 6 difficult disks, 4x 2GB DDR3 1600 sticks, a modestly overclocked i7 860, an 8800GTS 512, and a bunch of high-flow fans (mostly turned down unless I'm pushing the CPU pretty hard). There are also 2x 8-pin EPS connectors to drive either a energy-hungry single CPU (i7 860 or 870 in a EVGA P55 F-T-W SLI!) or a dual socket board. I would like the SATA connectors to be a small closer together to fit the tough drive rack in my old Lian-Li PC70 case, but they get the job performed. At least they're not too close together! This is my initially modular power supply as I don't normally like getting one more connection as a point of possible failure, but I haven't noticed any issues. The identical method ran for a even though under an 850w power supply (another Silverstone, but not modular), but it required a little much more energy due to some minor technique instability. If it weren't for the 6 challenging disks, that 850w would be fine.

Just got this in today and so far so superior. So far its awsome, my readings were a bit off with Asus PC Probe II so I tested the იv rail and Ƴv with a digital voltmeter and it was giving a solid 12.06v and five.10-5.09 volts so were excellent, just waiting to get the second GTX 285 to go with it :) Also modularity produced cable management remarkable, turned out better then my other modular, straightforward set up, identical size as my 600w, quiet and cool. Cost. Awsome top quality for the price. None so far. I must say this PSU wasn't my first selection and I agonized over attempting to get a Corsair 850HX (My 1st Selection). Nevertheless, I'm really happy with my choice to buy this product.

Runs Quiet. No complications at all. Comes with all necessary modular cables and energy cable. None. Had to get this simply because my PC was rebooting throughout heavy gaming sessions with a 600watt Ultra power supply. Could not manage a GTX 275. This PSU handles it without having any problems.
