Affordable Doesn't operate as advertised. I have a 120Hz LCD which calls for DVI-DL. This cable works fine in 60Hz mode, but then so does a standard DVI cable. This cable does not seem to support the bandwidth specifications for DVI-DL even although it has the suitable number of pins. Not advised.

Expense. Functions as it should, and is a lot lengthy sufficient. My HD movies appear greater getting a dual link DVI cable more than getting a single link. If the cable comes loose, isn't inserted all the way in, or is slightly crooked, the signal doesn't come by means of and the image on my screen is distorted and useless. Can't truly say considerably here since it didn't perform. DOA! I tried employing it one two seperate monitors, 19" Samsung and 19" widescreen Acer. Neither one of the monitors recognized a signal was coming by way of the cable. I am going to attempt the RMA route on this 1. Never done it via Newegg but I have heard they are fantastic about that sort of thing.

It does its job. picture looks clear, and theres no signal problems that i could see. The location of the mounting screws that hold it to the monitor are a bit off. I can only get one to screw in the other 1 doesnt fit. The screw positions is a drag due to the fact its puttin stress on 1 side of the connection. But it doesnt seem to affect the picture. I would pay a little bit much more for a various dvi cable that has the mounting screws on the correct spots.

I've had this cable plugged into my monitor now for virtually two years. By means of these last couple of years, I have plugged it in and out repeatedly to go to LAN parties and the like, it's held up fantastic, the plating is nonetheless leading notch. None. It was really stiff when I 1st got it, now it's pretty lose and bends quickly. You will get absolutely no interference at all with this cable.

Terrific cable. Does the job. Gold plated connectors and 6 feet is more than plenty of cable for most laptop or computer desks. Just came in a plastic bag but its a cable, no flashy packaging needed to bring up expenses. Arrived with a couple other items I had ordered from Newegg, every little thing was packaged nicely and the connectors themselves were undamaged and plugged into my monitor a video card perfectly.

Low price, appears to be effectively constructed from what I can tell. That's it. I foolishly bought this cheapie DVI cable to digitally connect my graphics card to my new 22" 1080p LCD monitor. My original DVI-VGA analog adapter worked superior than this junk. There was important interference in the cord - several flickering pixels, which were color dependent. If you want a great digital picture, purchase a more high priced DVI cable.

Works great. Looks fine. Roughly 3 times more affordable than what you can uncover in stores - even with shipping. Attempted to cook me breakfast, but failed. I have so several other thoughts I just can't deal with it. Too poor I'd break my 1,000 word limit if I posted 'em all here.

It works and connected to my 19" widescreen panel with out issue. It doesn't taste superior. The price of cables in brick and mortar stores is ridiculous.

I forgot to add in my other evaluation that I didn't feel there would be a lot of a distinction between this cable and the VGA cable I was making use of. There was. Not an epic distinction but you can see it immediately. cons.... the technology isn't offered to just download this cable or any other hardware :P I have this connected to a Geforce 8400 GS 512mb 128 bit GDDR2 vid card to a 22" widescreen Hanns-G. I'm not a gamer so I don't need to have the utmost in latest gear but this cable works good for what I use.
