Installation is a snap. XP saw it right away. The problem is that neither my Wacom tablet, nor my Canon i560 printer, nor my Microtec scanner will work when plugged into it -- which is why I bought it in the first place. I've tried the drivers on the CD and I went to the manufacturer website and downloaded their installation file. Nothing. I have no idea what is wrong or how to make it work, if it can be made to work at all.

Works for the most part... I don't know if it's the crappy device i hooked up to it or if it's the USB card itself, but i can't get an external hard drive to work with it... but if you need 4 extra ports to hook up the simple stuff (like, mice, keyboards, printers) this is the one for you.

I added five USB ports and works. Price is good and installs in XP without added attention.

I just bought a HP 1.8GHz/512_RAM for $15 bucks but it came with only 2 USB :( That's fine though! Now I'm delighted with other 5 extra ports. I do recommend this Sabrent HighSpeed 5-Port to anyone reviving or extending the life of old systems or even expanding current ones. You won't be disappointed. Easy to install and totally transparent for Windows XP.

Worked excellently! Installed easily and it didn't even require the drivers from the disk. All of my devices work great on it!

You cannot go wrong with this product. It installed easily and was immediately recognized by the system when I rebooted. Transfer rates are great!

Good card, great value. XP native drivers are fine, but for newer I had to go to their website. Ones on cdrom didn't seem to take. Also, on the second machine, their drivers caused an XP blue screen which required a system restore, so on that one I just stuck with native drivers. 5 usb 2.0 ports and my new removable drive, with my ultra media dashboard make life much easier

I bought this about 2 months ago. It works great. I did have a problem finding the drivers on the CD (because the Mftr. Name wasn't even on the box!) but I downloaded them. It works with everything I have hitched up to it and I would recommend it.

You get what you pay for. Does not work with all of my USB devices (external HDD, 802.11G USB adapter), and the devices that do work only do so sporadically. All of these devices work fine on my old USB 1.0 card. Tried both the Windows XP generic USB driver and the ALi driver from Sabrent. Spend a few extra bucks and buy a better card.

Wouldn't work with my IPod on my Dell Dimension 4400. Acts like it doesn't know how to do USB 2.0. Bought a different USB card and it works fine (ForBestPorts 8 port / 4 usb 2.0 3+1 firewire PCI combo card on ebay).

Had trouble getting this product to work. I have USB 1.1 already on my computer. Had to leave it enabled in BIOS and disable the device drivers for USB 1.1 in the Hardware configuration in order for the ports to work properly and the divices to be recognized by Windows XP. Once I resolved the conflict worked well.

Installed on Win98. Went well. Required WIN98 OEM CD and Driver CD to complete installation. Windows found 5 new USB ports and 5 times asked for driver etc. Works great good deal go for it!

Simple to install. No issues with the install. Works great. Great price!! Picture is a bit deceptive. The card is actually smaller then the picture shows. But who cares... the real card is great.

Installed the card and restarted the computer. The card was automatically detected and drivers installed. Didn't need the drivers included on the CD. Works great!!!

Purchased this product simply because it was half the price of similar pieces...works very well, and a snap to install...no more hub necessary...would recommend to anyone!
