Love This Thing
Comment:
Great price and fast shipping. I needed to extend my USB port on my laptop and this thing works exactly like I wanted it to, with every device I've plugged into it. |

Sort of works most of the time
Comment:
This is a cheap little item. One of the usb inserts fell out after 30 days. Devices drop out periodically. I needed more USB's the cheapest way possible and this was it at $5.99 at the time. 1 year later still works most of the time fine for a couple low power devices and nice not having to take up any space on my power strip. Does not run at USB-2 speed. |

Great Product
Comment:
Great product. Run all my USB 2.0 items just fine. For those that write that it won't run in 2.0 mode, check your settings. Vista defaults to easy removal which is USB 1.0. Only think I wish was it had a longer cord to where it could plug into the the rear USB ports on my computer and set it on the desk for easy access, but oh well, time to buy an extension. . I would definately buy it again. |

Just what it needs to be.
Comment:
Its what it claims to be, a small 4port hub, great for keyboard, mouse, ipod etc that needs to stay plugged in where you have limited ports or to keep frontal ports open for devices you may change out often like thumb drives. No complains here aside from the "This device could preform faster blablabla". |

Not so good
Comment:
After about one week's operation, the hub overheated and my mouse stopped working. When I took the quadropus out of the circuit, the mouse worked fine again I should return this item, but the postage doesn't warrant it. |

OK
Comment:
You can't use this with any heavy duty items, like drives or you will get the USB 2.0 warning and wonky results - you need a splitter with power boost for that, but for small items it should work ok. Didn't work well enough for me to give it a 10 out of 10 |

It works

Pros: Cheap and works Cons: Not free Not too much that you can say about a product that is inexpensive and works exactly as described. |

It works, but not on USB 2.0
Comment:
I got this only so I could get the lower shipping rate. My computer liked it OK, but complained every time I plugged something in to it, saying it was a USB 2.0 device plugged into a USB 1.0 hub. I'll keep it for the laptop computer for emergencies, but will be buying a "real" USB hub that works to replace this one. |

Comment:
Great little device for use on the road. You can add multiple datasticks and mice on your laptop, and not have worry about overusing the built in connections. Has worked like a charm, even good for charging your PDA at the same time. |
what a great product! works exactly as advertised, installs itself, takes up no space and it's cheap! I bought it for $14 or so and the next week they knocked it down to 9.95 - an even better deal.
