Serial ATA SATA Power Adapter Cable

Bought a couple of these on sale. Essential item these days with so many power supplies not having enough SATA connectors. Every geek should have some of these on hand. A more elegant version might have been an adapter plug without the wires between the two connectors. A black molex connector would also look much better. good enough bought 5 of them. a cable is a cable and they all are the same except. quality is good enough and serves better than expected.

Useful way to extend the life of an old power supply. Distinct wires would be better wrapped into the same kind of nylon the newer power supplies use, or even better be made away with entirely.

There isn't much else to say here, just it works great and is perfect for people with non SATA-compliant PSUs. Would definitely pick up another one of these if I needed one again!

I had an older power supply that I wanted to hook a SATA drive up to (it didn't contain a Molex power). This worked great.

This power adapter does exactly what it should without any hassle whatsoever. I used it with my 250GB SATA drive and got it up and running within minutes.

This power cable does exactly what it's supposed to do. I got it when i bought a 250Gb Samsung drive to add to my 8-months-old computer yet with a legacy power supply.

Great cables. dont cost much. nothing really more to say other then if you need them these will work good.

This does what you expect: you can use a regular molex connection with your brand new SATA hard drive! Good for those HDD without molex or PSU without SATA power.

I've been using this kind of connector for a year and never had any problem. Good if you want to switch to SATA without having to change the whole powersupply.

Worked great. Exactly what is needed to deal with a legacy power supply that didn't provide any sata power cables. If you're thinking of buying a new harddrive but worried about this problem, this is probably a much cheaper way than buying a new power supply as well.

Hey there. Bought this thing with a new 320 GB seagate drive and it does exactly what it is supposed to do. Couldnt ask for anything better.

It works - what else is there to say? Using it on an OLD P3 box that has some SATA HDDs hooked up to a Promise controller card.

Nothing special to say about this Serial ATA SATA Power Adapter Cable. Id does its work and it's a nice thing to have when you do not have a Power supply with proper SATA power connectors.

does its job like it says...good quality product no problems at all. Easy installation.the wire comes a bit short but i got a big pc.

Well if you have an older power supply without a native SATA power connector, this adapter will do the trick.

It's a power adapter if you got a PSU without SATA connector and got a Native SATA drive. One of the wire was pulled out of the molex, but i just replaced it and it work perfect !

this thing works and thats all i care for, i dont need it fancily sleeved, dont neeed UV reactive adaptors it is perfect! I bought a seagate refurb 120GB and got this. it works well because my power supply does not have a SATA power adaptor by default.
