Steelseries Qck Mouse Pad 12.6X11.2IN
Cons:none

Pros:its good and cheap especially when on sale
Comment:
There isn't too much to say about this mouse pad but it does the job well, and its much better then the regular 5$ cloth pads u can buy at some stores. This review was modfied by poster x 08-29-08 09:29 AM This review was modfied by poster @ 08-29-08 09:46 AM

Steelseries Qck Mouse Pad 12.6X11.2IN
Cons:-Rubber odour rubs off on your wrist, no biggie though.

Pros:-Quality.-Size.-Price.-Awesome SteelSeries logo on bottom right.
Comment:
Just purchased this mousepad as a replacement from my old mousepad, and it's awesome. The fabric and rubber are both high-quality textured material, works great with optical mice, not so much ball-mice (but who owns one anymore?) Extremely good deal for $15, go out and buy it now! This is a required item if you're a gamer of any type.

Steelseries Qck Mouse Pad 12.6X11.2IN
Cons:Edges look as though they might start fraying.

Pros:Large, soft surface, cloth (personal preference), rubber bottom so pad doesn't slip.
Comment:
Having such a large surface is great, especially for low sensitivity gamers. Works great with my G5 (Gen. 1) and no problems with tracking. Only thing I'm worried about is the edges wearing out and starting to fray. Luckily the pad is cheap enough that replacing it isn't such a big deal. Steelseries Qck Mouse Pad 12.6X11.2IN
Cons:If you like glass/hard pads you won't like this. It doesn't grip to rough wood very well, but what pad does? Black attracts lint? If that's all I can come up with...

Pros:: I've been a fps addict forever, and it just comes down to soft v hard mousepads and what you like. Been using a version of this smooth cloth pad for a couple years and it's perfect for me. Huge, so I cut it to fit, heavy for a soft pad, because of the rubber base that grips well enough, and ultimately it's all about the performance- which is amazingly noticeable when you replace an old dept store pad with it. Final ""pro""- look at that price then go price ANY hard pad. This is dirt cheap for what you get.
Comment:
Just ordered this again, and as I said, after 2 years I really just wanted a new one-- just because (it's cheap). Old one's still going strong, but it's just so cheap and maybe the old one has faded some, but the performance hasn't. OH AND I USED a laser mouse on this for months so I'm not sure what that reviewer was talking about. Why use anything but a mx518 anyway? :D

Steelseries Qck Mouse Pad 12.6X11.2IN
Cons:- none

Pros:+ Large but not HUGE, doesn't take up 1/4 of my 6'x3' desk :)+ $7.99 yeah easily worth that much+ Thin & cloth - my 2 fav things in a mousepad
Comment:
Absolutely worth $7.99. Very sleek and the perfect size. Perfect for not just gamers but anyone who uses their computer for many hours a day. Logitech MX518 + this mousepad = heaven. I will be recommending these for as long as they are for sale.

Steelseries Qck Mouse Pad 12.6X11.2IN
Cons:More resistance in gliding than plastic... but too much can be bad.Smelled kinda funny out of the box.Logo is way smaller than advertised.Wrong dimensions.

Pros:Big!Fairly smooth. One of the better cloth pads out there.Thin.
Comment:
Overall, this is an awesome mouse pad for 10 bucks. Maybe some people would prefer the fUnc mouse pad, but this one is pretty good in its own way. I love the extra space it gives me to move my mouse, and coming from a cheap generic plastic mouse pad, it's much "softer". Recommended to those who want a start at what it's like to stop using those cheap generic mouse pads. EDIT** also it has the wrong dimensions. NCIX says 12.6 x 11.2 but the box says 12.6 x 10.6. Go figure. This review was modfied by poster @ 06-18-08 10:06 PM

Steelseries Qck Mouse Pad 12.6X11.2IN
Cons:Black cloth picks up debris like a magnet

Pros:Quality build, smooth surface, reasonably thin
Comment:
I play mostly FPS games and I haven't encountered any jumping/skipping when using my mouse (a cheap Logitech LX8). Response is smooth and accurate. The mouse glides reasonably well over the surface.I was a little worried about the time it would take for the pad to 'unroll' (it comes rolled up in a package), but the curves disappeared after a few days. The mouse surface is huge for what I require. If I was playing RTS it might come in handy...but I don't have much time for those games anymore. I previously purchased the small version of this pad, and was only using about 1/3 of the surface (in part due to the space on my keyboard tray).I bought two of these and use them to covery my keyboard tray (just over 2' wide, so a near-perfect fit). I am left-handed, but others in the house are right-handed. This configuration allows anyone in the house to easily swap positions of the keyboard/mouse without having to lift the keyboard (or have one end of the keyboard resting on a mouse pad). As a bonus, if I wear out one portion of the pad, I can always rotate it for a 'new' surface. The only negative I see is the affinity for dirt/debris. This is enhanced by the black colour. In some ways, this is a positive because it forces me to clean the pad more often (and effectively keeps the keep all that crap away from my mouse).
