So far I'm really satisfied with the Rheobus extreme. For folks like me who have a server situation that does not have a lot of room for intake fans and have to rely on powerful single fans this controller is a life saver. Finally I can completely control even the most potent power hungry fans in my situation. I've got a 190cfm 120mm and 148cfm 92mm Delta fans hooked up to this controller and I have no dilemma adjusting their speeds from low to maximum. I also hooked up two thermaltake 80mm fans ࿫cfm) and a scythe 120mm gpu fan and the Extreme has no difficulty so far controlling them all. None that I can think of however. Was kind of a tight install. I had to shove it deep into a five.25" slot because my server situation has a filter cover.

Getting to no issue controlling 5 120mm fans, a 200mm fan, and a water-cooling pump. LEDs are a little vibrant, but this is only an issue if you sleep in the exact same space--nothing that a little bit of clever tinted-film placement cannot fix. Even with the extenders cable management was not easy and some are stretched to their max. functions wonderful, havent had any complications what-so-ever, adjusts fan speed like you would expect, no LEDs have died however for the back lights, overall i am incredibly pleased immediately after shopping for this the only thing is if you have this in a dark space prepare for it to be lit up, the LEDs are pretty bright, specially when the fan knobs are set to complete speed, but other than that no complications as lengthy as you aren't placing this in a room that wants to be dark i say go for it

This thing is great! much more than enough power for my three 120mm, zalman 9700, 100mm fans, and any more i want to add in the future! The LEDs arent also vibrant, but i just maintain the fans a little lower unless im gaming, so theyre not as well bad. they do get vibrant as heck when theyre on max. but i just close my front case door. seems like fantastic construction, and fits flush in my antec p180b 1 of the LEDs flickers a little bit. The range of the knobs far outmatches the range of operational voltages for the fan i wish it was a matte black, its got a quite glossy finish which doesnt match my 2 black DVD drives

High excellent general construction, drastically decreased fan noise, non-intrusive front logo. I like that the knobs don't vary in color like a lot of other controllers - only blue. Only 2 3pin fan extensions. Unless your fans naturally have really lengthy power cables, prepare to get some much more extensions to reach this controller. Fortunately, I had some laying around.
