Nice fan. Looks excellent. Cool Led Lights. Wish the led lights would remain the way I like it, everytime you shutdown ur laptop, the led light goes back to blue, not a massive dea although. I would get a cooler that has two fans that cover the complete thing and not just 1 huge one in a middle, but it is still a good cooler. overrall definitely good fan.

So far this is good! It's quiet, it has the solution to turn off the lights (which was my main concern), and it brought down the temp of my laptop about 10 degrees Celsius. It tilts the laptop a bit but truly it's not poor. Most likely not usable on your actual lap if you try. My laptop would begin to more than-heat if I played WoW for far more than 1 hour and the graphics would articulate. I haven't tried it out however, but with the 10 degrees Celsius drop from resting, I think it must be fine.

Cools amazingly well. Big fan is pretty silent. Really sturdy construction. Purchased one for myself and my father, and we're both really happy with it. Properly, there's no real point to the LED's seeing as how your notebook will be on best of it...

I got this trigger of the lights, the LED light sounded cool so picked this cooler more than others. But am very pleased with what I got. It's quiet and keeps my laptop cool even when I'm playing my MMO's for hrs, and when its HOTT outside. It fits my 17.3 laptop good, has 1 massive fan to keep items cool, and you can change the colors of the LED by just clicking a button on the back of the cooler... nothing so far,

Keeps my notebook considerably cooler, to the point exactly where the factory fan rarely ever comes on. Solid create and all metal what much more can you ask for. The LED function of the fan is unnecessary but still cool. None

Quite effeictive at cooling notebookExtremely quietStylish :) Bulky I have had the Huge 23CS for about two months. This is an extraordinary unit. Even without having the fan, it works Very properly. The fan is truly whisper quiet-- I have to look at it to see if it is on. OR, you can just put your hand to the side of the unit to really feel the OBVIOUS air flow generated by the fan. I am amazed at the effectiveness of this cooler. There is NO comparison to any other unit-- invest the dollars; you won't regret it!

High excellent construction, heavy duty, good lights, keeps my laptop cool. Quite heavy, sharp edges wish there was a fan speed controller. (make it go faster when its really hot) Good cooler for the cost.

Works as intended. Why is this thirty dollars more than the Thermaltake Massive 23 cooler? I purchased this one thinking that it had a straight DC energy connector...it does not. It runs off of USB power just like the cooler I could have gotten for twenty bucks with the similar fan. Too high priced for what it does, absolutely nothing particular.

Quiet, huge fan, kept my laptop cool, blue light the surface is slick and my laptop tends to move about on it, setting it on my lap isn't extremely comfy and you can't see the blue light unless its dark. Appear at it from the bottom and it looks cheep.

Following playing Company of Heroes with graphics settings greater than my laptop would probably prefer, it gets seriously hot. At least... it did, until I bought this baby! Good and cool no matter the situation. NONE! LEDs are a bit silly as you can't even see them with your laptop on top. I guess in a dark room they'll cast a funky glow...

I've bought maybe four-5 distinct laptop coolers, all under 50$, and each one has felt like a plastic piece of ... This factor is a beast, and you genuinely feel that the added income you spent on it was well worth it.- Looks sexy. - As every person else had said, this factor is big. I personally don't think this is even a con, but if you had been wanting a laptop cooler to tote about in your backpack.. this isn't it. I don't have a issue keeping it on my lap with my laptop but bringing it to class with me... Most likely not. Guess that means you'll have to pay attention to that psych class rather of playing WoW by way of it immediately after all.- I have to dress warm when I'm playing games due to the air present around my desk now. If you have overheating problems and are not locating a software remedy to your difficulty... Probabilities are you just require additional airflow - a lot of folks truly underestimate how crucial that it is for gaming laptops (and all laptops period) to have a superior air existing by means of it. This thing WILL do that, and I don't know if there is a superior cooler on the market.

Good major fan and quiet. A good soothing breeze for your laptop's hot b,utt. At least you can turn them off: LED Lights I adore metal!! You could most likely set a fat television on this bugger just before it would squat.

The product IS silent, no question about it. The darned factor is so quiet I have to put my hand underneath the edge just to sse if it is basically running.The air flow is good and incredibly steady, the aluminum body of the cooler acts just like a heat sink and remains COLD to the touch right after hours of use, the laptop I have, The Dell Vostro 1520 has a known heat problem with the left palm rest getting hot enough to make the laptop unusable.With this project the palm rest barely gets above my body temp and nothing uncomfortable at ALL.Kudos to thermaltake and the egg, maintain it genuine and rockin at the EGG gentlemen and ladies.Worth each penny! Not a con, but could've used some USB two. OR!!! 3. :)None at all folks, can't fault something here. If you want some thing this size, then naturally you aren't worried about mini-Something. I do not seriously care about weight or size, a lot additional as a tech, concerned with ummm...HEAT??? Yep, the less heat everything electronic is soaked in, the longer it last and the better it performs. I maintain ambient temp at 68-69 F in my room and use three room fans with the largest fans I can run on my pc equipment, xbox 360, surround sound property theater, Digital Cable and a router, modem, and 26" LCD Sanyo Tv in a 10X12 carpeted room.Heat is the ENEMY, and it finds no friend or foothold here>Acquire the thing already and get on with your standard Hi-Speed computing session just like I'm doing correct now:)

I bought this against advice from a website saying that its performance is mediocre. That same website seemed to recommend a cheaper, noisier and harder to find alternative. Surely they are wrong: something so expensive with a fan that big will cool better than a cheap-ass dual-fan turboprop engine. Well it did not, not really. So I bought myself a lemon. Upon further examination I discovered that all the models with higher performance have 2 or 3 small fans at different locations, and the test was done with a laptop whose motherboard has a hotspot well away from where this cooler has its one fan. Fortunately my lemon is really well made and can be mod-ed if you don't mind voiding its warranty. Now it blows air where my CPU and GPUs are. Now it cools and its performance is quite impressive! One thing to note: the unit is targeted at 17'' widescreen laptops, but my 17'' widescreen laptop is sticking out about 2cm from either side of the cooler.

The product itself wasn't bad for the price, HOWEVER, I would have been more pleased with the price had there been extra USB ports available on it like the previous cooling pad I purchased for a smaller sized laptop from here.

I purchased this to use with an Asus G51JX-A1; the cooler kept this notoriously hot laptop cool. There were too many problems with the laptop (do your research on that model before buying one... LOTS of research) so I sent it back, but I like the cooler so much I kept it for a future laptop purchase.

I got this a week or so ago, and its working great. keeps my laptop cool. I like the rubber strips on top to keep the laptop from moving; my previous cheapo cooler lacked that. The LEDs are unnecessary, but hey, they're cheap. I can't see them at all while using my laptop on a desk.

I use this under my PS3 to keep it cool, not that it overheats but remember,when it comes to electronics....HEAT IS THE ENEMY!!! Pretty lights too!!
