Looks ok. Feels excellent in the hand. Moves a very good bit of air Shoddy SHODDY construction. Doesn't rather fit appropriate, had to do a tiny bending on my situation. Solder job for the wires is just a joke. Much less than .1 cm exposed wire barely attached to the solder points. Pulled off accidentally with possibly about 1lbs of force. Annoying. Reattaching myself. four pin power connector will barely perform either. Had to bend the pins to attach to my P.S. If you can solder and make positive to get this attached in your case stable then it can nevertheless perform. I consider a lot of the failures that these may well have are caused by the fan not being securely tightened in. The vibrations if not balanced will consume up a fan real quick.

- Modest.- Quiet when new.- Low energy.- Reversible.- Blue LEDs support determine if fan is working and technique is on. They slowly die down to almost nothing at all over six months so give you an concept of the age of the fan. - Incredibly restricted lifespan means poor worth, high upkeep, noisy.- Lubricant in sleeve bearing is either slung out of hub if upside down or vertical (as seen by oil/dust tracks), or simply evaporates if appropriate side up.- Fan sometimes doesn't start spinning on power up if it is a little older and worn or lubricant is gone... this will rapidly destroy the fan as the lubricant will sublimate and won't aid awesome your box either.- Normally following a couple of months of age, if it starts, the fan doesn't have enough lubricant and will make a horrendous noise due to fan imbalance, and the vibration is literally adequate to cause large capacity disk drives to shut down. Generally it will perform itself out within five to ten minutes.- The airflow decreases by much more than 50% as the fan ages, presumably due to hub harm from lack of lubricant. I personal 16 itx machines which use these fans for cooling, regrettably. It is the only fan small sufficient to fit in my situations so I have no other choice. These fire up wonderful when they are new, but count on only about six month of life on typical. You should often confirm the fan spins up at energy up, if not I use an air can to get them going. Your greatest bet is to put them in a method and leave them on 24x7 since you can get perhaps a year that way and they commonly don't cease the moment they start out. I've tried adding additional lubricant (bicycle oil) to worn fans, but this doesn't final long as the hub has already been broken and it's largely a waste of time. I obtain about eight of these at a time and maintain spares on hand and have to swap one particular out every week or two. I'd estimate it expenditures about 趚 per year to preserve the fans going in my 16 box atom cluster, not to mention the time it requires. That's about the similar price as the electrical energy. Most unreliable fan I've ever utilised.

Cheap, Blue LED, Effortlessly reversible. Sits to close to back of graphics card, I feel tha its not spaced enought to suck air across the card and out the rear of case. since the cards back side gets hot as well. I flipped that fan upside down to try to suck air across the back of pci express graphics card, but its fan gaurd sits to close to the surface of the card. If they could design the bracket in a way that raised the fan further away from the card, but they didnt.

Blue LED provides a fantastic indication fan is spinning.Generally quite quiet.Reversible.Inexpensive.Uncomplicated to disassemble for cleaning / repair. Bushing sort bearing can effortlessly leak fluid lubricant in horizontal application.Blue LEDs are overdriven and slowly burn out over a couple of months or if the fan doesn't start at power on due to cabling or loss of lubrication. I purchased a couple of dozen of these slot fans for a substantial cluster of atom itx systems I constructed. Usually decent high quality, I have had about ten% failure rate commonly within the very first month or two. If bearing leaks, eliminate label and plastic seal, put in sewing machine or bicycle oil, replace seal and label.

Reversible. Relatively quiet. Mounted in between video and tv tuner cards, dropped my GPU temp by 3 degrees C. Provided commonly poor exhaust near PCI slots, this certainly improved it. Only "fairly" quiet. I've worked to make my Computer quiet so this is actually noticable (but still soft sufficient to not matter). Buy this to exhaust a PCI slot, not to cool a video card... superior selection for video is a replacement fan/heatsink (that's exactly where I'm headed).

does exactly what it's supposed to do, lights up and blows air. it's a gorgeous brilliant blue. fan runs quiet, pushes alot of air. i was skeptical at first when i purchased it, but now i love it, planning on buying two far more to maximize air flow. they used UPS and not teleportation... what? teleporters dont exist however? 1.21 gigawatt's!

Good fan, with the stock hs on my vga, it keeps my vga at 39*idle 45*full load. The fan is supposed to be upward (left panel case), if ur case is correct panel (some brand like HP make their case opens by appropriate side panel), it will face down; the fan will hit its situation and make weird sound. I have to mod it by tire all the wire together to retain the fan not fall down and hit its case Over all this is a good slot fan, just verify situation before u obtain it.

lights, not also vibrant, but lights up adequately. took down the gpu temp, by 2Ǚ celcius. not powerful sufficient fan. not lengthy enough to absolutely cover the gfx card fan. didnt make a lot of a difference. after i purchased it, i realized that the stock fan pushes air out to its elements from the grilles. purchase some vga ram heatsinks for around the similar cost.

Cheap Value and does what its suppose to, can be plugged into other exspansoin slots such as any PCI-E, AGP, or Blank slots your mother board doesnt cover.Quiter than expected and pumps out alot of air in ratio to the size and Decible level. in addition substantially smaller than i had geussed by seeking at the picture. sleek clear design. Lights are relatively vibrant but not as bright as i thought vibrant sufficient to light up the unit but only casting a faint glow on surronding PCI boards. Fantastic Worth and proformance compared to other products, would have liked a little brighter LEDS but smaller than i imagined and out preforms other like it.

It's a fan. It's fairly quiet. For it's low noise levels it moves a surprising quantity of air. It, um, didn't come in a box padded with non-sequential ฤ bills? Keeps an old properly-beyond-secure-spec-overclocked video card cool sufficient to function.

It moves air effectively, it has two vibrant blue led's, it fits nice into a pci slot my case has that my motherboard is unable to use, and it appears to be really silent. It does seems a small flimsy when becoming installed, but I would say for the cost you can only count on so considerably.

Cons:-Powered by a 4Pin Molex. (Hard to cable manage but I got it hidden)

Pros:-Cheap-Blue-Small-Looks great on top of my Graphics card

This small cheap fan looks great in my case and gives a little extra light on the bottom. I didn't check but I think my card is 2degrees cooler. Not bad.

Smaller and quieter than other slot fans, great for a small mini itx case (compare much a lot more potent, solidly built AOC model which moves double the air but is high rpm on the bearings and significantly louder). I know it's cheesy, but I really like the blue led glow... I'd like to believe it would go out if the fan stopped turning, but absolutely nothing in the packaging implies it is anything other than cosmetic. Bracket is simply reversible. Bracket is looser (has some instability) than other models. No motherboard case fan connector with speed sensor, just hardwired molex extender.

Excellent cooling! None I got this to support exhaust some heat from an adaptec 5405 raid controller. with out this issue operating the controller got about 80C. I took the side off of the machine and placed a 120MM fan hitting the card. It then stayed at 52C. I installed this fan and closed up the case and now it (raid processor) stays at 52C !!! For ů that is unbeatable. I can feel the heat it is exhausting, this product certainly outperforms my expectations.

It moves air so it keeps points a little cooler. It also lights up so it provides you case some pizazz It doesn't move as significantly air as some people would like and it only has in intake on one particular side so depending how you have your cards spaced it could not pull air from the proper spot. Also, it is essentially a 80mm fan with a different mounting chassis on it. If you are seeking for critical airflow, get one thing else.

Does a very good job of exhausting the hot air from the video card in the Pc it went into, and it looks nice carrying out it. Thermaltake high quality so you don't have to worry (as much) about the fan crapping out on you within a couple months. A bit noisy; read other thoughts. I could hear this fan clearly over all the other people in my Pc, such as the fan on the taller-sized stock Core two Duo cooler. To fix it, I just put a 25 ohm, two watt resistor in-line with the power wire, like this: =====--|||||||||--=====That lowers the voltage to 9 volts rather of 12: difficulty solved. 1 could constantly use a 20 ohm for less speed reduction or a 30 ohm for additional, etc. Just make positive the resistor can manage at least 1w of power.
