All I can say is I appreciate this fan. I'm huge fan of silent, but a bit of power. These fans truely push 50CF and are whisper quiet. I have 3 of these in my Thermaltake Armor case and The loudest sound need to be my GFX fan. Let's see how long they will last. They are priced effectively for what you get. I owend 3 ENERMAX CLUSTERs and they died on me inside much less than 6 months. Waste of ฟ each and every.

Comment:
Inexpensive value and moves air fairly good. None really, it's just a fundamental run of the mill fan.

Excellent fan, moves quite a bit of air and doesn't sound like a jet taking off :) Does not come with a three pin adapter so it can be monitored. Newegg = The Wonderful

Thermaltake A2492 Case Fan

Replaced two 120mm fans that came with my Coolermaster case and dropped a couple degrees on CPU. Also they look good. Not as very good as some Silenx tends to make but 1ǘ the price tag Extremely great for moderately priced fans.

Thermaltake A2492 Case Fan
Comment:
Cooled off my Hard Disks by about 6 degrees and brought my CPU idle down by about 7 degrees. It appears quiet compared to most of the other 120mm fans in my case. Can't hear it at all over the fan in the Tuniq tower. The blades on the fan are significantly more thin than those of fand with fewer blades. I haven't had any snap off but, but I did see a few defectives on the shelf that were missing blades. Taking my Cons observation into account, I'd suggest a finger guard or fan filter on one particular or each sides of this unit.

Thermaltake A2492 Case Fan
Comment:
Extremely quiet, absolutely nothing but the sound of rushing air, which is what you want to hear to insure a good quality fan.Large screws insures security, also quite smooth to install.Moves a ton of air, the breeze is fantastic. This fan has a incredibly good and lengthy cord that is insulated with a nice heat shrink tubing. None, but we'll see. Incredibly nice fans for the cost. Complements red/black themes fairly nicely.

Thermaltake A2492 Case Fan
Comment:
Fairly high air flow, fairly low noise. three of these running is no where near as loud as 1 of my 80 mm fans at high speed. Granted the 80 mm moves 25 cfm more air, but 3 of these move more than twice as much and is barely noticeable in my desk LEDs would be cool, but not really a con. WHAT?! they don't clean themselves.... shew.

Thermaltake A2492 Case Fan
Comment:
I've had this fan operating 8+ hours a day for two years now, and it hasn't let me down for 1 second. It runs cool, quiet, and the blades have a nice red finish that makes up for its lack of LEDs. It has gone by way of various moves, drops, and even me taking my dremel tool to it to shave off the edges. This fan is durable.Noise level is not problematic at all. It is possibly the quietest fan in my case. As for airflow, it moves just enough to get the job accomplished. The ratio of noise/CFM is excellent. None. I wish I could discover a fan this dependable that also came with blue LEDs. The funny component is, the fan itself has circular inlets on the sides that are the excellent shape for LEDs to fit into.

These run very quiet compared to most fans, and are very reliable. A great fan for the price, I've got 3 of these in my current system. I would strongly suggest them to anyone looking for a good fan.
