Looks quite, really cool and is manufactured with high quality. The LED on the vent fan inside the "tunnel" area is a good intensity, not bright or overpowering. Nothing particular in terms of heat displacement, functions as a heatsink really should. As other evaluations stated, this slides about a LOT for AMD users and "feels" extremely loose. Make positive to get very good contact with your thermal paste. The sink itself is secure, but the "feel" overall is loose and gives some uneasiness. I would have given a better rating if the mounting program included one thing other than the common AMD bracket arm to secure this in place. This is not a deal-breaker, it just makes quite a few users uncomfortable when the heatsink can be moved about so considerably even immediately after getting "locked" in place. Get the appropriate size case. I'm working with a common mid-tower ATX case with a side panel window that has a fan in the window, and the heatsink touches the upper ideal corner of the fan. Not sufficient to matter (it's not pressing into it with any force), but it's apparent that I just barely had room. |

keeps CPU a lot cooler than what my stock fan did. This thing is enormous i cant close my case due to it hitting 1 of the case fans but it was my poor by not measuring to make sure it would fit picture does not give this heat sink justice |

It has a good lights... That's about it. Where to start... Nicely, soon after cleaning all the blood off of it immediately after install, (razor sharp fins, buyers beware) I noticed appropriate away that it does not mount incredibly nicely. Also, the fan just vents hot air all over your case. Not directional. My temps had been 20 degrees C highier then with my stock cooler on an i7 920 clocked to three.6 Poor Negative Poor do NOT buy if you value your hardware |

Fairly great for the price. Cooled my i7 down by about 10-15C LGA 1366 is straightforward to install. just turn the locks to locked and push thats about it. Its huge but the size is required if u look at how it works/ is produced. theres about adequate space for a sheet of paper to fit among it and my 120mm fan on the opposite side of the pc. And the speed control dial has a quite brief cord about 2-three"in. Its a good cooler down 1 egg simply because of short cord |

Incredibly very good cooler, nice and quiet. blue leds are a good touch. not really a con but this thing is huge!!! make confident your case is massive adequate for this beast. i wasnt thrilled about the speed controller knob, you have to manually adjust it oneself your motherboard wont automatically adjust the fan speed depending on load. if your case is huge sufficient go for it. i have this cooling a phenom ii 945. |

Looks gorgeous. Never ever got to hook it up, was .five in too tall for my HTPC case. Not Neweggs fault although, dimensions had been stated, I just read the fan dimensions rather of the heatsink dimensions. Sucks too bc it would have looked Excellent. Quick shipping. Good customer support so far. Client service rep took care of me. |

For an AMD Phenom ll three.two ghz Black Edition, this was the very best fit, plus the proper cost. Not any yet The heatpipes could have been shorter to fit the case far better but not hardly a con, just got worried at first but all went well. |

Cooling AMD Athlon two.8 Kuma AM2+ with previous Masscool cooler with 92MM silent fan.1. Mirror finished heatsink2. Various bracing technique for Intel or AMD3. Lightweight comparing to some old giant air coolers4. Looks awesome, like a futuristic turbine or some thing...5. Dropped my CPU temps from 34 C-50 C (unloaded-loaded) to 25 C-34 C at 22 C degree room ambient temperature. It slips on AMD cpu's? Not truly a con - check my Other Thoughts. Be careful handling this kind of coolers (thin fins) mainly because they will cut you. It's just the nature of thin metals against flesh. Unless you have thick skin like those who work at machine shops... Working with only a clip and a center balance to keep the cooler atop an AMD cpu is convenient but double edged. To someone who is not paying attention on assembly they can install this incorrectly in numerous approaches but I want to dwell on the fact that it can perform properly. HowɅ. Spread thermal paste thin evenly on the CPU heatsink. I recommend a shin etsu/ or grey colored compound like the 1 that came with the cooler.two. Eyeball your cpu cooler heatsink on leading of the cpu heatsink and slightly slide it back and forth, side to side creating adhesion3. Finally brace the cooler to the mainboard |

I Can't think how COOL this Weird looking CPU Cooler DOES THE JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm operating a QX9650and-I'll read it to you NOW 1st-86F2nd-91F3rd-87F4th-92F is that cool adequate for you.And when I O.C. to 3750 and push it,I'm getting Nothing over 130F-Extraordinary.I was Going to Get the H-50 Water Cooling setup, but who the hell requirements it!!!! I Can only Imagine WHAT THAT would do.I have two Ultra-Kaze-1 front 1 forcing up through a top 140 grading on this gamer box-Thermaltake by the way,and aCooler Master out the Back.those ultras are noisy, but IT'S For GAMING,So who cares?A lot of times I have My BoseC3 on loud or I've got my bose Noise canceling headphones on.THIS Thing ROCKS for Cooling!!! I'd give it 6 eggs if feasible. It is Enormous, and Makes it tough to negotiate around if you have to mod some thing or add a new doodad. My subsequent Build will be a i7-980,and Now they have the H-70 WATER so I'm going to go with that. |

keeps my Phenom II X4 940 cool! Looks cool and lights up blue. Had fitment problems with my mobo(ASRock A780GXE렘M), had to use a piece of chewing gum wrapper(the foilpaper) to put in in between the heatsink and clip otherwise i could (with little pressure) poke the heatsink with my finger and it would rotate. When i figured out a way to make it fit tight, i discovered issues producing it cover the entire top of the cpu :( there is about 1 1ǘ mm to 2 mm of my processor not covered by the heatsink. Nonetheless managing to maintain it cool tho. Works excellent at keepin the temps down, but could take alot of time to get it fitting right. Incredibly major, so make confident it will fit your case just before you get. If you have a phenom it might not cover the entire cpu. I guess now that i think of it, perhaps its not the heatsinks fault, it could me the mobo. Maybe the heatsink bracket and cpu socket arent completely lined up correctly?? Though stock heatsink seemed fine.. hmm.. Probably wouldnt suggest to friends. |

Nice seeking fan and love the blue led. Looks like blue plasma. Sweet. Keeps the cpu incredibly cool at 1300 rmp and I could turn it lower as well and expect that it would do fine as nicely. Blue led could be a small brighter with essential red led memory under it they drawn out the blue some. Okay, I got this to replace on old raidmax cooler. My temps with the raidmax were 49 celsius idle and up to 75 celsius on full load. way too hot. I slapped on this puppy and was amazed at the difference. my laptop or computer now idles at 38 celsius and here's the kicker. It peaks at 48 celsius on full load on prime95. I'm impressed and it looks amazing in my case to boot. Really like this cooler!! none.. Yes, it's massive and bulky. Yes, it appears like it weights a ton (it doesn't), and yes it cools the heck out of my i7 950 overclocked processor. This is not easy to install if the motherboard is in the case. Greatest bet it to create the motherboard on the bench, then install. Also, watch the fan direction, you don't want the fan exhaust fighting with a case fan. |

The greatest pro is the look; it's a extremely appealing style. It cools my Q6600 significantly greater than the stock cooler at stock speeds. The temperature below load with the SpinQ was my idle temperature with the stock cooler. It's not too excellent for serious overclocking. It surely outdoes the stock cooler, but when you get started overclocking, it's not able to maintain up with some of the bigger coolers. This cooler looks amazing, the lighting is suffitient to illuminate the whole fanm and it lined up with my rear case fan just as i'd expected it to. None. Comes with a manuel knob for speed manage, make positive you dont leave it on minimal. Was not complicated to mount, and appears to fit my board quite effectively. It eaned a spot for case badging |

It works best for the 1155 socket. I have a core i7 2600k running at 4.6 stable THIS Factor IS Enormous!!! I don't know how on earth I am going to get my ram installed. I presently have 1 4gb stick since my other sticks heat spreader is to tall GSkill 1600 4gb sticksAlso could they have created this so dang tough to install. I have decent tech understanding and it still took me 30 minutes. My core i7 2600k is running at 4.6 idle at 2.8 and when running prime 95 it typical 72 degrees. |

Let's face it, we buy this cooler due to the fact it properly, looks cool. It is massive and the fan controls are simple to use. You definitely require to know how major this thing is. I have a full tower with a 250 MM fan and the fan casing touched when I closed the case. BTW, If this takes place I do not recommend just leaving it. Fan vibration, even minor is going by means of the sync to the processor and I can't imagine that is very good. I just put my fan on the outside of the window rather of the inside and that worked fine - Looks good too. This is a show off part so show it off. Not sure how to get the LED to change though. It's purple in the pic, but blue in my case. |

With Stock Heat Sink and Fan: 37 C idle64 C playing Starcraft 2 (which is higher than the max allowed for a Phenom II X4 955)With SpinQᛊ C idle48 C playing Starcraft two!!!!It dropped my at load temp by 18 degrees C, thats over 64 degrees F!!! I'm shocked and super pleased, going to tell everybody I know A tiny bit tricky to fit my hand inbetween the case fans on best and the SpinQ to latch every little thing and put the power connector onto the motherboard. But if I had tiny girl hands the complete installation would have taken only a minute. Love it. Hopefully it has the staying power (I only installed it last night).
