Transcend 8GB SDHC - Class 6, 11MB/Sec
Comment:
Quickly, high capacity. Worked nicely with a Casio 10MP camera for six months, till the camera died. Had a lot of problems with a Nikon Coolpix S8000. All images/video had been disappearing inside a couple of weeks. Nikon says not certified to function with this camera. I replaced the card with a Sandisk 8GB Extreme SDHC HD Video Class 6, that's been operating well with this camera for a couple of months now.

- rapid Ɩmb/sec write, 15mb/sec read in my tests)- dependable, has never failed me taking 720p videos and thousands of shots- durable (mine is nonetheless going at least a year following purchase) - none, definitely none... For ฟ with free of charge shipping, what else do you want for a dependable 8gb SDHC card? A limo ride? Cost-free chips? This has got to be one of the finest bargain SDHC cards. I use it in my Kodak Zi6 for videos and now in my Fuji FinePix 72EXR point and shoot. The card reads extremely quick and writes satisfactorily. I have owned Sandisk II, III, and quite a few other brands and while not the very fastest, these are great everyday cards that will surpass most folks's wants.

Bought with a Canon Powershot S95. It has taken every thing the camera can throw at it with no a hiccup. Transfer rates on Win7 have been in the 18-20MB range. It is running with the factory formatting. None so far. Newegg rocks, of course.

Obtain one of these, put it in your digital camera (be sure to check compatibility prior to you obtain, of course, but most recent-vintage cameras that use SD cards can use 8GB versions) and in no way have to worry about memory once again! Be cautious - getting the ability to shop THOUSANDS of digital pictures taken at the max resolution of your camera could lull you into poor file management practices - you will still want to copy or move the pix off the camera so you don't lose 'em all if you have an accident with the camera! Also, it's not suitable for Vista/Win7 Readyboost use, but it doesn't claim to be. Well worth the cost.

I have had this for about 3-1ǘ years and use it in a Canon PowerShot SD850 IS and in my Sony VGN-AR590E Laptop and it works and keeps on working. I have about 7.5 GB of images on it now following three-1ǘ years. I have traveled to twice to Asia and as soon as to Northern California by air and it went via the X-Ray machines numerous times in my laptop bag with no harm. I guess it is time to clean out the old images and make room for new ones. none It is 6x less costly now than when I purchased mine three-1ǘ years ago.

Old standby sdhc. Shoot lots of burst mode employing Casio EX-FH100 at sporting events and these things just sop up all of the information you can throw at them. I shoot simultaneous raw + jpeg and these cards seems very reliable and quickly. none

Lots of room, depending of course on what you use it for. Works good in my old Powershot A750-IS.Speedy. It's significantly quicker than expected. None that I am conscious of. It's a flash card and it works. Not much else to say. With my 7.1 meg A750 I can capture two,518 photos or 185 minutes of video. Ordered it with the Eggsaver shipping. It shipped on a Monday and I got it on a Saturday.

Big capacity for good value Speed data are in sequential speeds, rarely do businesses list random read speeds. Almost certainly a great card for cameras and camcorders that record data sequentially, but study speeds for this card are .7 kb/s at 4kb random. Readyboost wants two.5kb/s at 4kb. Was attempting to utilize Readyboost on my Lenovo S10-3T. Not certain if I want to take a opportunity on the ุ kingston sd10 or fork out ๠ for the sandisk. At that value i must just go for the mini pcie ssd. decisions.
