hey hows it going i recently purchased a gig stick of ram and since i installed it my puter is running faster than ever now if i could only find a couple of 2 gig sticks of the same ddr ram i would be extremely happy kevin

This memory served it's purpose. You could get bogged down into named vendors, speed, and the like, however, if you just want an increase in your computers performance at a minimum cost, this is your answer. This legacy memory has limited capabilities, however, if you have an older rig and just need additional memory, why pay more money when the boost in speed is negligible.

This memory greatly increased the speed of an older desktop giving it new life. No problems installing the memory. Computer recognized it and windows ran much better than with only 512. Noticeably faster.

This was just what my pc needed - for an older dell -(2001) model ... i purchased it to help reduce the lag due to programs that are memory hogs on the internet. Installation was easy - i've done this before - if you don't know how to install - look it up first - seen other posts... with complaints about problems - my guess wrong ram was purchased or ram was incorrectly seated - i kept my old ram (256Mb) & added a Gig - no conflicts at all - thanks again for ease of purchase and as always good service!!

Just put in win7 into gx-270. Ran beautifully with 1.5gb; added another same stick and worked like a charm.

Least expensive DDR400 ram i could find that is stable and has a good warranty. Used it for a month now and no issues. Was great for reviving my 5 year old computer; now I can play games like Company of Heroes and Bioshock 2.
