Ultra Octopus 4-Port USB HUB

This four port hub does exactly what I want it to do. With the flexible corded ports, I don't have to worry about limited space because I can bend it to fit anywhere. I happy with this purchase.

It's the perfect complement for my PS3 slim which has only 2 USB ports. With this I can now connect 4 controllers.

This was a gift for my grandson, and I wasn't really sure if it would be exactly what he wanted,but it is! He uses it constantly and is thrilled that I found exactly what he needed. He likes it because he can even connect his phone. Apparently it's perfect!

The thing doesn't work. I have tried it on multiple laptops and operating systems, and it is never recognized as a hub. The only thing I ever got it to do was charge my cell phone, but other than that it just doesn't work.

The old hub I had wasn't high speed and consequently didn't work with some hardware. But this one is so flexible and so well made that I'm delighted with it

The first was purchased in Asia and didn't last long before my Ispiron 17 didn't recognize it. This second one, purchased 2 years later, has worked well so far, but some external devices have not been recognized and need to be plugged directly into the USB port. The hub does not work well for everything, but is ideal for travel.

I bought this Hub for my HP Pavilion dv2 and it works like a charm. It has definitely speeded up my Maxtor Black Vault and any other device that I plug into it. It is very portable and doesn't have any parts that can break during airline travel.

This is definitely not an ultra-octopus! it something for computers i think. Someday I may rule the ocean but this will not help me at all in my ventures.

This is possibly the ideal laptop docking solution when you don't have a docking station. The wires naturally hang from the laptop. In conventional hubs I have this awkward thing with plugs hanging every which way. The mini-USB connector was an unexpected surprise!! It plugs directly into MP3 players and phones without requiring an extra cable. Every hub should have this very thoughtful feature. I'm buying more.
