Installed and ran perfectly, no hitches. Replaced an original USB port on rear of computer that had broken tab-connection pins.

I like the card very much and have had no problems installing or using it.

The card would not seat properly without tedious re-forming of the bend in the bracket with 2 pair of vise-grips. Though my system bios supports USB booting, nothing will boot from this card. It otherwise works fine, being instantly recognized by Windows and providing 7 high-speed USB ports (4 on the back, one on the front (internal), and two sets of header pins for your case-front ports).

I needed someone to help with the install (I don't open my Dell) but it was very easy for him. He replugged my devices into the back 2.0 ports and left me with two convenient ports in front, which the software had converted to 2.0. Now, backing up files to my ClickFree, charging my GPS, downloading my pictures--all go fast!!

This card is a great price and it works as advertised. If you have Windows 7, there are updated drivers available online. It is always good to check for updated drivers no matter what OS your using.

Board installed with no problems in My Dell Inspiron 531 running Windows Vista Home Premium. I have not had the card installed long enough to determine if their are any anomalies associated with it's installation, for example: devices,cables must be plugged in when the box is powered on etc. in order for the device to work. Which is the case with some after-market cards.

Working at a Radio Station in the Pacific Northwest I Had major problems with the computers onboard USB. With the product I purchased, I Now can hook up all the controls to the computer for broadcasting and now my job is easier. Thanks

I have read several reviews for many products over the years, I'm a Computer tech and I have repaired, built, maintained and upgraded a many computers, what I have noticed with those who have issues with the drivers not on the disk when they get it installed for Windows 7, is that you need to check the Manufacturer website or Microsoft's Site for the Drivers for your OS most of these products are older than 7, stand to reason, you need to check for updates.

Did not get it to work with OS windows 7 ... Had to send it back. Got another brand that supported Windows 7 and had no problem installing it and running it.

added this card to a dell dimension 8200. was a simple plug n play. had to adjust the bend on the card slightly to get it to fit into the tool less fixture. great price to get the usb 2.0 speed on an older computer.

Lasted 6 hours. Then started making sounds like if you unplug a USB device and plug it back in. I rebooted, rebilt the USB tree, put the card into another PCI port. Same thing not worth the shipping cost to send the junk back. Using XPSP3 3.2 intell 2 core 4gb DDR

Worked flawlessly - very capable card - the USB header actually supports 2 USB ports for a total of 7 ports (4 external, 2 port header, 1 internal).

THE BOX STATES 6 PORTS. THE BOX THAT I RECIEVED STATES 7 PORTS, 4 EXTENAL, 1 INTERNAL USB PORT, AND 2 USB PIN HEADER PORTS. I THOUGHT I WAS GETTING THE 7 PORT CARD.

I have an older Sony VAIO computer. Its USB ports were not 2.0. Now that I have installed the Ultra 2.0 card - my camera, printer and wireless mouse perform better and faster than before. I had no installation problems to speak of. It works great.

Biggest job was taking the side panel off my case. I needed 2 internal USB connections. I got them. Easy install.
