this case is very good looking with blue colour and mirror finish. it feels solid, too. it works without any problems with my WD scorpio blue 500G sata drive. the drive can be screwed tightly inside the case, and there are two additional screws outside as well. when i shake it, it makes no sound. it feels very solid.the usb cable has 3 ends, which allows you to plug the drive into 2 usb slots, in order to have more power. however, i don't need it because it works just fine when using only one usb slot, and the cable is a bit bulky. however you can always put the cable into the carrying bag it gives you, or even replace it with other cables you have.the carrying bag has good quality,and has enough space for both the drive and the cable, also it's easy to carry.i'm very happy with it.

The product is great. Unfortunately, I had to limit my sata hard drive jumper to limit it to 1.5 Gbps. For some reason I can't get the 3.0 Gbps to work.

I use it as my own external hard drive to backup my computers in my house and it is also small and portable that I take it everywhere I go. It transmits data fast using the USB cable. It doesn't get hot thanks to the aluminum housing and sometimes leave it running for days. Highly recommend!!

I have had this for over a year. Works great everytime. I have a 500GB drive inside. It fits just fine. I like the on/off switch so that you are only using it when you want. This also helps viruses stay off. I have it hooked via USB 2.O and I can run Virtual Windows with 2 Windows Server and 2 Windows XP all at the same time just fine from it. Never had a problem and it looks cool.

Great enclosure for price and has a very sleek & clean design. Have had for almost 2 years and no issues (even dropped a couple of times).

I bought this knowing that I needed it to be able to install OS X on to my WD3200BEVT hard drive. Was a breeze with this enclosure and now using the old MacBook hard drive in this enclosure as a back up hard drive and storage for files.

Buyers beware. It is true that a 250GB drive won't fit in some of these Enclosures. The 80GB Hard Drive that I removed from my PS3 just made it into this enclosure with just a hair of space left for it to slide in & seal it up. If your looking for a 250GB enclosure make sure the specs say that it will fit. I've seen some on other vendor sites that tell you the enclosure is good up to a 250GB Drive. I'm giving this enclosure 5 stars for the way it's made & goes together. I'm not happy with the idea that they do not give you the USB power cable for the price.

Just got this today. I ordered the WD 250GB hd to replace the 80GB one in my PS3. The HD was DOA. I ordered this to use the 80GB one as a backup drive. Hooked it up, works fine. No probs yet. I also have the Vantec 3.5 IDE one. No probs with either one. Definately recommend this.
