2GB stick of RAM WITH a heatsink? For below ุ bucks (on special) shipped for cost-free (also on special)?? AND it is produced in the great ol' U.S.A.! I purchased 2 and wish I would have bought much more. Works flawlessly, runs cool. If you only have 2 slots for RAM...this is the way to go! Get 2 at least, if you got much more space...get more! I ordered 2 more these days! Totally free shipping is more than. :( You could commit a lot far more for some other firm's name on the RAM Sticks in your computer system, but why?? Stupidity is the only thought that comes to thoughts-sorry if that offends.This memory is stable, runs cool to the touch. I have utilized Kingston in the past..no a lot more. An American solution that is priced suitable makes acquiring this a no brainer. |

It is just basic 6400. Employed it in a custom built server running windows server and WHS on separate drives with an anthlon x2. Swift, snappy, incredibly cool, and hit all the high marks i was hoping for and considering the reality i don't even use 512 (as expected) it exceeded my highest expectations. None to date. As lengthy as you check your mobo specs, and 6400 is in the future for you i would highly recommend this product. Also, be wary of poor testimonials and take them for what their worth. Contemplate the tech savvy of the reviewer, along with the reality that any individual can post a review on any item with just a Newegg ID, such as Wintec competitors. Just something to think about. |

Nice heat sink, looks cool, runs cool, just operates.Keep in mind I currently had one I purchased more than a year ago. The new 1 was detected as DDR2-667; had to force the bios to read it as DDR2-800. No huge deal. I would've bought these two as a dual-channel set a although back but expenditures proved to be a issue. Want I could've gotten each of these together at the time, but I'm glad I'm now on a dual-channel setup regardless.Fantastic ram for the price, plus it just looks cool with the black heat sink and AMP-X logo. |
