This hard drive is good for storage. In my opinion, get a black drive for OS use, and a green drive for storage. I use this drive as a scratch disc, and so far, it is very reliable and fast. |

I like to mix things up and having gone with Caviar Blacks on my main rig, I figured it wouldn't hurt to try the Blue on my second system as a storage drive over the economical Green drives.Installation a breeze and the 64MB and 7,200rpm provides a nice boost. |

Bought this to replace my parents old Seagate 7200.2 250GB PATA HDD that had terrible read/write speeds. This one is so much better in every way. The speeds are great too... over 100mb/s read/writes when using HDTune. |

installé sur anp 8300hd ,reconnu tout de suite par le système . Formatage très rapide et après quelques minutes prêt à utilisr . Quelques glith au début mais résorbé après 2 jours
