Actual heatsink fins and pipes appear really well produced. They integrated two factors that had been labeled as integrated, the heatsink and the rubber fan mounts.Box appears good.Newegg shipping/packaging was good. Screw holes had been not machined/threaded at all. I mean genuinely?Incorrect brackets included. It shows on the box that it's compatible with LGA775 and AMD K8, but there was only Core i7/AM2 brackets in the box. Brackets that didn't even fit the heatsink. No 775 pushpins/bracket or K8 bar. Nicely, this is fantastic. I have a 2 pound paper weight. The brackets would not be that major of a deal as I have mounting brackets for different Xigmatek sinks lying around. But the clincher is the screw holes not being machined/finished as I don't have access to a metal workshop. I will mention that I have utilised preceding Xigmatek goods PSUs and HSF's that have worked excellent. But I am assuming this is a rare manufacturing defect. Also undesirable I have to invest 25% of the quantity of this item to return it and then wait for them to inspect and send me a exchange.Woooo Delays! |

Dropped my idle and load temps by 20C versus stock intel HS/fan (which totally completely sucks) on my non OCed Q6600 B3 stepping, ahead of burn in. It now does not run absurdly hot. Push pins suck. I got them to function fine at some point, but prepare to operate alot to get them all in. Great, but dont expect wonderful temps, just fantastic ones (I have it in a incredibly hot room as effectively). Thats why its not pricey though, you get what you spend for. It comes with grease, but I dont know how good it is; I utilised Arctic Silver 5. |

Reasonably small, space for a second fan on the back, best cooler I've owned from the sub ฮ price range. Can only mount a single way on an AMD CPU.Stock fan gets loud at complete speed If you have an AMD CPU you will only be capable to mount this a single way, with the fan blowing air up towards the PSU, this is okay for many circumstances but mine would function alot greater if i couls mount it facing the Substantial 120mm blowing out the rear of my case. |

As a prior reviewer mentioned, this fits in a Microfly or X-Qpack style micro-atx case, with no touching the help bar that interferes with so numerous massive heatsinks. It's a far better alternative than the Ultra92, which touches the bar (and possibly doesn't make full speak to with the CPU).Fairly quiet, as well - in contrast to the stock HSF that came with my AM3 Athlon II X4 620, it's doesn't become appreciably louder when the processor is under load.Competitively priced and well reviewed on enthusiast web sites. None so far. Utilised with Tuniq TX-two thermal material. |

Cooler specs look fantastic. Low-cost vs comparables. Overview are high and I count on it would do the job well for a 125 watt CPU. Be warned, this cooler does not help AM2 chipset as it stats in the description, in the pictures, on box, instructions. I got this for my new Phenom x4 but it did NOT come with the amd bracket! Come on are you significant. It clearly says Universal Socket Compatibility ... AM2 platforms. It clearly shows the AM2 bracket in the corporation provided image 7, it even says AMD Phenom x4 on the box, it's listed in the directions on how to mount it for an AM2/K8 chipset. Rather I get some X-square braket, and 4 curved bracket pieces a single plastic 1 metal, with a ton of springs and screws. Unbelievable the QC at Newegg to not even check their goods just before shipping. I'm confident I'll have to RMA it at my expense for some other cooler, meanwhile my CPU caps out at 91c with my current cooler. Apparently I will have to disassemble my entire rig to get rid of the main board and present CPU brace to install as a retention RM mode, at least I consider that is what is says as it is not in English. 5 steps, removing rig from place, disassembling cords and parts, rather of 1 3 minute switch. It has grow to be apparent that I can no longer trust Newegg to adequately show / describe / display any item they sell accurately. My orders appear to always be hit or miss if they will be as described, or even working. |

It keeps my E6300 Wolfdale running three.5ghz at 42C beneath load and 27C at idle. This is with the fan running at ㅪ%, so it is near silent as effectively. I'm additional than pleased with that efficiency. Excellent bang for the buck. The screw-mount support bracket is not integrated with the cooler as it is with numerous other similar coolers. The rubber mounts used to secure the fan to the heat exchanger take some patience, but do a very good job in the finish. Some customers complain that they break throughout installation. None of mine broke, even though I can see how that could come about if you are not careful. Just take it uncomplicated. |

Got two fans on this factor. Runs good and keeps my overclocked Athlon 5000+ cool. I was hoping to push my CPU a tiny bit more with this, but it's not the coolers fault I hit my CPUs limit. Doesn't go more than 54 C soon after hours of prim 95, and it's darn hot right here in West Texas. It's not silent, but not annoyingly loud. I can hear it's hum over the other fans and whilst it doesn't bother me you may possibly want to look at the 120 model or one thing else if you want a quiet system. Push rubber pins are a true pain. Also for AMD systems, with two fans a single of them will rest on the lever. That signifies you will have to take a fan off the heatsink in order to release it should you want to transform your CPU latter on. Seems like a apparent style flaw, but I guess AMD boards got a little neglected once again. Really should have gotten 120mm one. I didn't know if it would fit in my situation but appears like I've got additional than sufficient room. In all probability would have had to remove the side fan although, but then that fan doesn't do substantially now for the airflow :D. I bought this to replace my stock cooler which broke. I was shocked to uncover that it moves enough air over my CPU that my Radeon HD4850 which previously usually had the fan running at one hundred% now only demands the fan to run at 50%. It was straightforward to assemble and consists of components to add a different fan (which would likely cool it even far more). It is has direct get in touch with in between the heat pipes and the CPU. None. Great CPU cooler. I don't know what more you could anticipate at any price tag brief of creating the entire thing out of silver. |

The heatsink operates. It comes with brackets for quite a few sorts of CPUs which includes 1156 which I necessary. The heatsink contact is not a solid seamless piece of copper. The only copper is the heat-pipes themselves and they are in and seperated by aluminum at the base of the heatsink.Because the heatsink blades are produced of quite thin aluminum, they are really simply bent. Mine was shipped with no padding among the brackets and the heatsink, they were lying right on it and hence bent the blades where it was resting. The other side was protected. They must shield the whole heatsink and guarantee the other parts are not crushed against it.The guidelines are not really very good and can be confusing. (i.e. there is no step that tells you when to place the heatsink onto the CPU, but you can make an educated guess.) They blend all instruction for all CPU forms into 1 fold-out instruction flyer so it's hard to tell which step you want to jump to next. But I've observed worse instructions. The price tag was appropriate and it's essentially a decent cooler. Tried OCing to three.8GHz and it worked but Prime95 was heating the core up to 90c which is a tad high. Idle ʂ.eight is 25-31. Prime95 ʂ.eight tops out at 48-51c.Gigabyte GA-P55-USB3i5-760G.Skill Ripjaws 4GB ƒx2) DDR3 1600Zotac Geforce GTX460 wǗGBAntec Earthwatts 750W |

CPU: E1200ʂ.67ghzCompared to Stock Intel Fan from P4 I was utilizing, XIGMATEK 92mm cooler is, subjectively and temp-wise, excellent. Noise level dropped by a lot in particular beneath load. Idle is dead quiet. Personally, I can't really discover the noise diff. among idle and load. It's truly remarkable. Temp with stock intel fan was 43 idle / 70 load. Temp with this cooler is 25 idle / 46 load. This is just proper soon after setting up also. After thermal paste sinks in, temp could go down even additional. None so far. Newegg delivered this totally free... all the way from CA to Toronto |

Dual fan capable style, Heatpipe direct touch engineering, reasonable price tag. I have observed alot of people today reviewing that the fins bend effortlessly. They are aluminium. It is a very lightweight metal, of course it will bend effortlessly in thin sheets. Just be cautious and spend interest to what you are performing! I was in a position to assemble mine entirely without having bending something, so just take your time and lay off the redbull. Its a great looking heatsink, and adds an edge to your rig with its raw look. Modest size fits in my micro atx case. Effectively the pushpins are generally a con. Push them in and out to flex the plastic a bit before set up and loosen up the pins a bit, also so you can tell what pins are going to be a headache. With suitable preparation, issues go alot smoother. Thermal paste application. Do not place the "pea sized or "grain of rice sized" application of thermal paste on the bottom or on the processor itself. With the HDT design, place a little amount of grease along the length of the copper pipes. The aluminum block does not seriously need the compound on it, but it wont hurt something if you place it on. Gave 4 eggs as I havent had it extended. Running on my new Wolfdale e5200, far superior cooling than the stock heatsink. |

I tried to use HWmonitor but it said that the temps were dramatically diverse (After Xigmatek idle stated 16C, load 35C) None It made an admirable drop in tempurature in my technique.I may possibly even attempt and OC my small Athlon now :) |

Fantastic cooling.Works on majority of AMD processors as they haven't modified for the previous...... ten years!Decent looks (not hard on the eyes)Uncomplicated installation. Tough to set up if you have a flimsy AMD board.Keeps me on my computer longer, due to it's cooling :) At first, I had installed the fan backwards, but I had noticed a huge decrease in temperatures.I had installed this on a Overclocked Athlon X2 250, from 3GHz to 3.6GHz.In total, I had seen a tenºC drop, in idle and max temps. I idle around 23-4ºC and Max temp is 30ºC.I would certainly purchase this once again, but possibly the 120mm as I'm going with a Quad and will be Overclocking it. |

Solid construction, very good temps ࿂ idle on my Phenom II), low cost, looks very good, rubber fan grommets. The AMD mounting clip is trash, it is tricky to get on and it bends in funky methods if you aren't cautious. Also you won't be able to fit two fans onto it for a blow-suck configuration if you use the AMD clip considering that the clip gets in the way of the fans. Only rubber grommets enough for one fan. I really like how dirty affordable this cooler was and it has good overall performance even nonetheless. |

Superior cooling for the cost. This fills a niche for men and women who don't have significantly space, and don't want to devote a lot. The pins on this feel cheaper than a stock cooler. Significantly more force was needed as well. I was worried anything would break. If you have the space, I suggest one of the slightly much more pricey 120mm fan coolers. Months of less fan noise would be worth it, and you could pick one particular that just comes with the screws. |

Terrific cooler, dropped my temps across the board. I was unable to orient the fan to blow towards the back of the cooler, it was either up or down so I opted for up. Quiet. Moves a lot of air ࿖.6 CFM). 4 smoothly machined Copper Direct Touch heatpipes cools your processor down in a flash. Not as well heavy (< 475g.) for your motherboard or the pushpin mounting strategy. Rated significantly better than some of the monster 120mm heatsinks (Zalmann 9700) even though it utilizes only a 92mm fan. Makes it possible for for superior situation airflow. Looks beautiful, if you have a side view panel in your case, you will devote time ogling this heatsink. None Really Installing on your motherboard will be considerably much easier if you "test drive" the pushpins before mounting. Click and unclick the pushpins a few instances, noting the rotation of the pushpin locks. Install by pressing in two at a time diagonally, carrying out the least accessible a single 1st (depending on your situation and motherboard). Install fan on heatsink ahead of mounting as there will be less maneuvering space to mount fan following heatsink is in place on motherboard. |
