best fan for the price
Comment:
This fan was the cheapest one that would fit my CPU so I hoped it would fit my case with the memory and everything put in because it looks HUGE. But it slipped in like it was made just for me and works great. I definitly recommend it to anyone.

Best Choice If You Have A Quad Core CPU
Comment:
Awesome cooler for my AMD Phenom ll 965 CPU. What I like the most is the fan speed controller mount. Just gotta say I am glad I purchased this instead of using the cooler that came with the cpu. Of course a water cooler is the way to go if your willin spend a little more. In all, This cooler is a great choice, It is quiet and does a great job in my midtower case.

won't work on Abit IC7-G mobo
Comment:
It's impossible for me to rate the performance of this cooler. From all accounts, it does what it is designed to do, IF you can get it mounted. I don't think I would have any complaints, if I was able to use it but the tie down clip interfered with a capacitor on my board and prevented me from installing it appropriately. I'm looking for another solution.

Quality product and easy install
Comment:
It fit and installed easily. Performs well and is fairly quiet in operation. I especially like the feature that allows the adjustment of fan speed. I would buy this one again although the price seems a little high.

ZALMAN CNPS 7500 AlCu LED 2 Ball CPU Cooler
Cons:Performance not up to snuff for today's processors

Pros:Appealing looksBetter than stock heatsink on a X2Good price
Comment:
I've always been a fan of the aesthetic qualities of Zalman heatsinks - they look beautiful, in my opinion. But they do cost a lot of money, and their performance has always been middle-of-the-road, so I've always found that I would choose a better heatsink for less money over a Zalman. Then recently, I was putting together a build with an X2 5000+ BE. At 65w, these are pretty low-powered CPUs that don't generate a whole lot of heat. Since it was going into a windowed case, I took the opportunity to order up this $30 CNPS7500.For the application, I couldn't be happier. It keeps my temps nice and low with the chip overclocked to 3.1GHz, and - more importantly - it looks the part in this case that is decorated with LEDs and whatnot. This really is a good-looking heatsink.I just wouldn't try it on my Phenom X4 9850+ BE, if you know what I mean. So think about the "right tool for the job" mantra when deciding of this would be a good heatsink for you.

Fabulous fan for the money
Comment:
You can't go wrong with this fan. Used it with Athlon II X4, and CPU temp's below 32 dec C. Power Up Black Mid T ATX case had cooling duct that aligned perfectly over the fan to pull cool air in from outside the case.

Great Product
Comment:
Very quiet even at the highest speed. I really like the idea of the speed control rheostat to soften the sound. Con: The rheostat cord is very hard to route out of the case.

Best cooler for the price.
Comment:
This thing is BIG and heavy. When I first took it out of the package, I wasn't sure it was going to fit on the MSI K9N board with the RAM installed but this just cleared the RAM and bridge cooling fins on the board. Fan is silent even at full speed and also moves enough air to help cool the RAM and surrounding chipset fins and heatpipes. Temps on my AMD Phenom x4 stay around 27C at idle and around 40C at load. (not OC'd). Highly recommended.

all in all
Comment:
all in all this fan was an ok fan. comes with a little tube of thermal grease which is just enough to get on ur CPU. I am 14 and I got this fan for my new and first build. works like a charm. Comes with a speed adjuster. a little loud but keeps my computer runnin cool. I am 14 and like I said this was my first build with my first fan so I have nothing to compare it to. The fan is pretty big btw just a heads up looks way smaller in the picture :x. I'd recommend though.

ZALMAN CNPS 7500 AlCu LED 2 Ball CPU Cooler
Comment:
Used this on an AMD 6000+ Dual Core. It installed nicely. I usually have trouble locking these fans down the first time but this one was easy despite my initial perception. It has a speed controller which I set at high and don't touch. For some folks noise is a problem but for me I want a cool chip. All in all this is a decent product though I think fans in general are overpriced.

ZALMAN CNPS 7500 AlCu LED 2 Ball CPU Cooler
Cons:none

Pros:quiet low-rise type heatsinkcool looking
Comment:
This heatsink may not be the most efficient, but it is perfet for HTPC being low-rise. The main reason i got it is because dusting with compressed air should be easier as the fins are perpendicular to the mobo. Quiet with a low TDP cpu. Looks cool too!

ZALMAN CNPS 7500 AlCu LED 2 Ball CPU Cooler
Cons:Not much clearance from RAM.

Pros:Quiet, lightweight, and effective.
Comment:
Put this on an Athlon X2 5000+ - the unlocked version - at full load it stabilizes at 2100 rpm and 45 C. Air blows out of the cooler and all over the motherboard, cooling the chipset and RAM.

ZALMAN CNPS 7500 AlCu LED 2 Ball CPU Cooler
Cons:It's a little large and heavy (at 20g's)

Pros:Looks cool, efficient, easy to follow instructions.
Comment:
Zalman products are top shelf when it comes to quiet cooling solutions for your pc. I've had a Zalman vga cooler on my video card for over a year and have been very pleased with it, so I decided to look to Zalman to replace my stock intel fan and heatsink. It was a bit of a challenge to install this on my machine. A bit of patience and modification to install this on my Asus P4S800 mobo (Socket 478).But once on it looks cool and keeps your chip cooler too.Temps went from and idle temp of 31/32c to 26/27c, and running at low fan speed...approx 1600rpm. This product gets a thumbs up for sure, after all it's made by Zalman.

ZALMAN CNPS 7500 AlCu LED 2 Ball CPU Cooler
Cons:None

Pros:Quiet, inexpensive and compact.
Comment:
I've used these coolers on everything from my latest E4400 based HTPC to and office full of Ahtlons. I wouldn't bother spending more or looking elsewhere for a CPU heatsink. These are so quiet and do a great job of cooling. My HTPC case doesn't have the worlds best cooling but my CPU idles at 31C and only hit 45C after a long session of compiling things in Gentoo.
