Cons:The motherboard mount has cables that are tucked in the back- between the right panel and itself. This is fine, but it took some maneuvering to get the power supply cables and the tied cables to lay flat enough for me to fit the side panel back on. Not a huge deal as I'm sure I could have untied the cables and re-tied them myself with the included ties... But just as a heads up- (the front panel cables are located there).

I originally got two of these cases to build gaming PC's to resell, I have done just that, and they sold exceptionally fast seeing as these cases make them look so "gamer".The cases are very sturdy unlike a lot of gamer cases you might experience, the fan controller is a very nice touch with the multiple blue led fans, however the controller after fiddling with it a while, you can tell it is very cheaply made. The range of speed you can set it is very limited and the dulling or brightness of the leds is very limited.That being said I would still recommend this case for the price. |

I noticed a huge drop in temps when switching from a thermaltake tsunami dream. Good case, however the tabs that snap the front panel and top panel into place are a bit brittle and can break with minimal force. I wish they made it easier to remove. |

This is an awesome case for a budget build. There are a lot of nice features and it has probably the value out of all cases. I'd give it a 5 if there were more places to route the cables. My power supply was also right up against my mobo, it was a tight fit. |

The first day I put this thing together, the power button did not work and i had to bring it back in and get that replaced. When i got there they found out that the wires were not connected to the power button at all. However, once i got the whole power button thing fixed (new front panel) everything is fantastic! |

Great case. Lots of room for assembly. The SD slot on the back of the MB panel is a nice addition. Lots of space between the back of the main board assembly and the side of the case allowing cables to be placed without cramping them. Sideways mouting main drives is a nice addition and front panel was removed very easily to allow access to put in DVD drive.Solid case, came with alot of screws and wire ties more than any other case I have ever used to as build. I would highly recoomend this case. Good job Zalman. |

Cons:The pin connectors for the LED lights and power switch were a bit tampered on mine, which made it difficult to work with. The pin connector things would easily slide off and so I had to spend a bit of time with it.
Pros:Great quality case. Unless it's a warehouse sale. Finding another case of this quality for it's price would be as hard as taking vector calculus in first-year. I used this case for my first custom pc build, would buy again. I got for 34.99 during sale. Comment:
Overall great case, especially for this price. Cool blue LED lights, nice temperature display on the front. The side panel window is pretty cute. Would recommend to someone looking for a great case for a great price. |

Well built case , Lots of room for full size motherboard.3 1/2" drives mount sideways which is nice for installation and removal.Fans are quiet . Make sure your power supply has long cable lengthsince it mounts in bottom.Power switch on top front along with the USB/Audio connections is nice if your case sits on floor.I also like how easy it is to get 3 1/2 " drives installed and removed since the mount sideways. |

While its unusual to have any useful information on the first page of a manual it was there and I simply wasnt following instructions properly.For the price its a very nice case, I would recommend it to those who are making a budget computer. A few people already had issues with the power button wiring. I had to migrate my Dell Inspiron Intell Mobo over to this new case and found out that it doesn't use an unified Front Panel Connector plug and instead splits it up into Power Switch, Power LED's, HDD LED and Reset switch. I had a heck of a time figuring that one out, but for those who are also on this same path, search for Intel 9-pin Front Panel Connector and it should tell you what is for what.Since the case is so cheap: $44.99 with $10 MIR ($34.99), I won't bother taking it back to the store for an exchange. Minus the power button, everything else works - well, the fan adjuster doesn't do much. I had to pull out the working power button cable from my Dell over. Right now, it's hanging out of the floppy drive opening. It's not pretty, but everything else checks out. When I get more time, I'll figure something out.The entire procedure, including figuring out the power button wiring problem took me a good 4.5 hours.Bottom line: great price for what you're getting, but note the power button wiring might be busted and/or the front panel connector cables are all split up. 3/5 stars for usability and value, -2 for the faulty wiring and the questionable quality of the parts. |

This was for my first desktop build for a work computer that I want to game well at a good price. Installation was not difficult. I read a review about the side fan, and it is a little noisy, but I hooked up the fan controller to the side fan and only crank it up when gaming. My max temps on the CPU cores after 20min of prime 95 blend test were 72C, which is fine. No OC yet; I had a smudge on my CPU and did not clean it...probably hurt temp (also stock HSF).I got this for $45-$10 MIR = $35 on NCIX. I like it. It's a little gaudy for a work computer, but I'm in academia, not business, and I need something stimulating to look at. Only seems noticeably loud when there is no other ambient noise, and still doesn't bother me.LEDs on fans are very bright--keep in mind if that's an issue for you. I've built many computers in my day but this has to be the most challenging build ever. Took 5 hours to get everything installed. Swapped my components from another case into this one only to find out it wont power on. My old power button would turn it on when connected so i figured the button on the Zalman was busted. Took everything out again. Played around with it again the next morning and discovered a badly installed connection was the culprit. There are 2 connectors for the power button and power led where, it splices together so you can take the front panel right off. I ended up cutting the connectors out and soldering the wires together to fix the problem. Once that was solved the install went smoothly, my ocz modular power cables were a bit tough to install and the sata cables as well. If you dont have a sata cable for your harddrive that bends downwards get one, you wont be able to install the drive with a straight sata connector as it will hit the side cover. Also the 4 pin cpu connector was almost not long enough to reach the motherboard connector. The cable management system works ok but takes a lot of playing around to get the back case on again. Installed 7 120mm fans scythe 68cfm and the included ones . Would recommend that the fan controller be used on the blue led fans included with the case as they are not quiet like Scythe 68.cfm ones. Without the controller you will be assaulted by a high pitch whining sound. Overall despite several annoyances and a busted power cable this case is a great value, looks great and well designed. I was hesitent to grab this at first, But I'm glad I did. It's quite roomy even for ATX mobos, You have plenty of room that will fit even a pair of 6990's if you chose to.Comes with 4 pre-mounted fans, which are excellent except for the preinstalled top fan, It just doesn't seem to expell much air at all.Behind the case cable management is quite generous for this price point.. As long as you don't overlap hordes of cables you'll be able to route everything to the backside easily.Comes with a sizeable 8pin cpu extension cableAlso comes with Anti-vibration rubber mounts meant for harddrive's but it works on virtually any screw.. even fan mount screws.overall an excellent gaming case if you're on a budget |
Excellent case for the price! Definite bang for your buck! I got it when it was on sale and had an MIR, so no complaints here! Great size, great space inside, and excellent air flow as far as I'm concerned!
