Nice after market cooler
Comment:
This this is awesome, combined with the ASUS automatic mode, it varies the speed as needed. Cam-locks attaching it to the mobo were a pain in the rear, but that was probably my fat fingers getting in the way. One tip to pass on, install this if you can while the mobo is

Good product hard to install
Comment:
This CPU cooler has been a little frustrating to get set up. I should have paid heed to the reveiws that I read before buying. It is very difficult to get the cooler installed correctly so that it sits evenly on the CPU without removing the mother board from the case. Once I resolved that issue the CPU stopped over heating and it seems to work fine now.

The push-pins are cheap and flimsy, never got it to stay attached to my board securly. But it looks great collecting dust in a box

Awesome Cooling Fan
Comment:
This fan is awesome! My stock Intel CPU fan sounded like a cross between a blow dryer and a vacuum cleaner. This one is amazingly quiet. Installation was fairly easy, however with my fat fingers it was a little hard to get the push-pins locked into place due to the way the cooling fins extend over the corners.

The Zerotherm Core92 CPU Cooler is what the Doctor ordered. Comes with thermal paste saving you a few bucks, keeps processor below 40 degrees C under normal use. If you want to keep your cpu alive for a long time, don't mess around get this Zerotherm Core92 CPU Cooler.

I'm rather impressed!
Comment:
Just strapped on this dude and my core temps will barely be able to push 45 deg C, they used to go up to 75 with the stock cooler! Installation took about 10 seconds. Push the pins down and you're done. No fancy backplates or screws here. It's also holding on solidly, though not as solid as with screws. That being said, it shouldn't be your problem unless you like playing PC games while competing in crash derbies. Also, it also looks cool.

This cooler just works great
Comment:
I am not a superstar computer builder but I have built a few in my day. This cooler knocked 25 degrees off of my CPU. I am only slightly over clocked but I was having to run an external fan in the computer bay to keep it cool. I have 3 PC's running full time at one work station & they all are in the same 3 ft X 3ft computer bay. This area did not allow ample air flow without the use of an external fan. This cooler solved all of my problems and I was able to remove the external fan. I highly recommend this cooler.

Take a Deep Breath Before Trying to Install
Comment:
Overall not a bad product (once I got it installed) but the plastic clips were a challenge to work with. First, it took almost complete disassembly (had to remove the mother board) to install. Second, once it was in place if it was bumped (even gently) during reassembly (hooking up cables, etc) it disconnected from the mother board and had to be reattached. I've had no issues with the operability once installed but getting to that point was VERY aggravating. If you are going to install this model take a deep breath and be prepared to work with those plastic clips. On a brighter side, the built in lighting is pretty cool.

Looks great and just works
Comment:
Not the simplest install with the clips, but after a few tries got it to lock in place. I did add to much thermal paste the first time. They give you a good amount in a tube more then enought for three installs. After I learned from my mistakes it cooled my cpu by 5-8 degrees and the fan is a lot quieter then the stock fan.

Realy keeps things cool
Comment:
This cooler is rather large, not recommended for slim line cases as fit would be a problem. Comes with thermal paste saving you a few bucks, keeps processor below 40 degrees C under normal use, have not over clocked cpu yet but am sure this cooler can handle whatever I throw at it.

Great Fan... Kills Temps
Comment:
Bought this in place of included fan for my i7... Overclocked at 4.0 GHz and do not hear the fan, had to open case one day to make sure i felt air flow. Keeps my processor running at 32 Degrees Celcius.

Looks Great - Tough to get installed
Comment:
I just installed this in a new box that I am building with an i7-920 as a replacement for the OEM fan that comes with the processor. Have not even turned it on yet, but the thing looks great out of the box. The little locking clips that secure this to the board are tough to get on correctly. They are up under the cooling fins a little and that makes it hard to get to. Make sure the air flow direction is correct for your case.

Best fan for the price
Comment:
I bought this for my I7 and right out of the box it dropped the temp from 39C to 26C. It's sorta big so make sure you have room in you box. Use a good paste and you wont be disappointed.

Budget Cooler
Comment:
I bought this thinking it would be good for OCing my i7 920. I was wrong. But I guess that's my fault. I've done my homework now, and I clearly bought a cooler that was not up to the job. For a small OC ok, but I'm looking for 3.6-3.8. CPU runs to hot at those temps with this cooler.

Good cooling at low price
Comment:
Before adquiring this CPU Cooler I had a factory CPU heat sink fan that comes with the retail box. I have an ICore 2 Quad. Before installing this cooler the temperature range was from 127 to 145F. Now it varies from 120 to 131. It also gives a pretty nice look with the blue lightning. I am satisfied.

Comment:
I took my time and replaced the fan with a Noctua NF-B9 92mm Fan SSO Bearing. It takes patience to put it on. Was worth it. Cooled my system down 20 degrees easy from that junk stock cooler I had. My low is 21 Celsius thru 48 pushing my system. Buy it if you don't want to mess around taking the motherboard off. Great Buy! My i5 Thanks you! Not overclocked

Definately worth the money
Comment:
The heat sync fits comfortably in my mid tower. Installation was a bit of a pain. Had to remove my power supply to reach the snap in clips, but still only took about 10 mins. The blue led light is cool to look at if you got a clear side on your case. q9400 Quad core is now idling at 32C and i havent seen it go over 40C playing multiple games on high graphics.
