Cons: -None, maybe the installation, the heatsink was slipping, haha.

Pros: -Lower temps-Thermal paste applied

Comment:
The heatsink/fan keeps cooling my P4 3.0Ghz 45-50c idle, 60-65c when cpu is at 100%. That's 5c lower than the last one.The heatsink has already a thermal paste.The installation was a bit confusing at first, but with the box's image, you can see how the clips goes on the motherboard.
