I got this as part of a bundle with a AMD Athlon II Quad core 2.6ghz processor. While this board is very high quality and im very happy it with, it is probably the weakest point in my system not because of performance but because it lacks any possiblity for me to upgrade my pc in the future. e.i. Only 2 slots for ram supporting 2g on each for a total of 4gs etc.. It did come with a IDE slot so I could hook up my old hardrive for a while so that was nice. And a free sata cable so I could buy an OEM hardrive and be able to plug it in. This is a great board but you may find yourself having to upgrade in a year or 2. |

Bought this motherboard and AMD X2 240 processor for an upgrade of a shared, family computer running Ubuntu. Everything installed without a hitch. The included fan with the CPU also operates very quietly. All delivered superfast. As always! Thanks TigerDirect! |

Got this to upgrade an older system. The motherboard itself works great with no problems. In fact the only issue I have with it is i wish it had just one pci-x slot for sound, other then that it is not a big concern. More then happy with the purchase. |
I got this with a motherboard cpu combo yesterday. Install was easy. The cpu, AMD II X4 630, went in no problem. Cooling fan was an easy add as well. Very easy to make all hookups. In less than an hour I was loading Windows. Speed is very fast. Reboot time is 90 seconds. Very pleased. And it plays BFBC2 like nobody's business.
